So I discovered this hidden jewel this week located by Fashion World. They gave me the best manicure and pedicure Ive had. And they wrapped each foot with a hot towel and massaged my legs twice. I was in heaven 💞💃🏽.

Ok, this place is amazing. I went here with my boyfriend on a whim and it was everything I’d hope to get out of a pedicure. Friendly staff, super quality pedicure, good chairs. The atmosphere was clean and calm. I’m not going anywhere else.

I love the nail salon the service is always great and the ladies working there are incredibly friendly. My nails and feet always come out beautiful and get so many compliments. I dont ever go anywhere else and I highly recommend their services.

HORRIBLE! They were unclean, took no COVID precautions, and damaged my nails. I had stopped in for a gel manicure, and after coming back an hour later (like they asked) they said I was next in line. I then waited for 20 minutes, they gave me a bowl of acetone to soak my nails in, then left me for 30 more minutes. In the meantime, even after people left, I didnt see a single seat, chair, or table wiped down. After I asked when I would be helped, the lady tried to grab my hands IMMEDIATELY after working on another customers feet....without washing them or even wiping them off!! They then tried to power drill the rest of my gel off, which was painful and scratched the hell out of my nails (that were super weak after so much acetone). I got up and left...no way was I letting them ruin my nails any more.

I love this nail salon. Ive gone there for years. Emily and her sisters are so sweet and everyone else too. Ive tried different places and always go back even though its 40 min. from home. They give the best massages with the pedicure too.

I absolutely love this place! They are awesome and very respectful.Quality is awesomeeee!! My happy place..highly recommend!! The con about the shop is that they scrub your feet to hard and I have a cut on the back of my heel from them and it hurted so bad, also I got there 30 mins early before my appt time which was at 11 and I didnt leave the shop until 3pm that was a big disappointment!! They keep stopping etc. Didnt take the time that I was there in to consideration but overall they are good! Emily does my nails soooooooo good!

I got a pedicure once after a week of camping, and she really really cared about making them feel better and look better, even though I never said more than Hello and how are you. I also got dip nails for the first time with a different lady, and again, I dont talk much when getting services. She massaged my back, neck, and hands and completely boosted my confidence. Theyre always so sweet and never in a rush. The prices are great too!

This place is a joke. Waited 3 hours for them to finish my daughters acrylics. The women kept getting up from doing her to do pedicures and waxing for customers that came in after. Never again. Their excuse was “ they loyal customer”. Well you didn’t succeed in getting another loyal customer.

This is a busy place, so dont go if in a rush. This was the 5th place Ive been to in Lafayette since moving back to Louisiana. I love it here. All of the technicians are wonderful and friendly. My mom is very short and has difficulty getting around. They are extra patient and gentle with her. My nails always look great after a visit to Nail Salon. Emily is a precious lady!

I have been going here for over 10 years...i recently took the advice of psychotic sister in law and went somewhere else to have my bridesmaids and my nails done for my wedding the next day. I fully regret going to peters nails, and will never darken that establishment again with my shadow. But I digress. Emily recognized me immediately ...and was so happy to see me back after a few years ( money issues, ...only reason I couldnt get back to them sooner)...i showed her my nails and she couldt believe the poor job on both my nails and my pedicure. I wanted them off asap as they were horrible! She went to work on me immediately and talking to me like i had had never left! The conversation was wonderful, she even congratulated me on getting married! She never fussed at me about not going to them first... which she should have, I would have taken every lick!! I absolutely enjoyed the whole experience! I decided on having a manicure because i paid for one at Peters and never got it.... she could tell by just looking at my nails. While waiting for the manicurist to finish up on another lady, she must have had 6th sence because she came around and started to massage my neck and shoulders for the better part of 10 minutes! I wanted hug her, she is the sweetest lady who knew exactly what I needed! The manicurist (Lynn) got to me and was appalled at what i had previously experienced as a "manicure" she got to work on me, and honestly i had forgotten what a REAL manicure was supposed to look like! She did an absolutely wonderful job!!! She must have been told told about the horrible experience i had a week before at Peters, so when she when she started massaging ...my arms it felt like heaven for another 10 minutes!! I wanted to hug her to for being so courteous and pleasant! Every one of these ladies deserve a raise because i felt they went far and beyond trying to give me a pleasurable experience. They were happy i was there, everyone else they were working on, with just their faces, i could tell they were absolutely enjoying their experience as well. This place needs to be in the top 3 of all nail salons in lafayette! Thank you ladies, from the bottom of my heart, it was great seeing you all again and I truly felt as if i was being treated like a queen!!!! I will ALWAYS come back to you! There is NO ONE PLACE BETTER IN LAFAYETTE!!!!!! I will absolutely be bringing more and more people to your business! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! Much love to you ladies!!

My mother has terminal cancer so she is very frail. I told the ladies it was her first mani/pedi and to please be gentle. These ladies treated get like a queen. They pampered her and even walked her from place to place so she wouldnt fall. I loved it so much that Im booking for her birthday today.

I walked in and they let me sit and soak my hands in alcohol for 30 minutes !!!!! no one came to start helping, no one took the time to tell me how long it was going to be, even though i told her i had a baby and im also pregnant, hubby had my baby with him and he and i waited 1 hour before they told us its goin to be 30 more minutes, rudeeee, and when i complained she laughed at me, bad bad experience i would never recommend this place to ANYONE !

The nail techs start on you and then hopefully around at least 5 times servicing other customers. Also requested a refill and they started taking off nails.

Had my acrylics removed and the lady was a bit rough.. wont be returning.
