What kind of haircut is this?? Do not go here! She had no idea what she was doing. We asked for a taper. She shaved all over his head and left it completely uneven!

The hairstylist was so helpful. My son has autism and any buzzing or hair failing in his face triggers an outburst. The hairstylist knew how to deal with children with special needs and was very calm and talked to my son the entire time.

I took my son to this place for the first time and the lady that cut his hair cut his bangs unevenly. I do not recommend this place.

No service, not personable, no greeting as you walk in, no engagement with kids - why do you work with kids if you look so miserable around them??? Never coming back. Goto mission viejo mall instead - thats worth the money! They love little ones there!!!

Liddy is no longer here! We called in today to get my daughters usual bob haircut. We went with Faith because we were desperate. #1 this young girl never introduced herself. #2 she never directly spoke to my child except to tell her to put her head down. #3 she asked me what movie my daughter wanted while she was in the bathroom, not my daughter. #4 she had to run around looking for clips once we sat down. #5 she sprayed down and cut an angled bob in maybe 5 min! The bob was uneven and so I had to point many spots out. My daughters fine hair somehow began to look like a broom at the bottom. I stopped her before more damage could be done and told her I would be calling back for a refund or to have someone else fix it. I also have to say that although this isnt a high end salon the women that work here need to present themselves with more pride. They look sloppy with no makeup, undone greasy hair, and look like they just got out of rehab. Oh yeah, no more lolipops!
