Location was the best! Walk to everything including beach. Pool and hot tub on property were really nice. More space in this compound then we could have ever used. Good family time was had by all. Thanks very much!

We had a wonderful experience. Communication was excellent and there was lots of information at the house letting us know what was there for us and what we needed to do. The layout of the house was perfect for the six of us. And the fact that the beach was steps from the house was amazing. Location to town was also perfect. The outdoor area at the house was ideal. Overall we would rent this again in a heartbeat.

The place itself was nice but the furniture was quite uncomfortable and the kitchen was very under stocked.All the pots and pans are quite old. Normally these places will have salt, pepper, sugar, food wrap but this unit had nothing so we had to buy all that stuff when we were only there for a week. When you pay as much for a place it should have the essentials and be comfortable. The view is great though.

We enjoyed our stay here! The condo is a great size, with lots of room for my toddler to run around. My only complaint is that the kitchen was very under stocked and the place itself is pretty dated.

After searching for available properties to accommodate my family of 5 I finally found one and booked and paid. Assuming I had a place secured, I then purchased my plane tickets and paid for a cat sitter/rental car. Then they called me and said due to a human error they cant honor the price I paid, telling me I would need to pay nearly 4 times the amount for my 10 day stay. They offered no alternative and basically told me I was out of luck. Not a single ounce of care. Now I have plane tickets, a car, and a cat sitter with nowhere to stay. I would not have purchased tickets otherwise. They expressed no desire to make it right. There are very few places available and due to my party size I have been unable to find comparable accomodations. I am truly disappointed.

This gorgeous home in a beautiful, gated complex had everything we needed for a two week stay, including everything a family needs to spend a day at the beach. We enjoyed the unit’s proximity to the beach and pool but the pinnacle was the spectacular view from the lanai and the relaxing sound of the ocean. Exquisite! Thank you!

Our stay at Puamana 43-1 was just exactly perfect! We watched whales off the lanai everyday and saw spectacular rainbows on a few days too. Puamana is my favorite place to stay because it feels like a home, not just a vacation resort. The quiet pool is a jewel I hope will always stay just as it is. Peaceful. I’m ready to book again for next year!

All I can say is WOW!!! What a wonderful place to stay!! Lisa the owner was an absolute joy to talk to and get to know. She made sure everything was in order and we were happy with everything. It was even better than the pictures showed. There is everything in the condo any family would need. Coffee maker, Espresso Machine, toaster, food storage containers, etc! There is numerous spices and there are also snorkels, masks and boogie boards for anyone that wants to have fun in the water.The view from their balcony is stunning. What a sight to see in the morning sunrise! The beds are very comfortable,. Lots of pillows to choose from.The property itself is fabulous and very well maintained! Kaanapali Royal unit #D201 was a wonderful place to vacation. The location of the Kanapali Royal is perfect for walking to the beach, shopping, restaurants and golf. There is a there is free trolley transportation around Kaanapali area or public bus into Lahaina. The unit itself was extremely well equipped, spotless and very comfortable with lovely furnishings beautiful view of the golf course and the resort has a wonderful pool and hot tub area.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Good location--ok unit--clean but a little tired, especially the bed linens.Rental agency staff was fairly indifferent, with the exception of the promptness of the response when I mentioned the need to repair the screen door hinge and replace the key box.Little things: code numbers for the entry gate for Puamana should start with # rather than just the numbers--the gate wont open without first entering #; there was no welcoming note or equivalent in the unit except in the big folder full of rules and regulations mostly in duplicate; there was no channel guide for the tv--I had to instruct the rental agency person how to get a guide via email so it could be printed--and she then emailed the Puamana office where I could have it printed for $1-- rather than having it printed at the office and dropped by by one of the two rental agency folks (including Mark the big boss) who live at Puamana.

Great location and the common areas of the development were excellent. Waling distance to old-town Lahaina. We were, however, disappointed with the unit we stayed in. The place needs a serious cleaning. The floors were filthy, furniture was dated and dirty, mattresses are past their useful life. We were promised free wi-fi but the router was inoperable. The unit has independent A/C units - they were constantly recycling and very loud.

Stayed in Unit 38-2 from 11/9 -18. Outstanding location, clean unit and everything worked. Whats not to like.
