Fabulous customer service - very friendly and thorough. Clean and well organized location. Facial waxing - got those sneaky hairs and brows look great! Pick up a juice next door and indulge yourself!

The salon was clean and had nice flooring and nail stations. All nail techs were following wonderful safety protocol, and chairs were spaced to allow for proper social distancing. Prices are great, and my first pedicure in almost 2 years was amazing! They have turned me into a loyal client!

I really enjoyed my pedicure at Artistic Nails yesterday. It took about 30 minutes, which I felt was reasonable. My toenails look perfect, just the right length and shape, and the polish was neatly applied. While it was my first time there, I liked seeing that the staff interacted warmly with looked to be several regular customers. They were very pleasant and sweet with me, as well. I would totally recommend Artistic Nails to anyone looking for a pedicure.

I came in to get a full set and my nail broke off just hours later while typing on my laptop. I wear nails year around so I’m aware of how to be careful. The woman who did my nails is one of the lead technicians & she rushed through the process. She was very kind but her skills were lacking, plain and simple, when it comes to acrylic nails. She refused to fix my nail or to offer me any kind of refund.

Terrible experience!! I chose to go with the $32.00 deluxe pedicure which was suppose to include longer massage and a leg mask wrapped in hot towels. My attendant was very fast and rough, barely attending to the callouses or my cuticles. I sat there with my legs wrapped in hot towels for at least 15 minutes while she went over to work on another victim. They all work several people at once, instead of paying attention to one client. After my polish was applied, I sat waiting for the massage, as I watched my sister having her legs massaged. I finally asked if I was ever going to get a massage and she said, I gave you your massage, remember? I know how to do my job. Will not go back!

They always bug me for cash. Guess theyll just hafta get used to my debit card ☺. Do I b get kudos for a cash tip?Theyre a nice bunch of folks, they treat me nice, and they give me a MUCH better pedicure than I can give myself!

Cindy always does an amazing job and she is there everyday. Its crazy how hard this girl works. I can always count on her to do something wonderful.

I get short acrylic nails on three fingers for playing guitar. I have to go in about every 4-5 weeks. These are nice people.

Not a very good pedicure, I left with my feet still dry and calloused. I only came because it was down from my work. I won’t be back

Terrible experience! I went in for a pedicure (which costs $22) and was taken aback by how fast it was done! It was as if they were trying to break a world record for the fastest pedicure. The place was empty, so it wasnt because they were busy. Just a quick soak, nail clipping, cuticle treatment and then polish. No buffing! When I made a comment to express my displeasure, I was told 30 minutes is the time allotted for a pedicure. I replied that the whole process took no more than 20 minutes with an extra 10 minutes for my polish to dry. I wont be back thats for sure! Im better off going back to Lamour Nail Salon, where I usually go. Lamour is across the street and does a better job.

Manicure in speed mode, rough filed so hard and fast it was uncomfortable, and so impersonal. Left my nails rough and uneven, had to smooth the rough catches when I got home. Gel polish $28.00. The gal said theyd been open 15 years too long and hates working Sundays. (so negative) Then we talked about the fact I take the bus to work, she said oh, I used to take the bus in N. PDX but too many Blacks, I will never take the bus again WOW -WOW - WOW I wanted to get up and leave. Worst experience ever. Keep your prejudice comments out of the work place!!!!! I see no color and in fact have family that 1. live in N.PDX, and 2. are african american -

Terrible place. They always seems to be in a rush and don’t do a job that is worst the price you pay.

I got my nails done today and they are falling off. The shellac polish is falling off. I’m not very happy!!!
