I got a manicure I just wanted basic they didn’t ask or confirm my service they charged me 30.00 for basic peri. (Wasn’t worth it)Charged 15.00 for my daughter basic nail paint did a terrible job my daughter wasn’t happy with the end result.They where calling us mechungs, which is white people in Vietnamese.Will not be returning Costumers.

I called to confirm that I could come after I get off ( I work in the mall) only to be met with almost 30 minutes of waiting... I should have listened to the reviews and not have wasted my time. The few clients they did have were not happy with what was done and the customer service is terrible. I honestly believe they are only still open bc of the accessibility... don’t waste time, just go elsewhere. They deserve less than 1 star

I recently went to do my arylics and th last was like what you want very rude yanked my nail ! As soon as he finish they were bowlky ! The next day my nail broke when grabbing a bag of chips . I highly do not recommend! Terrible experience!

I brought my daughters here to get their nails done while went to Macys. They gave horrible service. They charged one of my daughters 40 dollars for acrylic nails. They were not straight and she still had polish all over her hands. My other daughter asked for square and they gave her anything but square. Also, they both asked them to make them shorter and they would not. Never again. They have a big sign that says no refunds and they mean it.

First off, this place does not do dip nails, but they will say they do when you request it. I went here on a Sunday and got an overlay with colored powder (Which they still charged me $40 dip price for). I had to come back Tuesday, because two nails fell off, Kevin redid my entire nails, he ripped all the remaining nails off, my fingers were burning as he applied the new overlay. He didnt care, he dug his tool so far into one of my nails I started bleeding. I left with a new set, I had to come back again on Wednesday because another nail fell off!! I just asked for my money back (but of course now, he speaks no English) he fixes the nail and I leave again. I flew out of the country the next day, and before we landed another nail had broken and fallen off. Terribly poor quality service here. I will never give them my money again!!

My daughter and niece went in for manicures. The nails on my daughter were uneven and the polish was clumpy! My niece asked twice for them to shorten her nails and they didnt. I believe that if I were there the employees would have been nicer. I confronted the owner and he did fix their nails. And when was $30 normal for a manicure!!?

Wish I could give no stars. This place is terrible.. only went because my regular nail shop was too busy. These ppl are so rude. They talk about you in their language and you can tell they are because everyone looks at you laughing. The price for the services are too high for the quality. Pedicure starting chipping the next day and full set started coming off in 2 days. 65 dollars down the drain for terrible service and attitudes. If you can avoid going here I would!! So many better quality nail shops in Lafayette which of whom are friendly with exceptional service. I recommend Ugo spa, day nails, and exotic nails. This place is a joke !!

Went in to get a nail repaired. 5 days later, i was reaching into my purse and the ENTIRE nail popped off!! A waste of time and money!! Ive dealt with this salon in 98 and hadn’t been back until this visit. They reminded me of why I stopped going.

Charged extra for the color not being dark enough to cover my nails and all my nails are uneven and thick. Overpriced and janky not to mention she cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding and then used polish remover on said cut. Most miserable experience.

Lady working on my nails has fungus on her left thumbnail. She also left the UV light on the whole time and never gave me a time to pull them out. This was my second time and I won’t be going back. Her painting skills are not up to par.

Customer service was ok, my daughter and I didn’t have to wait long at all! I see now why the salon was pretty empty. My shellac is peeling off already and it hasn’t even been 24 hours.

HORRIBLE. Don’t ever get the dip nail here or anything for that matter. She painted all of my nails to my skin and didn’t even reshape my nails or trim my cuticles and then OVERCHARGED me $55 when it’s already overpriced at $40 on the sign. I WILL NEVER EVEN THINK OF THIS PLACE AS A LAST OPTION TO GO. Had to go home and file my nails and put another top coat on. She also had me soaking my nails for over 30 minutes even after all of the polish was off? Save yourself time and money and go anywhere else.

The service is good. But my nails were see through and 1 of them came off the next day. And when we went no one was there a d or was around 1 or 2.

$45 down the drain!! I got dip powder and the dip is way to thick. My nails are filed all crooked. I wouldn’t go back.

If I could give a 0.. I would. Rude as hell and cant even glue on a damn tip right. They glued the tip to my skin!!! I told them I didnt want to go any further to just take the tips they had put on, off. The guy tries to talk me into staying and when I tell him no He grabs the drill and tries to drill the tips off, burns me and when I said ouch and pulled my hand back he grabbed it and instantly started drilling again. When I told him to stop he was appalled. He then puts my fingers to soak in acetone to remove the tips from my skin (and it doesnt remove the glue) and walks away and has yet to come back.. that was 30 mins ago. So I just wiped it all off myself. I highly recommend this place to be closed down. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Love this place they have Ridiculous, poor quality, nails are chipping one hour later. I lost a large chunk of my very busy life waiting on these crazy lazy fools to just paint-- not trim-- my nails. Like seriously, if you dont color in the lines you should work elsewhere!There was a dude with large,scaly and alligator hands there. And a lady kept mumbling and I could not hear her and she was rude! So if you want rude people, bad service and poor quality nails go here!!

Whatever you do, PLEASE do not patronize this unprofessional nail salon! They did my daughters nails on New Years Eve and they did a HORRIBLE job. They do not know how to do nails in this shop! It took 2 techs just to do the coffin cut nails and one of her nails was crooked!!! After she told them that it was crooked, they ignored her and continued to do her nails anyway all the way up until they were polished! They triple coated her polish then applied a clear coat! They refused a refund and tried to fix her nail by filing it down. I paid $29.00 for a refill and a cutdown. she cut them down and didnt file them or shape them to look like finger nails! they look like chicklettes on my fingers. they are way too thick to the point that I can not open my phone charger slot on my phone! the thumb nails are drastically different one shorter then the other by almost a cm! is wider then it is long and crooked!

Very rough! My cuticles were bleeding when she was done, skin was painted on my toes. They were rushing through my service with an empty salon. Wouldnt go there again if it were free!
