I wasnt sure if I wanted to go to this nail shop due to the comments of different customers saying negative criticism. At first I felt kind of strange but after having a conversation with the owner I felt comfortable and I really love how they did my nails.Thank you

The customer service here sucks the staff is very unprofessional. The guy was in the middle of doing my nails and just stopped those people are all over in that place. I use to love the service but I guess over the years theyve slacked off. I would not recommend this place of business. This will be my last visit here.

It’s tax season...and I shouldn’t be wearing long nails...but 🤷🏾‍♀️...my ladies here fixed me up! I see everyone complaining about the price and this and that. You get what you pay for. They will not do every little thing for free. You make special requests..you pay.She shaped them just as I requested! Just ask them what you want...and they will be happy to help.Get gel if you can’t wait for them to dry. You break...you pay to fix.Thank them for their services and leave a tip.I had no problems...with the wait...or with the service.Hope to be back in two weeks (and to cut down 😩)! I asked for a elegant nails different colors and instead I got just a plain pink I paid $31 for elegant and I got plain pink and plain pink coat $20 wow

They do one hand at a time which takes wayyy longer and then they have a boy who just polishes nails . mixes English with their main language which makes it hard to hear . can do better .

They use to be my favorite nail shop to go to in the past a few years ago because there hours were convenient for me and they did a good job but, Now they rush an there employees are pushy on how they wanna do your nails an also rude so I would not recommend them at all !!!

My cousin and I visited this nail salon on Memorial Day because the nail shop we normally visit was closed. It was our worst experience ever at a nail salon. The lady who worked that day was very rude! Not only was the customer service horrible but so was the quality. I spent $82 that day. I did a pedicure, a refill and my 10 year daughter got her nails polished. I certaintly didnt expect after paying that amount of money that the gel polish would start chipping off of my nails the very next day. Gel polish normally last way longer than 1 day . Also, you can see through the polish on my nails. It is not the polish because the the guy that did my pedicure used the same polish and it looks fine. More coats of polish should have been applied on my nails however after going through what we went through there, we were just ready to leave. Monday was definitely my first and last time going there!

Me n my mom went there to do our nails at 6:30pm not knowing they close for 7pm instead of letting us know they wouldnt have enough time to finish they took us any how. Did our nails n took the payment did not give us time to sit down and let our nails dry instead they cut off all the lights,tv and the fan. Made us leave with wet nail polish. They say for us to dry it under the heat and walk us out n left. They definitely lost 2 customers I will never go there again to do my nails.

Will not be returning. Waited over an hour when told when we walked in the people in front of us were almost finished with their pedicures. They did not mention that the group of 5 ladies also had to do their nails, and there were only 2.5 techs available. The point 5 is for the owners son who only painted nails. We had to ask the nail techs to wash their hands because they moved from customer to customer without changing gloves or washing their hands. Very unsatiafitwd and unpleasant experience.

First off I never do a review but Im very upset I went here got a new set gell the lady was very demanding lied about a price till it was time to pay way more . now its been hell I have been getting my nails done for the last 15 years never have I ever seen this 4 out of 10 Nails my whole nail bed has came off with your fake nail theres nothing I can do they all are stuck to the fake now I dont know what products she uses but it is definitely not normal . When I was getting my nails done they was burning but I just assumed it would go away . The third day after getting this set went to open my door an my whole entire nail bed came off then I had to go to the er.the next week another nail with my real nail bed came off now today two more has came off in my whole nail bed is completely gone this is painful all my fingers are bleeding and I am livid livid if you want to see pics just follow my ig. Deemommy88 I swear this is the most painful and worst situations Ive ever had dealing with nails!

I called the shop to see if there was a wait in attempt to make an appt. I was advised to come now there was no wait. I made it there is maybe 3 minutes. When I got there I told them I wanted a pedicure and was put to soak. There was only 1 person waiting before me to do her nails and 1 lady doing her feet. Not knowing the lady doing her feet also had to do her nails. I was left to soak for 35 minutes and a lady who came in after me was assisted by a male worker with her nails. I was finally assisted and told the worker I only had time for a cut down and polish due to being on an hr lunch and soaking for so long. She then told me it would cost $15 ($10 to polish my toes and $5 for soaking my feet in cold water). Had I known it would have taken that long I definitely would not have stayed or soaked my feet!! The workers there are very rude and have a lack of communication with the cusotmers.

They rush so much! I had a manicure and she barely massaged my handsI felt like I was just a number. My manicure didnt even last a week☹

This has to be the worst nail salon Ive ever went to. The female technician was rude, unprofessional, and did what she wanted to do to my nails. When I told her that they were wrong she caught an attitude. I was told the were really inexpensive, now I see why you get what you pay for.
