Easy in and easy out. Haircut notes for next time.

Im pretty sure my hairstylists name was Peggy and she was awesome!! I got an awesome haircut and she was super friendly and professional. The shop was really clean which was nice

Less talking and more cutting would enable you to take clients on time. The two hairstylists were just talking for 15 min not taking care of me despite being late for my appointment. I had to leave without an haircut. Poor client service.

Patty did a wonderful job cutting my hair (which is most important). But in addition, she was so pleasant, professional, and cheerful. I would recommend her to anyone.Christian

The hairstylist must have been high. I have a different hairstyle now than on their systems previous notes and all I wanted was a trim. I made the stylist aware of that from the start and showed them how I currently style it. They said ok got it and it seemed like they understood what was going on. They then just cut my hair right off the notes messing up my current hairstyle. So now I guess Im gonna look like a middle schooler for a while. Was a long time customer of this place but I will not be returning in the future.

SPORTS CLIPS were opened when everyone else was closed. They listed their hours and were opened when they said they were. The Great American haircut place in Laguna Hills listed their hours and when we got there the place was a ghost town. They closed early...we thought because of the Super Bowl. We called Sports Clips and they were so nice, with only an hour left before they closed, they invited us to come over. Bridgette did an amazing job. My husbands haircut by far is the best I have ever seen on him. We will be coming back for sure!

Great customer service but they need more schooling on cutting hair. I asked for a taper fade an ended up with #0 on the sides to a #4 on top so i had her buzz all off. Just giving you guys a heads up.

I love the service and the ability to check in in advance of arriving. This is like an appointment, without a need to call days in advance. I just arrive on my designated time, and within minutes Im seated to get my MVP haircut, shampoo and massage.

Always really nice. Great hair cuts. A little pricey cause the MVP shampoo and massage is a little short but I still always get it. Worth it.

I went there to have a peaceful haircut. This one lady named Zee cutter my ear with the razor and then I said ouch and she replied, “Wow it’s not like your dead, so will you stop.” I was fairly disappointed in how they treat their customers. I will never return to that place again. And my hair was a little off as well.

Got turned away at 6:30. Two people cutting hair (both nearly done) with one guy waiting. They need to stay late anyway for the guy waiting but told me they could not fit me in. Guess they really dont like to stay a few minutes late. Wont be coming back.
