Romeo came to fix a service maintenance request and did a wonderful job. He knew what he was doing, was very friendly and polite. If you ever need something fixed I would recommend asking for him. You will be pleased 100%

I had an issue with my washer . Juan came by to check it . He was diligent and checked the washer . He went to check for the part that was needed . He installed it waited till he made sure it was working. He was professional, fast and friendly. Thank you very much .

Moving here has been a great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is exceptional, and they are very responsive to requests. The community is clean and well cared for, and above all, I feel SAFE here. The location is awesome- so many stores and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Siena Terrace apartments.

Maintenance is very prompt and friendly! Romeo offered helpful advise with our washing machine that I wouldnt have considered on my own before. The complex is also very clean and well kept and the staff is awesome!

Management is best in communication, provide your email and you get all the information you need even before you ask them.Follow their social networking sites and you are well informed. Download their app and have all the info and rent payments handy. They have Resident Benefits too.All the maintenance tickets are handled well within 2 days. Romeo and Juan are top notch.Eric, the manager always takes time to talk to you and solves any issues with his smile and attitude.

Beware!Overcharged and will not return security deposit after we moved out after 6 years. The move out inspector Carlos is highly dishonest also. Charged 270 for cleaning of a 1 bedroom apartment whose carpet was going to be floored. Definitely overcharging . Will not recommend. They will raise rent $100 every time you renew lease. Any concerns will fall on deaf ears. The manager is inconsiderate of your concerns. Also lot of thefts and totally smoke friendly community.

5 stars for Juan, the handy man of Siena Terrace.He is very professional and responsive! Though there were some appliances not working very well. Juan came and fixed them in a few minutes. Now they are working in great condition!

Repairs and serviceman, Juan, has been phenomenal the last couple of times out. Very friendly and efficient. Never really been more than a 48 hour wait for assistance when something goes wrong in the apartment. Juan is the MAN.

This community is nice and the management people in the community are friendly and helpful.We moved into the apartment less than 10 days back. There are a total of 3 representatives I know of and Eric is the manager.Marina, Megan and Kyle have been super helpful. Marina helped with the paperwork and the move-in was smooth.Note: If you moving from another state, the background check may take up to 48 hours to complete.The apartment comes with a car garage and full washer and dryer which were positives for me.Going forward, I will update my review with more information as I gain more experience at the apartment and the community.

The last 3 apartments we lived in, all in Costa Mesa WERE TERRIBLE. They got us with the cheap deposits and updated appliances they in the end are cheap with some pretty paint. So we decided to make the move to lake forest and try something newSo when it was time to move I was really looking at reviews. We initially saw a place in Huntington also owned by equity that had amazing reviews, the staff was incredible and so friendly. But we didn’t love the apartments as it didn’t have washer and dryer like we were looking for. I then found sienna terrace, also owned by equity so I had high hopes because so far they had proven to be so much better than UDR or Camden owned properties. Again the leasing agents were so friendly, I think there’s only a few which is nice and feels more personable and not like all corporate. Marina helped us from start to finish.I called the day the prices for a two bedroom were unbeatable and also had washer and dryer and included two parking spots/ pass ( we paid $300 in parking alone at our last place) however that day there was no units to tour so we took a leap of faith after Marina was so amazing. I told her natural lighting is my biggest thing, I struggle with anxiety and depression and although it might sound silly to some, lighting really affects my mood and Marina told understood and personally went to all 3 top floor units that were coming available around our time frame and stood on the stairs to try and cage which unit had the best lighting for me. And she offered to do that. So we went with her suggestion, still sight unseen and signed the lease. When we finally moved in we were happier than even we expected. The apartment is perfect, all new stuff, beautiful carpets and kitchen hardware. AND SO MUCH NATURAL LIGHT. When we woke up this morning after spending our first night there I was so happy to see all the light pouring into my apartment. The vaulted ceilings in the kitchen are great. Our neighbors were so welcoming, offered to move their cars twice for us to move stuff in. Seriously we couldn’t be happier, the energy is amazing, staff is amazing, the property is great with so much nature near by, and literally shopping and food everywhere close by. We have moved every year the last four years because we’re never happy with apartments because we’ve chosen terrible companies that present themselves well to you move in. So far I’m not seeing that here and I think sienna terrace will be our home for the next few years till we’re ready to find our forever home!

Over all it is a good community with the few exception For example it is very dark at night there is no not in off lights Light my main concern is there is no camera in this Property for security reason None not even one I dont understand why Also there is not enough parking space But live this couple issue in the side as I have mention in that beginning over all that is a nice community.

I’ll start off by saying the management of this complex is typically very responsive and friendly to deal with. Landscaping is kept up. Maintenance is usually responsive 50-75% of the time but some issues are simply closed out without an explanation. There are quite a few annoyances and safety/security issues, however. Crime seems to be high: car and garage break ins, theft, and attempted apartment break ins are reported a lot. A stabbing was reported today on the Lake Forest town page. I don’t know if this is normal for them because this complex is just in like the armpit of Lake Forest but a normal business would see these trends and install cameras or hire some security. There’s an excessive amount of people that peel out in the parking lot and on Osterman Rd, as well as people with obnoxiously loud exhaust systems on their bikes and cars that set off other people’s car alarms. Visitors frequently honk their horns outside of apartment buildings (I guess they don’t have phones???) which is very distracting when I have to work from home. Parking after normal business hours is frequently an issue.All in all, I would say this complex is OK but if you can spend a little extra, to go with one of the other Equity complexes - they seem like nicer, gated communities. If not, make sure you store your valuables inside your apartment, try to get 2nd floor, get yourself a nice alarm system, lock your car and don’t store anything in your car. Siena Terrace just seems overpriced for what it is compared to their other properties. We won’t be renewing because we just don’t feel particularly safe.

This is such a beautiful place and the staff is extremely helpful. We worked with Eric, he was the best and gave us so much helpful information about the complex and surrounding area. Our favorite is how the community so secluded and quite but we still have everything we need around us. Its a great property...highly recommend it.

The staff is great and friendly, but Romeo goes above and beyond he always has smile on his face, he greets everyone. He’s extremely courteous and has a great personality. If you ever need something fixed I recommend you ask for him. He does a wonderful job and he’s super respectful.

I am very glad that I chose Sienna Terrace ! I have been living in this community for the past two years, its a wonderful experience. I would like to thank Juan from maintenance team. He is very hardworking and provides excellent customer service. All his visits for the maintenance activities showed great results, he is always polite and completes the task effectively.

I have some family and friends that live here (building G and H). The past few months they have been having problems with water. Not because they dont pay it but because the apartment complex cant seem to fix the issue. Do they really expect people to not have hot water or water all day?? and this happens multiple times a month. People have kids, people need to shower, they need water to cook, clean. Some people are stay at home moms and dads. Its really unbelievable to me that this could not be resolved the first or second time the issue arose.

Maintenance is great Juan and Romeo handle everything very quickly for me. Juan does great with my dog. Very comforting.

Siena Terrace Apartments is the best place to live! I have been here for over a year now, and I have never had any issues with them. The staff is so friendly and fast to respond to any service needs. It is in a quiet location and near a lot of stores and parks. It took me a long time to find a place where washer/drier were included along with other appliances at a reasonable price and they have that. I love the pool and gym amenities as well, they are great! Love this place

I have never hated living somewhere so much in my life. Ive lived in black mold infested apartments in Santa Ana with no parking - this is still the worst. Im calling the sheriff weekly over noise issues from rude neighbors that just cant get a clue.They also try and get 5 star reviews by disguising it has a work order survey. Im reporting it. Dont trust the reviews. The walls are like paper.Follow up: I now live in another community.

Just have to say that I love this place.....also the office has a wonderful team who are ready to help a new interested occupants like me...they really do a fantastic team work and all the paperwork was done by next day what it really helps a lot with my needs..... Juan Escobedo is the BEST maintenance person this apartment has. He is very smart, sweet, and does EVERYTHING. The other maintenance workers here, besides Juan and Romeo, are not helpful and do not complete the job. This review is about Juan and he is absolutely fantastic. If I could find a way to give him 100 stars, Id give him 1000!

Just did the big move in on Sunday. So far, so good. Very quiet complex. I LOVE that I the doggy potty stations are always well stocked with bags! That was an issue at a previous building we lived in in DTLA. The usual little things here and there came up as we were moving in but they have been quickly addressed by management. Kyle Volkmann is stupendous!

As far as going through the process the leasing office staff was very helpful. We decided on a one bed room, 2nd floor apartment and it was the last day of a move in special so we had to move quickly. There was always someone there to answer our calls. Robbie was extremely helpful all the way through moving day. Just moved in a week ago and so far the community is quiet.

My experiences with management services has been awesome. They sincerely want to take care of you. Between Robbie and Megan, all my questions and situations have been dealt with to more than just satisfaction. Glad I live here!!James

This place is awesome! Recently had a lot of headache trying to find a place in Lake Forest. I called Siena Terrace and Ashley was very helpful and knowledgeable. It took less than a day to get approved and I was scheduled to move in. Since moving in everything has gone smooth, the staff in the leasing office is great and the people in the complex are nice. I recommend checking out Siena Terrace if you are looking for a really cool place to live in Lake Forest.

This rating is solely based on the move-in experience.My move-in was the best experience Ive had for an apartment. The staff was flexible with my move-in date when I came to town a day earlier. When I walked the apartment with the staff, they were actively looking for issues with the apartment (never had that before) and had maintenance on the walk-through ready to fix stuff immediately.Also, I had been sleeping on the floor waiting for my mattress to be delivered. On the day it was delivered, the UPS tracking # showed delivered, but it never arrived on my doorstep. When I asked the staff if it had been delivered to the front office and they confirmed they did not have the mattress, I gave up, resigned to lodging a complaint to UPS after 24 hours. But the staff members took it upon themselves to search the 20+ buildings of the complex to see if the package was outside another door. Sure enough they found it, and I was sleeping in cushy goodness that night!All in all, they went above and beyond what I would expect for an apartment complex and would highly recommend Siena Terrace for your consideration if moving to the area.

Siena Terrace Apartments offers the best value in the area.After looking at other apartments, I was surprised to see that Siena offers private garages with no additional charge as do some other complexes in the area.The staff is awesome, always willing to accommodate and very friendly.I like the idea they follow up on how you like your new home after you move in.Eric and his staff really do care about the tenants.Im happy to call this home.

Ive had really good experience so far Siena Terrace. The apartments are pretty spacious and value for money. Leasing office and maintenance staff are friendly and are quick to respond. I recently had an emergency maintenance request and Mike from leasing office and Juan from maintenance responded very quickly and both were excellent and highly professional in their response.

Dishonest, cruel, and vindictive people. Staff threatened financial penalities after theyd informed me that I would be able to charge my EV on my own garage, but changed their minds after realizing that this electricity would be coming out of their own pockets as they supply all power for the garages. My experience was so bad here that I made a list of everything Id include in my review, but Ill have to get back for that.

Great place to live. Residents are really respectful and helpful if you need it. Repair people are on site and super responsive and extremely competent. It beats renting a condo and dealing with owners whom nickel and dime and delay you when it comes to repairs. The management really cares too!

Especially JuanFull package with garage, washing machine, drier, microwave, electric stove, fitness centers, tennis and other courts and barbecue places, Swimming pool (big) isnt heated but there is a jaccuzi that is heatedOne car can go into the big garage, but Second car parking has heavy contention, as a result some areas are like highways..with people scouting for empty parking spots..Pricing, I believe is done by some algorithm used by Equity based on demand or lack of it.. prices are like stocks, keep scouting for the lowest price... otherwise spend the whole lease term contemplating!! Variation could be from 50- 200$ per month for a single bedroom apartment, so the only feedback is, keep it fair and consistent...

Very bad customer service, rude woman her name is Megan. Worst experience so far in any apartment. No greeting when we entered the apartment and she asked if we had an appointment. What happened to the walk ins? She didn’t even offer us a seat. When you ask about renovation you get a sarcastic response saying well this is not a luxury apartment it was renovated 5 years ago. So much for a smart mouth, that’s a good way to push away potential residents.

We have only lived here about a week so far but we love it!!! The office staff are all super friendly, Mike and Eric are the main ones we dealt with and it was easy and quick to handle everything. The apartments are nice and everything works which is a big plus.

The property management at Siena Terrace is very professional, friendly, and welcoming. I walked came in at a busy time and Katyln made time for me. They got me approved and moved us in, in a matter of days. As a working single parent, this meant the world to me and my family. 👏👏👏👆
