They have a nice apartment but bad neighbor. They said park in non guest parking But most of em guest parking I always ended up parking in front in leasing office and I need to walk up hill. I don’t mind walking uphill on my day off, but after work? no I can’t do that anymore.They always calling me to take my car away from the guest parking spot?! Guys! it’s not just me! is it because the color of my car is so bright? what am I going to do all spot is taken and sometimes that’s the only spot left that near in my apartment. my work is 4am I’m off at 7pm and the leasing office is all the way down, I can’t wait ti leave in this apartment! it’s supposed to be my home but it’s not!

Lived here for about a month and love it so far! Spacious great units in a great neighborhood!! The staff here is great and the maintenance man Tony is so quick to fix anything, usually the same day! Theyre under new management and thats why they dont have many reviews I think, but we love it!

If you truly Want to waste your money on rent this is the place.They neglect essentials such as water, AC and heater, washer and dryer and anything that you pay for.I had a health hazard with my dishwasher for two months due to it not draining water and They refused to change fix a simple thing to make the problem go away and as a result I had to live in this apartment while it reeked for two months due to stagnant standing old dishwasher water.My AC didn’t work for about five months Despite complaint it didn’t work properly several times.My washer and dryer needed to be re-serviced three times and ultimately we were told to not use it at its capacity and to only du normal or light settings to avoid it breaking again. I know this one seems lame but honestly the appliances needed to be replaced.My microwave was broken for an entire month and we were told they were waiting for a new one to come in however, ultimately after waiting a month they gave me a used one .Also one huge selling point for this community is that it’s a gated community with very limited access, however for the past 6 months the entrance gate has been open due to a needed repair.in addition to everything being under nonstop construction.We’ve only lived here for six months and this is the worst six months I have ever lived anywhere staff treat you horribly despite high rent.

Very disappointed with the leasing office I come from Florida to check the place to relocate and they did offer me 6 week free I told them if I could hold the apt for July so I can get the same offer, and they did say to me, wait for 2 weeks and call us so we could hold it for you and give you the same offer,I was relay on them and went back to Florida preparing my move and I call them back again and they told me sorry we dont have this offer anymore they put me in very difficult situation I already told my place that Im leaving end of the month and its almost 10 days of moving and still didnt find a place thanks for worst experience you made it so difficult
