Great customer service - the two men sent out to install our new windows were polite and efficient - they took out the old glass and installed the new without causing any damage and were very careful with the landscaping - left after cleaning up and making sure that all the new glass was clean and shining.

If you know about Lafayette Glass then you probably are not going to google reviews on them- you know how they operate. If you don’t about them, let me tell you: these guys put in a glass shower door for us about 2 years ago. It’s an old house, so the walls aren’t perfectly square or plumb. They cut the glass to custom fit the odd shaped opening, and did so to a high tolerance. It looks great- perfectly even gap and no extra slop to be gobbled full with silicon. Just recently I needed a small single plane cut- type of thing most companies would pass on as a too small job. They got it done- and even with this small job it was done perfectly.

The Lafayette Glass team provided my family with exceptional service and were so wonderful to deal with. We measured our table wrong and we needed to get the glass trimmed after delivery. The team was so gracious and accommodating and went out of their way to correct our mistake. I am new to Lafayette and now an exclusive customer for all of my glass needs. Our table top is beautiful and I cannot recommend the company highly enough.

I couldnt be happier with my frameless shower glass from the team at Lafayette Glass. I got 3 bids and theirs was lowest. But most importantly, they could deliver the glass enclosure much faster, and when Mark came to my house to measure, he made important suggestions that the others had not - like making the glass door tall enough so the brackets didnt block my decorative strip. Great quality - highly recommended.

We had them place a mirror against a wall, once it was installed I told them it wasnt straight, they came out and said it was and if it wasnt it would get straight over time. I went in a month later and told the manager and his wife that I wanted the mirror to be fixed and or get my money back he said sue me! I had another glass company in Walnut Creek come out and replace the mirror and they got it straight. I would highly recommend going to another place if you want the job done right.

Had Lafayette Shower, Window and Glass replace 2 new frameless showers and some bath mirrors. Loved the installers. Very professional. A good experience from start to finish!

This company is THE WORST. Do not give them your business. I came into their Lafayette storefront twice in order to choose shower door glass and hardware. Deanna Connor – the owner’s wife – was so busy taking care of personal calls that our conversation was interrupted multiple times and she kept losing track of what I was ordering so I had to repeat myself. In addition, she was completely unknowledgeable of what products were available in what finishes. Her husband was an hour late for our measuring appointment, forcing my contractor to wait around. When he did show up, he contradicted the information his wife gave me on which my order was to be based. After placing an order with them – despite my many misgivings – I ultimately withdrew it because the owner could not come back for several days (forcing my contractor yet again to waste his time) to re-measure as he had promised and they could not meet the timeline we had agreed on for delivery/installation.In short, when I called to cancel my order, I was harangued by Deanna and her attitude was nasty, unprofessional and completely uncalled for. Just crossing my fingers that their unprofessionalism doesn’t make them think they can keep my money. These people deserve every bad review they have received on Yelp and Google. Do NOT give them your business.

Cant complain, they installed a glass shower for us and it was delivered on time, installed properly and looks awesome. They did a great job for us.

Bad service period. They dont pay attention to instructions and then dont own up to it when you call them on it. They close early when they feel like it, even though they post their hours on the web and on their phone message. This happened not once but twice to me in a 45 day period. Their attitude is very much...too bad so sad, they just dont put any effort into servicing people. They act like a business who feels like they are the only game in town.

Mark and Diana only care about money, which is fine if the quality was there. Would not recommend to anyone very unhappy with work done and could not get it fixed or any refund.
