Love this place! I was brand new to pedicures and this is the first and last place I will go! They are so sweet and professional. I always feel so relaxed and well taken care of! They are worth every penny. Highly recommend for anyone who is scared of infection or dirty salons. This one is the best!

I got dip nails with my best friend. I liked the nails while they lasted, but I will say the whole experience left something to be desired. Here’s why.1) three different people did my nails and I sat for almost 20 minutes waiting for the first one to return before the second one took her place. This felt awkward, and it seemed like the woman who did my nails for the middle chunk (and most of my appt) didn’t know quite what she was doing. When she was prepping my nails for extensions, she used other people’s tools and I’m sure they were not sanitized between uses. She rough-cut the ends of my natural nails so badly that they’re still snapping. She also got glue all over my fingertips, especially below and around my natural nails. My friend next to me got a full hand massage and cuticle oil done with her manicure, but I did not. My hands and cuticles were left very, very dry. This was disappointing. I will say, when the second person realized she could not do the art I requested, the third person who came to help did a lovely job. I have no complaints about her at all - the nail art was beautiful and by far my favorite part of the whole experience.2) my nails were beautiful from some angles but not from others. Glue stuck my skin to the extensions on most fingers and was painful. There was glue and polish under my natural nails on both hands. When I got home, I had to shave the sides and underneath of the nails to get them smooth and less uncomfortable.3) my nails cost $71.50. Not a bad price for them. But they only take cash tips, and the atm in the back only gives $20 bills and I was not offered change until I was opening the door on my way out. So, $91.50 is what I spent on nails. I’m fine with paying that price for quality nails. So, I expected them to last but…4) they started to come off a week later. Not even kidding. One week and three days later I removed them. I work a job where I don’t use my hands/nails much, so was very surprised when just a week after I had them done, many began falling off and one ended up snapping completely off of my natural nail. I had to remove them for my own safety and they left my natural nails pretty badly damaged, even when compared to other artificial nails I’ve had.Overall: nice people, okay prices, but below-average in terms of longevity and quality of the service provided.

I got into a car accident and broke my ribs, spine, sternum, and popped my lung— yet not a single nail chipped or fell off. Great quality and super durable. I will never get my nails done anywhere else, they passed the ultimate test.

I absolutely love my nails. They were done so well. All of the ladies working there were so friendly too. I will be returning soon for sure

My all time favorite place to get pampered. Ive been coming here for years and its always been atruly delightful, Mani or Pedi experience. They have endless options to choose from, but I love the deluxe pedicure the most! Today I was taken care of by Miss Jessica and this girl is amazing!! Best pedicure! Did the deluxe pedicure and it was the best pedicure I’ve had in a long time! I would definitely recommend this business.

They cut my acrylics before asking the length I wanted and the nails are shaped unevenly they also left polish on my fingers and my toes. When getting my toes done the worker doing my nails and another worker said something I could not understand whole looking at my feet and started laughing. The whole experience felt very unprofessional as they continued to look at my family and I and laugh.

Very bad experience of pedicure. I would never go there for services. Manager doesn’t sit in the center. Whatever attendants are giving you service you have to accept and give them money .

In response to the reply from the owner. The employee who corrected the original issue and I spoke Monday. I explained to her the reasons why. Being that I did give the salon the time to correct the original issue and I still had nails popping off was definitely not making me want to come back. I expressed that by being contacted by my phone number after leaving a comment with my opinion about my experience which I’m allowed to do that I felt attacked and now having this response my experience I am still feeling that way as the situation was rectified Monday. I feel there is such thing as customer service but I feel this is getting to be more of a concern about what people read about them versus them wanting to do right by the customer. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME ANY MORE. It is becoming more of a precious customer feeling harassed for sharing how I felt. Thank you!I have to update my review because although the customer service was corrected the quality for the price I paid which was the highest I’ve ever paid to have my nails done they shouldn’t be popping off nearly two weeks later and i just can’t bring myself to come back here.am happy to update my review and show new pictures because the owner of this salon saw that I was unhappy and contacted me immediately to fix the issue. The owner name is chi I believe and just watching her work and actually care that an employee had made some mistakes was what truly blew my mind. I believe in customer service because of people like her. I will definitely be back due to the quick actions she took to rectify the issue. I recently moved here from Tacoma, Washington and was looking for a good nail salon. I called and made an appointment to get a full set & a pedicure. They were able to fit me in at 11:15 am. Perfect! I arrived there and they were so welcoming and friendly. I showed the lady what I wanted and she said said she would be able to do it. The lady was so nice to help me find a nail polish color to match my fingernails for my toes! Such a relief. She let me sit in the pedicure chair while she got it for me. The lady who did my toes (cant remember her name) was extremely friendly and very easy to talk too. We were chatting it up! The pedicure was relaxing. When it was time for my full set- I switched ladys and went and sat at her desk. She was very detail oriented when it came to shaping my acrylics. I appreciate how she took her time. It makes me feel good knowing someone cares about their performance of their work! When it came to the design of the tye dye, it wasnt perfect but it definitely was BEAUTIFUL. The colors werent all there but I still loved it, seriously. Not everything can be perfect ya know. I will DEFINITELY be coming back with another design. I love my nails!

I went in to get a new set of acrylics two weeks ago.I wanted them on the shorter side and kept asking the man who was doing my nails to trim them down. He would not trim them down after asking three or four times. At the end he took a picture for their instagram for nails I kept telling him I didn’t want. I am now stuck with super long nails making things more complicated for me. Not impressed.

This is the first time I’ve gotten my nails done and I didn’t cut my fingers. I had two nail techs and neither of them cut me with the drill. I have small hands so I’m always getting cut. Not here though. Plus my nails look amazing. They were also very sweet and welcoming. It’s a very warm environment. The shop is beautiful also. I highly recommend going here. I’m so happy it’s super close to my work. Best experience at a nail salon ever.

This salon really stressed on providing quality customer service, valuing the means of cleanliness and organization, as well as informing all guests of any vital information towards whatever desired services! They made my very first visit enjoyable and welcoming. As soon as I walked through the doors I was already greeted with much enthusiasm. I had been recommended this salon prior before my visit and now it is hands down my first choice to go to for cuticle care. My nail technician knew what I wanted and made sure the color I described to her was available. They carry plenty of choices for color & style, as well as offering their own input as an option. It was good to see that this salon truly cares for building positive rapport with each client. Chi was my nail specialist and she did an excellent job with being attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend this nail spa and I applaud the owner for having such a gem of a salon.

Elite Nails are one of a kind salon!! I travel very often and sometimes have no choice but to have my nails done in different salons. When I am home Elite Nails has always done my nails right!! Even when I call last minute and need a miracle change for court they never fail to impress!My nails always come out so natural, I have Solar Nails and many places can never get them to look thin and natural as Elite Nails. They use quality products and one of the only salons that use a special gel top that needs to be brushed on delicately. Not the stuff from a bottle!!!You must at least give them a try, nail salons are on every corner but the service you get here will surpass all of them. If I could add a picture I would.

Went in first time today to get one extension - yes, just one - and SNS on all nails on my right hand while there. I have yet to try the extension on my classical guitar, but am hopeful. Chi took great care of me.

My cousin and I got our nails done and we are incredibly disappointed with the results.They were very rough and my cousin had bloody cuticles! They also said some mean comments to us and we were very offended! They messed up our nails and they looked terrible. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!😡😤

This was the WORST nail experience of my life!!!! I went in to have my acrylic nails removed and a shellac manicure done. Rather than soaking off my acrylic nails with acetone the lady there said she preferred to use a different method since acetone takes so long. She began by using a heavy duty drill head and taking off the top layer of the acrylic. Then attempted to use a fake plastic nail so jam between my real nails and the fake ones. Acrylic sticks to my nails like rubber cement so this did not work out and was very painful. Then she decided to use the drill head only, aggressively going back and forth over and over again even though I continuously told her my nails were getting hot and it felt like she was about to seriously burn me!! After the acrylic was worn down she filed my real nails down until there was nothing left (not to mention they were jagged and completely uneven)! Then she buffed them, as if they werent already paper thin enough!! When she started applying the shellac I thought, Ok, this is the easy part, I can finally relax. But nooooooo!!! She got the nail polish all around my fingers and used her long thumb nail to get it off. This is was tolerable until she jammed her sharp nail under my EXTREMELY short thumb nail and caused me to bleed. This all happened yesterday and my thumb is still red and swollen. I am beyond disgusted with their service. The place was dirty and outdated and reeked of fumes. I will NEVER go back there and I would not advise ANYONE to go there for services!!!!!

Suzanne is very fast and it is as painless as can be (as waxing goes). Both my husband and I have gone for manis and pedis. Very reasonably priced for the mani/pedi combination.

Absolutely amazing

It was not pleasant at all when the procedure was referred to in Chinese (and it is an hour and a half), hypocrisy at difficult levels, I brought $ 7 tip on Pedicure that charged me $ 60 just for being a tourist and making a face when I went as if it were too low. Do not recommend at all even lifting the finish of low nails.
