The owners obviously don’t care about returning customers. Always book two Mani’s/2pedi’s but this is the second time we arrive for appointments that they tell me they only had one reservation. No sorry or can I make another reservation for you. Will have to find another go to place.

First beautiful nail salon and everyone there is so friendly. Though I only go to Mysa for my acrylic nails needs. She always delivers top quality designs that are unique and she’s fast. Plus she listens to exactly what I want( in terms of shape,design and overall product)and also gives great ideas to enhance a look. Also she does such a wonderful job in making sure none of my nails pop off between fills without making my nails look chunky to achieve it. Worth every last cent to go to this place.

Mysa is amazing at natural nail dipping. She’s so quick but attentive to detail. Getting my nails done every two weeks at Lace is the easiest choice for self-care I’ve ever made.

We were in town visiting family and decided to take the time and treat ourselves. After some online research we picked lace nails. OMG!! This place has the nicest employees and very clean. Mysa done an AMAZING job with my pedicure! She was extremely professional!! Very knowledgeable and patient. Vy took great care of my fiancé. They spent 50 minutes on each of us and was very thorough. We scheduled 4 pedicures but decided to add a clear coat after having our feet done. They took amazing care of all 4 of us!

I love this place and everyone who works there is very kind and polite! I have yet to leave a nail appointment disappointed and I rarely go anywhere else!

Lace Nails exceeded my expectations. We came in for pedicures after reading some reviews. We figured we would give them a try, since they are down the street from work. There were prompt, attentive, the chairs were comfortable, the tubs were clean. The color options was more than anyone could hope for. My toes looked awesome, my feet and calves felt even better. I was so impressed I decided to have my nails done, after 10 years at the same salon, I have to say this is now my new Nail place. I have already scheduled my return visit. Definitely worth your time to visit them. Friendly, professional, and beautiful work!

After not having my toes done for several months with Covid, it was disappointing that the pedicurist seemed hurried and went fast though the whole process. She spent less than five minutes on each foot, which included trimming, filling, cuticle removal and exfoliating. Very cursory job. Won’t go back.

I really wanted to like this place. It’s clean, they have good shellac color selections and it’s in a good location with parking. The staff was fine, not overly friendly. My biggest disappointment was the shellac manicure that started chipping the day after I got it done. I went to get it fixed, and while they weren’t very apologetic about it, they fixed it quickly. I figured no big deal, however, within less than a week four of my nails began to peel off. I’ve never had that happen with the shellac manicure before and I’ve gotten a lot of shellac manicures. Unfortunately I was on vacation in NYC so I could not go back in to have them fix it again. My nails looked so terrible that I had to go to a salon in New York and pay to have them remove all of it. So much for having nice nails on my vacation. 😕

This nail salon is new and hidden in the corner. It’s clean and nice, peaceful. I love coming here, they take good care of you and detail job. I traveled from the coast 1 hour here every 2 weeks to get my nails done. I walked out here every time so happy. Highly recommended

Highly recommend this nail salon. Lots of parking, they located all the way in the back of the building. Nice and clean. All my family come here for our nails and pedicures, we love it here. The nails tech are nice and friendly.

If I could give zero stars, I would! First, the massage I received was STELLAR! If it wasn’t for that, I would be requesting my money back!11 hours after getting my nails done, my toenail polish was so think that it literally just got smudged off as I crawled into bed just now! Four of my gel fingernails were so thick that I just popped the bubble of nail polish and drained the under layer of non dried gel polish! I literally paid $96.00, due to leaving a 20% tip because the massage really was good! I had no idea my nails would be such a problem 11 hours later! I wish this would let me post pictures!

After going to many salons in Oregon city and the surrounding area, we decided to travel a bit further to try this place out. By far the best experience we have had! The women here are extremely friendly and the place is very clean. They made a point to listen to what we wanted and how how things are and if it was exactly how we wanted it. We will be returning for sure!

Lace Nails is the best. Lee helped me find the perfect wedding nails (for me and my mom) and now I will only go to him and his team for my nails. They are affordable, nice, the space is beautiful and clean, such a great find!! Highly recommend lace nails to anyone.

The only nail salon I can rely on. Im bummed I dont live or work in LO anymore because all the other nail salons Ive been to just dont compare!!! The workers are very nice and each person takes their time and pays attention to detail. They massage you for a long time and really clean your nails! You never feel rushed and they keep their conversations to a minimum.

Michael is the only manicurist who has ever successfully helped me grow out my nails. (I’m a nail biter) He has done a beautiful shellac manicure every time. He is very meticulous with cuticles. He deserves this rating even though I fear I may end up having difficulty getting in to see him as people find out how good he is.

Nicole always does a fantastic pedicure her foot/leg massages are soooooo relaxing. She also does a great job on any type of manicure one might desire. The shop is clean, bright, and the staff easy to communicate with, English skills are better than average.

I come here 2 every 2 weeks from Portland. It worths the drive and money. They are detail and attentive. They take good care of my nails and pedicure. I always feel great walk out of here

Went to have my feet done 2 months ago this was the nices place. Everyone made a great effort to assist me. I have had surgery they were fantastic. Made me some coffee preformed excellant staff was wonderful very professional. Planing to see them again. Best shop!!!!!

I have a coworker that goes to this salon regularly and swears by them, (which is why I booked an appointment), but I will never give them my business again. My appointment was on 10/7 @5:15pm. I was very excited about my appointment because Im going on vacation and wanted beautiful nails. I had a picture of the shape I wanted the nails to be, the technitian didnt even come close to shaping them like the photo. Once painted I wanted to sit another 10 minutes to allow the paint to dry more, instead she rubbed the nail and said it was fine to go and practically kicked me out. There were three other customers, so they werent locking up within 10 mintues. Needless to say the paint smudged getting into my car. Later, after closer inspection of the nails, the plastic nail tip wasnt even glued to my nail bed properly. so there is a gap between my nail and the plastic tip. Also, the acrylic powder material was so thick and should have been filed down more. Today I went to another nail salon and the technitian was shocked at the poor quality of work and spent over an hour fixing the nails as best she could. I wanted to like this place and expected higher quality of work since its Lake Oswego and all.I never said the polish wasnt smooth. The polish was damaged because I was told the polish was dry, but it wasnt. I can ask for whatever paint I want on my nails, be it laquer or gel. Furthermore, you didnt address the REAL issues in my complaint. You werent there, you didnt see the poor quaility your technitian provided.

Manicure and Pedicure was awesome! Super clean, beautiful new salon. Can’t wait to come back.

Lace Nails is a beautuful new salon with experienced manicurists. It is a clean, comfortable place with great customer service. I have moved out of Lake Oswego but will continue to come back here!

This is a bad nail salon I dont recommend there is really bad service, they took so long, some of the ladies were rude . Even one they took my nail polish out of my hand even when I told her not to . Dont like this nail salon at all .
