Happy customer. Easy process. No snags. Salesman was informative and not pushy. During the manufacturing stage I received a weekly email keeping me up-to-date with my order, which I received in record time. Installers showed up early (big plus) and did a brilliant job. They were fast, efficient, tidy and worked together as a team. They showed pride in workmanship. The fact that my salesman showed up on the day of the installation, to see if things were going okay, was a big plus.

Gutter Installations is the service that was performed. My brother had recommended this company after having his siding and windows installed by them. My initial experience of the person coming out and doing an estimate was good, but afterwards trying to get a hold of the estimator was very difficult. Very Poor communication skills back to the customer, including the company when I would call.Once a date was scheduled after several months, the estimated ETA of work completion was WAY off. I was first informed it would be a couple of days which turned out to be over a week. Initial workers didnt show up till after 9am and left around 3. The last day no one showed up and no communication from the office informing no one would be there. There were items that I was cleaning up in the yard and around the house, when I was told the company would be cleaning up the debris from the job. I called the office and was informed another group would be coming out to complete the job. This person was their lead installer and he had his own crew. Martin and his crew were Fantastic. He communicated well and he brought the proper equipment to try and finish the job. Due to the weather it had to be delayed till they were able to come out and compete to my satisfaction. Martins crew I would give them 5 stars but the actually company I would give them a 2. The reason I gave a 3 was due to the persons I spoke to when I would call to inquire about issues. A couple of them were very helpful.

We now have a more beautiful home with durable siding and fabulous color! The project manager met with us twice at our convenience to go over every detail. I left off the 5th star because he was not great about returning calls once we signed the paperwork.

A rep was very thorough to explain the types of windows & doors your company sells vs what the competition sells. He was very professional. The installers were nice & professional as well. Overall we are pleased with the products & services we received.

Used Bee Window to install our front door and gosh does it look phenomenal! Bee Window gave our mid century home the perfect complementary update it desperately needed. From the kindness, courtesy and professionalism of our sales rep, Zack, to our installer, Rob and his team, the staff at Bee exceeded our expectations at every turn. The process was a bit slow, but that is to be expected during this pandemic and no one can be blamed for that except Covid-19! So pleased with our gorgeous front door! Thanks to everyone @ Bee!!

I had a need for a large window to be replaced. I called Bee as they are show as a local Lafayette company on Earl Ave. The phone number is a local number. When I scheduled my visit I was surprised to learn that the estimator came from Indianapolis. According to him, they closed all of the showrooms years ago. Throughout the course of the visit he said at least three times “I’m really surprised they had me come out for one window” and other things like “well our average job is $40,000”. I was clearly not worth his time or effort. This company will never earn my business in any size, shape, or form. I suggest those reading this reevaluate hiring this company.

We hired Bee Window to install two new shower/baths and a new front door. We took advantage of a promotion on the baths, and when we learned from the sales person they also install new doors, we ordered a new front door. We are very pleased with the high quality materials used and the quality of the installation. We havent experienced any problems at all with the installation. The installers were very friendly and cleaned the work space at the end of each day. We are just so pleased with everything that should we need something that Bee can provide, we will call them.

On time, very professional, cleaned up everything afterwards, and end product (bay window install) was excellent quality.

I waited a month to make sure everything was to our standards. We had Omar and another gentleman here doing out bath and shower. The installer Omar was awesome he has a 5 star his part did help. The sales associate has a 3 star do to he told me one thing and did not put all parts on. Did not notice until Omar showed me rye paperwork. I should have handled 2 in the shower 1 in bath but never put the second but kept repeating it as 3. The guy who came a measure got a 4 star. What I am knocking this company on is they need to not guess how much time a job takes. Stop rushing the installers. I want perfection if I am paying this about of money. I don’t want the installer feeling rushed. Don’t let someone that paper push schedule jobs let the people that do the job look at the job and schedule it. I had 2 bathrooms one was a gut and they gave him 1 day. Not good business but I made sure he took his time and did it right. I have step by step pictures how awesome these installers are. So I am giving this 4 stars because company schedulers. There the ones to bring it down not any other part of the company. Thank you for beautiful bathrooms

Nice team, good work, quality products.

They did an excellent job. They were so professional and respectful. We had been needing new windows for a while and kept putting it off, but once we met with Chris, he answered all our questions and we did it. Best decision we made. It was an investment in our house and did not require any work on our part. Several neighbors have noticed the new windows and commented on how nice they look.
