3 years here. Management is easy to contact and Diane is really chill. Everything in the apartment is solid, I rarely call the maintenance, and when I do they respond quickly and get the job done. Neighbors are polite, nothing bad really to say here. Parking has gotten EXTREMELY better, I must say - with spots always open now.Thanks Timbers

Overall love the apartment its very roomie and nice looning. You are surrounded by plenty of stores and restaurants. One thing to look out for is that you only get one shared spot for the apartment but everything else is free parking. Free parking is usually taken up by night but you can always park a neighborhood down. The walls can be kind of thin and you can hear the neighbors showers other than that no complaints.

Me and my family live here more then 5 years. And WE LOVE IT. Good location and close to some store. Small problem lac of parking IF YOU HAVE MORE THEN 2 CAR. Staff and management are super nice like family. Now if your telling me about towing your car. Please read your Agreement. And for my Opinion they are just doing their job to KEEP US SAFE inside the community to keep out unwanted people who is not listed on the agreement. Thank you.

Lived here for 2 years and to sum it up it was the worst place to live. Location was great and it was close to everything but there was no parking when I got home from work and the staff was not what any resident would hope for. Also the tow truck was always there as if it was a full time member of the staff

My family has been here for three years. It started out wonderful! Wonderful staff who always had a smile and a kind word and the manager Diane worked with us on the application personally and was wonderful with our toddler.We have gone through three rate increases. This new increase is not just for rent its pet rent also now for our cats 25 bucks a month its 60 bucks. They want to make up the money they lost when they stopped charging you for extra spots other than the one you where assigned and a host of other problems. Such as our water being turned of and not being able to get a hold of any one to fine out why because they have stopped answering the phones, and then they pass out a letter at the end of the day to say there was a pipe leak. That also seems to be a new constant problem about once a month there is a new pipe problem. The manager and staff have lost their smiles and kind words when you pass them. It almost seems like Diane the manager is losing her marbles and with every new one she loses another problem comes up. Its no use to go down to the office because you can never find Diane because she is in hiding and no one in the office can do anything without her permission.This place is going down hill fast and I dont care who I have to beg barrow plead money from but Im getting out of here as fast as possible.

Apartments are nice, staff is friendly and very hands on. Wish they can better parking lot situation though. But pretty good overall.

This place is well maintained, and all the staff are very friendly and helpful! Its got a very communal vibe. Just be careful at night, lots of big dogs being walked late at night.

I lived here in 2002 & 2003. Thats a long time ago, but I felt that it was worth writing a review over as the Apartments themselves were absolutely the best Apartments Ive ever lived in - a lot of fond memories here in a short space of time. The Maintenance Staff back then was headed by a man named Abel and he was the best! I miss him. The only drawback whatsoever was the main manager back then at the time was a woman by the name of Dotti who we thought could be rather cruel - especially to some of her staff. I highly doubt that shes even alive anymore, let alone employed there, but it goes without saying that as well as they were being maintained when I left they are still probably one of the best apartments to live in that side of California. I miss it!

This community is very nice and quiet the only problem is that they are pet friendly not that I dont like pets but the dogs that some people have are very big and dangerous to have an a community like this some people dont pick up after their pets .

I have lived here for more than 3 years, I love the place very quiet, but the only bad thing here is, if something inside the apartment stops working they take a long time to go to fix it, they TELL YOU ONE DAY AND THEY COME BACK TWO WEEKS LATER to solve the problem, EXCEPTIONAL customer service from the MANAGER she is SO PROFESSIONAL.

Cozy place but only one resident i had a problem with. Meth addict and some of the kids like to peep. Other than never finding parking still a nice place

They will tow your car even if you have a parking permit . Then they say it was by accident but you still have to pay to get your car back . The manager is paid by the tow truck driver for every car he tows
