Does a great job. My eyebrows look amazing!!

Nail work is good, pedicures are okay. In the past my eyebrows would be amazing by anyone who would do them but recently a girl did them and she totally messed up the shape of both brows. I understand everyone needs to learn but Jenny needs to be assisting if she’s learning because it’s pretty pricey as well

Clean, friendly and does a GREAT job. Had my nails done and my eyebrows microbladed. I am Very happy with my nails but especially with my eyebrows they have never looked better. Jen takes her time, she explains everything, is VERY skilled and sweet! Does Great Work!! The Go To place for nails, waxing and micoblading. You will not be disappointed!

Was very underwhelmed with this place. They seemed offended that I didnt want artificial nails. I simply wanted a good manicure and pedicure. They started a bunch of people and moved on. Like a switch-a-roo. It creates a back up of people. It would flow smoother if they completed and pushed out. Was offered something to drink. It took almost 3 hours to do a simple manicure and pedicure. I left while still wet.

I really love this place because the people working there are truly kind. This is my favorite salon ever in the world. I would rather spend all of my money on my nails and other stuff at the salon than just go to other salon. I would rate this place 5 stars because this place is just amazing and they are really fair to people. They make really good deals and they even put 20 or 10% off. 😊😍😊 This is the best place ever to go and you should go here when ever you want to relax. Best relaxing place in my LIFE! Absolutely loved my first experience here! I did the dip nails and they turned out stunning! I added a little bit of a tip to the end of my nail and everything looks so natural! Will definitely be coming back.

There may be a few problems here. The inside of the building is absolutely beautiful. But Jenny was lacking of workers. She has very few workers working for her. If she had more, then everything would be going smoothly and there wont be as much problems. Jenny tries her best and i respect that. She needs more workers though. She has to keep sending her customers home because she is way too busy. I wish her the best. As her daughter, She tries her best to support us. She does anything to make us happy. I wish she could come home early to spend quality time with us. We do spend time together, but rarely. I now come to her shop to help her work. I recommend this place. Really. I may be her daughter but almost everytime i came, her customers were sastified.

Jenny did amazing work on my brows. I get so many compliments on the shape, color, and fading. Her work is so detailed and she takes her time with her clients.

Overall, atmosphere was nice. Dip nail work is good, pedicure OK but the new set lash extenstion& refills are relatively different from what I am used of. First of all, it takes way longer than usual (between 2-4 hours) depending on who keeps interrupting Jenny and stopping by to visit her while she is with a customer. Second, the refills were consistent but the last few times was a different style lash (not as full), & I don’t like and have never experience someone pulling above or below my eyelids (eyes) while applying lashes. I think I have been patient with the in/out of friends/family chatting w/Jenny half the time she is refilling my lashes but this time my patience got short, just had enough of unprofessionalism and I was not satisfied with my few lashes Jenny had applied that took her over an hour and a half. So, I left and refuse to return.

It is a fantastic Spa and service is very professional. I am sure you will be happy with the service at Ugo Nails and Spa, and willing to come back for more.... I highly recommend it..!

I can only speak to my facial experience there. I only went patronized UGO because on this particular day I decided to get a facial on a whim, and did not have an appointment. UGO was the only place that could take me on that day, so I decided to give them a shot. When I walked in it seemed as if most people were there to get their nails or brows done. In that regard it was packed, and I cannot speak to the quality of those services. However, if you need a facial, just go to an actual spa. You will have a better experience and better atmosphere for the exact same price. The person doing my facial was out of the room more than he was in the room. When he left for long periods of time, he did not explain why. I found myself wanting to rinse whatever he had put on my face off, and cut the whole experience short, but there was no wash bowl in the room. While there is ever so low ambiance music playing, it is not enough to drown out the noise and conversations in the waiting room. The facial was very very basic, he rubbed a few products on my face, wiped them off with a low ply paper towel, and that was pretty much it. No warm towels, nothing at all soothing. I was alone in the room more than I was with the person giving the facial. The products were just okay. I feel like I could have purchased an at home facial kit and had the same effect. Possibly if I had paid only half of the price that I was charged then it would have been worth it. I paid $75 for what they claimed to be some sort of advanced facial. I would have felt comfortable and more justified in the experience if I had only paid $35. The facial is simply not worth the price $75. I have had facials for the same price at actual salons, and not thought twice about it, because it was worth it. I walked out UGO more stressed than when I walked in. From the crowd in the waiting room, if you need your nails or eye brows done they seem to be worth trying, however, If you need a facial, go to a proper spa. UGO Spa is a glorified nail shop that attempts to offer other services. Please do not make the same mistake that I did. Spend your money more wisely.
