This review is based on my personal experience. There was nothing that resulted in a lower star rating. I hope the photos help when you decide where to go.Ms. Pam did a great job. I walked in around 1pm, and was immediately greeted and given a chair. They had a lot of colors to choose from - but they were a little out of order. The salon front was smaller but had enough room to comfortably sit the amount of chairs they had. It took an hour for a gel manicure. Ms. Pam listened to mr when I noted what shape I would like and then also suggested adding the glitter to my accent nail. They were reasonably priced and I would go back.

Worst place ever. nails were very chunky and not neat. didn’t use the color i asked. most definitely not returning. worst experience ever! owner was also really rude and rushed me. ignored me when i complained

Young lady did a great job with my deluxe pedicure. Took her time. She really deserved her tip.

Ive only been here once. This is NOT my normal nail salon. Had gone to the bank and one of the tellers nails looked spot on. So she tells me she got them done here. Ok.. I figured Id try it. I go in tell them I need a fill and fix 1. I sit down and everything is going well. Their selection of colors is pretty small. I picked a color. They didnt have the glitter I wanted. Of course not.. I wanted the tellers nails..lol. but they suddenly didnt have it. So I pick another glitter. All in shellac. Long story short, I leave, the one they fixed isnt the same shape as my other nails. Got nicked and made to bleed 3x. My nails werent buffed in a consistent shape. Some are rounded some are flat. The gel wasnt done well. The glitter looked bad.. overall unhappy. But.. lesson learned. Stick to my normal salon..

Efficient, decent work, but the ability to communicate was severely diminished. It also took quite a while to get started.

Expensive. $50 for gel pedicure, $30 for normal pedicure

I would have given this place zero stars if I could. Walked out without my nails completely done. I don’t think the lady knew what she was doing. They didn’t have what I wanted and once I decided on something they did have the lady couldn’t understand what I was saying. She proceeded to make me bleed twice and laughed after she did it the first time. I shouldn’t have even paid for this.... it’s terrible! $40 down the drain. Not happy at all.

I went to this place yesterday to do a full set ombré, pedicure, and eyebrows and I had no problem with my eyebrows and my pedicure. The only problem I had was with my nails. The lady with the short hair screwed up my right thumb very badly to where she had cutted my right thumb and was bleeding badly. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS NAIL SALON EVER AGAIN!!! WORST SERVICE FOR MY NAILS AND I THINK THEY WERE RUSHING SO THEY COULD LEAVE BECAUSE ME, MY STEPMOM AND MY STEPSISTER WERE THE LAST ONES THERE. I REPEAT ILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!

Love this nail Salon. I have been doing my nails for a long time hands down this is the best plavp to get ur nails done in laffayette

They are so unorganized and my nail broke in the same day. Another thing is the girl shaped my nail way too pointy and the another girl left some black stuff on my nails and still painted over it. I will never recommend somebody to go there. And all those girls are still in school.
