You get what you pay for. Nails were cheap but so was the service. Horrible quality and attitude from staff. I honestly sat in my car after and cried about this experience. Nails were applied lazy, my pinky nail was shaved down to my nail bed until I had to call out in pain for him to stop so I have bleeding under the nail bed now, the shapes were so uneven, and so many steps were skipped in what i assume was a quick effort to finish up a client they didn’t value. Please get the gentleman doing nails some better training as well… I had to pay for my nails before they started applying polish “in case I messed them up” just for them to do a disgusting job on the easiest part. The nail polish was applied poorly, minimal effort to fix it, they put a clear coat to “fix” it I guess just for it to turn out discolored and blotchy and made no effort to let my nails cure properly either. I was so done with this place. I’m never wasting money here no matter how cheap it is. I just hope my nail doesn’t end up infected now. I went home to remove them. Waste of my time, money and energy.

The fortunate and unfortunate part is they were willing to take walk-ins and we were appreciative for this but I’m VERY concerned about cleanliness. I was there with a few teenagers and didn’t realize until after we left that new and clean tools were not used between the three of them that had manicures. The gentleman used the same cuticle clippers between all three girls. He even clipped the cuticle of one and didn’t have gloves on. Hate to leave this review but it isan honest reflection of what happened. Thank you for being open on a holiday and taking us, but most likely won’t return due to the lack of cleanliness.

I love the amount of colors of different colors of polishes, gels, powders and glitters! This is the best place to get a manicure and pedicure - so relaxing and the staff is very friendly ( And open on Sunday)‼️😍❤️😍 I come here at least once a month and love it‼️❤️❤️❤️

I had a good time at this place. I tried coffin nails at the suggestion of the nIl tech. She did a good job but Im not liking coffin. I still go back to square next time. I like the lady that I had.

Came in for just a soak off and manicure. At first everything was great. But once they started getting busy, they were rushing through everyone. For my manicure they were rushing so much. They usually do the lotion and the massage at the end. So they didn’t wanna do it. So i told them about it and she said she only does it for ppl that ask. That’s not a proper manicure. They were so busy I didn’t even wash my hands. I just left and still have all of the sawdust stuff on me. That’s how fast they were rushing through. I say if you want to visit this place, come while they are not busy. Because the service is horrible when they are.

Worst experience ever.. overpriced. didn’t get what I asked for, asked if I could get a refund or for someone to redo them and they said they couldn’t! What I wanted vs what I got ( I never get my nails short)

They cut ALL of my fingers with the nail file! Literally sawed into my fingers I can barely do anything because they burn so bad. I’m terrified I’m going to get an infection in my fingers because of how bad it is. I would not recommend spending money here.

$67 for a basic manicure/pedicure with gel polish? When I was getting my feet done the worked told me $25 for my feet and $15 for my hands knowing I was doing gel polish. After I’m done and go to pay it’s $25 for a pedicure plus an additional $15 for gel. For my hands it was $15 and an additional $10 for gel polish. PLUS a $2 fee to pay with a card. All of this they did not tell me before when they told me how much it cost. I don’t mind paying the price but the worker purposely misled me by telling my the basic price knowing I couldn’t understand her English well. But she gave me $5 for next time and she wrote it on the back of a business card. I recommend you go somewhere else, there’s nothing special about this place especially for the prices you pay.

My normal shop was closed on a Sunday, so I came to this 1. Honestly I wouldnt go back, because it wasnt as good as their other reviews said. I had to tell them multiple times stuff to fix because they didnt do it right. And they couldnt even shape a coffin nail the right way. 1 of the women was getting mad at me every time I asked her to fix something that wasnt right and she started getting rough with my hands. And one of the guys was buffing my skin and not even my nails.

I absolutely love this place. I switched here after my sister recommended I try them. They give the best pedicures. I have paid almost double what they charge and got less. I went ahead got powder dip nails the other day. They look great and she did not use an electric file my real nails.

I went last weekend and do my nails I said I wasn’t going back because they didn’t take my bank card so they made me leave my sell phone like I was really going to run off with there money so when I got home one nail chip and one nail broke so I decided to go back let them change color and fix nail they charged me 55$ to do original and to fix one nail and change color they charged me 20$ I see why they don’t get no business there to high and the nails don’t even last long and just like they don’t have business they no longer have mine neither

I went do my nails Friday July 9th 4:32!pm and I asked for coffin nails and that lady said no and she gave me square square and I don’t even like it me and my Fren that also did her nails with me didn’t like her square square nails either then the next day both of our two nails broke and we are never going back and the ppl that doin our nails were talking about surger daddy’s and and one night stands and periods it was just nasty and unprofessional like all the way and our nail shapes didn’t even match and I don’t think one hand should cost 40 dollars 💵 for a child that’s doin nails and when we went there it was 40 and. N the phone 📲 they told us 35 dollars 💵 so they lied 🤥 to us wich is unprofessional and they kept goin to different ppl and not paying attention to our nails and keep messing up our nails

If I could give zero stars I most definitely would. My nails look HORRIBLE. I needed my nails done on a Sunday and my regular nail salon was closed. So I decided to try a different nail salon. I looked at reviews and I was conflicted by the reviews below, but there were more good reviews than bad ones. As soon as I arrived I got a bad feeling. I walked in and said that I wanted a French tip full set. She sat me down and started asking if I want a pedicure or eyebrow wax. I understand about up selling BUT when I have to tell you no 5 times, it gets a bit ridiculous. At my normal salon it takes about an hour to do a full set. It only took these people 20 minutes. And as you can imagine my nails reflect that. My nails are uneven, crooked, and falling off. It’s only been about 4 days. Also, she was so rough on my nails that she made several of them bleed. Take this review how you want but I will NEVER be back here again.

I went there yesterday, Sunday June 3rd, they were so unprofessional. And they did not have much manners if you ask me . I asked for a full set, they gave me the full set, but my polish looks like my little cousin did them, they are uneven & they are falling off . Let me not remind you I did this YESTERDAY afternoon. Well, my one star says it all. She told me I have crooked fingers, so that is why my nails are crooked. The width is uneven. My friend ended up painting her own nails. One of the employees argued with a customer after she expressed her concern.

I had the worst experience at this nail salon. I was completely embarrassed by the woman that attempted to take my payment. She proceeded to make me run my card four times and then told me my card was the problem after I pulled my online banking up and was able to show her I clearly had the money. She took way too much off of my eyebrows. While doing them she stepped out of the room twice with wax on my face both times; once to answer the phone and the to greet somebody. Immediately after she finished my eyebrows she is drew them in without my permission with some colored pencil. I rubbed the stuff off and explained to her she made them uneven and too thin but she continued to tell me that I never had hair in those spots despite the hair on the wax strips. They did poorly with my nails too and used a drill even though I asked the other lady 3 times to not use the drill (and was told the lady is unwilling to learn English by her own coworker which was rude of her). Each nail was shaped differently and the more I corrected them the shorter my nails became. I give three stars only because they were really nice people and knew all of their clients by name.
