We just spent a week a Kanapali Shores and had an amazing experience. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Our ocean view 1 bedroom condo had gorgeous views from the living room and bedroom. We loved the huge doors that opened to a good size patio. The grounds were beautiful with trees, gardens, ponds, and waterfalls and were well kept. The 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and surrounding grounds were clean and in good repair and very pretty. We could usually find deck chairs or lounges regardless of the time of day.Our accommodations were just a little dated but we were very comfortable and the view made up for it. The full kitchen was modern and included a dishwasher plus washer and dryer. These amenities were very helpful. The resort provided towels dish soap, bathroom supplies etc. Everything was very clean and well maintained.We were there at a time when the island was very busy with tourists and the resort was full, but, in spite of this, the resort felt roomy and not over crowded. Really so comfortable and beautiful !We dined at the resort restaurant a couple times. The food was very good and the view was lovely. We never had trouble walking up to be seated which we learned was a rare treat on Maui.We liked it because it wasn’t right in the busier, more congested areas of Old Lahaina or Whalers Village but we could easily get to those places in about 10-15 minutes. A great place for families or couples who want to relax in a beautiful setting.

Great resort and location. Room was well maintained and clean. Service was very well and timely wirh requests.

Clean, orderly, and comfortable. The resort has a few pools to choose from. We hung out at the pool closer to the ocean with the attached bar. Was perfect lounging while enjoying a yummy piña colada. Wish we could stay longer!One negative thing was it was hard to figure out where the rooms were since things are a bit counterintuitive. There are plenty of maps around so check those before finding your own way.

Something for everyone. Great location and plenty of space.

My wife, daughter and I just returned from Maui. We stayed at Aloha resorts Kaanapali Shores and highly recommend it. The staff were kind and courteous. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. We ate at the restaurant four or five times during our stay and really enjoyed the cuisine. Though we traveled a lot during our stay the amenities and offerings at the resort were wonderful. Our room had a full kitchen (equipped with dishes and utensils), a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, washer and dryer and a full size fold out bed in the living area. There is a general store, a gift shop, a workout room and two pools. One of which is gorgeous. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent staycation present people

My extended family all went to Maui and we all stayed at this resort. I have to tell you, it was so worth it. The price was reasonable, and the accommodations were very clean and high quality. I stayed in a two bedroom with my family that had a spiral staircase going to the master bedroom upstairs. It was beautiful. It had an incredible ocean view. And I really fell the Lahaina, Maui is the best place to visit in all of Hawaii.

This is a very nice resort to stay at, my family and I spent I believe 8 days here. The only thing is to expect not much to do after 10 pm but there’s a bar across the street which everyone goes to that stays at the resorts that’s open late at night, the bars at the resorts close early every night. The bar is located at the outdoor shopping center across from the resorts if that helps.. the place is called nacho grande.

Fantastic resort vacation spot!! Staff was great, from James at the front desk, to the final garage exit, this staff has the happiest Aloha spirit around! Clean, courteous, and professional. We had the best time here!!

Great resort and relaxation. Enjoyed the ocean and atmosphere around the island.

Ive been here for 6 days and I havent been disappointed yet! Even when a small issue comes up, the staff responds quickly and politely. I would definitely come back.

This is a beautiful place to stay, the staff is so accommodating, the condos are nice and views are to die for!
