Absolutely wonderful salon! I had gel pedicure and full set. Very nice and professional staff. I wanted a specific design for my nails, and I was not disappointed. I love my gel manicure.

This place is awesome. My deluxe pedicure was extremely good, my full set came out very cute and pretty is much more better what Im asked for . She took time to be careful and gentle while filing and not to get the cuticles. She was very friendly and attentive.

Literally best nail service I’ve received and were super nice. I even left a little buzzed for a great price. I recommend this salon to anyone looking to get pedicures, shellac, dip or acrylics. They do amazing work and very personable.

Had a mommy daughter day and it was an awful experience for my little girl,, Amy did an absolute terrible job on my daughters nails and I refused to let her walk out with them like they was, she was rough cut her fingers with machine and her fingers were sore afterwards. I personally had Ann and she did a great job. AVOID AMY

Nail salons seem to be a dime a dozen these days but I am so glad I found this one! Hands down the absolute best pedicure I have ever gotten and am looking forward to a return visit.

My big toe hurts after a pedicure. She yanked out an extra piece from my big toe and it’s swollen. Rushed, definitely felt “like a herd of cattle in an assembly line” Shady with pricing never going back. Girl was flirting too much with the guy next to her and not paying attention. Rolled her eyes when one of my toe nails accidentally touched my big toe nail that was already painted. Maybe try using a separator like every other salon? Horrible!

I defiantly will be coming back this place. The lady who did my nails was very talkative very engaged with conversation and she didn’t my nails for a wedding perfectly exactly what I asked for.

Went there for a pedicure got a a girl name jenny.. I just wanted a normal pedicure but she kept saying luxury pedicure I couldnt understand her.. felt pressured to get it so I do.. very rushed it felt like it was only 20 mins she was rough and for 50 dollar it wasnt worth.. I loved this place but jenny was very rude. Next time please give me someone else.. I will be back but NOT for jenny

I was supposed to get my nails done in Frankfort (Silky Nails, I dont recommend). But after extreme unprofessionalism on the salons behalf, I LEFT. I was supposed to get my nails done for my wedding. Frantic, I called Lams and told them of my unfortunate dilemma. They HAPPILY took me in, even without an appointment. I told them it was for my wedding and they made sure that I got the look I wanted. They were so kind to me and very professional. They saved my day that started off ruined. I am extremely grateful to this salon. My nails turned out better than I pictured. Thank you ALL so very much!!!

Very rushed; the girl that worked on my friends pedi hurt one of her toes, and the tech would just roll her eyes. She didnt separate her toes when painting them, and so if the toes accidentally touched, the tech would roll her eyes again. Not professional at all.Then while I was getting my nails removed for a new set, she was being rough and went under my real nail and tried popping off the acrylic nail. On another nail, she was clipping roughly and split my nail in half. It really hurt and I kept telling her.Also couldnt give me the ombre I wanted and insisted I get French tips. I just went with it because I was too tired to argue.2 stars because the finished product was pretty but the service was awful. Dont promote things you cant do.

I went in to get my nails polished, I felt like I was in a assembly line being herded in and out like cattle. So disappointed in the young lady, she certainly wasn’t gentle at all. I paid for this treatment and left a nice tip, I’ve been going there for 3yrs, not again I’ll go elsewhere. I was there less than 20 mins, in and out and on my way home. I wasn’t even out of the chair and she was gone to do a pedicure. Not to mention 3 out of 5 nails on one hand were slanted and not at all square. To top it off it’s Mothers Day, NO pampering at this place.☹️

If i could give it zero stars, i would. The lady burned me so many times with the drill and was filing so hard she ripped the nail off and had to glue it back down. she also did a horrible job with the shape and paint job. she then continued to yell at the receptionist about text messages. and when i asked to make them shorter, she went off and said “she don’t even know what she wants”....

I absolutely adore this nail spa in particular. Absolutely worth the experience work and treatment. Im a female who likes an exotic look to my nails. They have to be sturdy and last and feel as if theyre my own. I can come in with a general idea or find pictures of nail art and Im positive its a challenge especially because i have a preference for longer stiletto or coffin style nails and the amount of work and artistry that i receive here is beyond phenomenal. I attempted to have my nails done somewhere else and there started peeling and chipping within the same week and started painfully ripping off. Ive never had that problem here. These nails last and are efficient. Always a 10 out of 10 from me

Wasnt the best experience. Lady could not understand what I was saying. Didnt paint the end of my toenails.. Everywhere else I have went does. Probly wont return.

They did a really good job, except some of the design that was painted on could have been better. But overall really good.

The lady that was doing my nails she was doing it in a rush didn’t even asked what shape i wanted them, I forget most of the numbers of the colors and when I told her I forgot she rolled her eyes basically giving the customer attitude like damn also do it right that’s why i’m paying. Of course I didn’t tip her that lady need to change that attitude... 🤦🏻‍♀️

I was told the wrong price before and after told me I was 10$ short. She then cut my cuticles and made me bleed, not once but twice. She didnt ask me for the shape and just made them coffin. The acrylic is bumpy and its all awful and not worth what i paid.

I really enjoyed this nail place. I went there the first time a couple weeks ago and mrs. lam was really nice and did a wonderful job on my acrylics and finished in about 30-40 minutes! It was very affordable and my nails have lasted longer than any other nails I’ve had!

Felt rushed and gel pedicure wasnt done well. Technician trimmed & shaped nails without asking and really didnt do much with heal roughness. Disappointed in service itself but was a nicely done set up and enjoyable salon environment. Liners are a nice touch but water runs through the jets regardless so I am not sure how it is necessarily more sanitary.

Everything was perfect especially since me and my two sisters came in at the last minute on Christmas eve!! Not rushed, very nice, great quality.

I wanted to come here a few times before giving them this review. They do an awesome job. I only ever get pedicures, and being somebody who is very active in the gym and always wearing military boots, my feet are rough by the time I come back. But I always leave with baby soft feet and brand new toes every time. Another plus - for how great of a job they do, it’s not super pricy! I definitely appreciate what they do for me and I’ll be coming here for as long as I can.

I went here with my cousin to get our nails done. The tech was very rude to me after I explained to her I had never had my nails done before. She did not listen to me when I explained to her multiple times what I wanted. My nails ended up looking okay, but they were unevenly shaped and started popping off a few days after I got them! They are also very over priced as they charge $200 for my cousin and I. Will not return.

Im a caregiver for the elderly. I brought my client here...for a mani pedi. My client has limited mobility and needs regualr assistance going from vehicle to wheelchair to spa chair. The women that worked on her did their best to accommodate my client. Made us feel welcomed and took the time to get her all polished, pampered, and feeling like a girl again. Fantasic. 💓💓💓

Service waxing was great, time to pay I stood for several minutes to pay, all technicians outside front door, smoking and chatting, ignoring me, waxing table against wall I had to keep knees bent with feet on the wall, they seemed to not car language was very hard to understand

A little apprehensive as we all are when trying a new salon but I could not be happier with Tinascareful attention to detail and the time that she took to make sure that my nails were everything I wanted them to be! Most operators are very nice. Do a good job. Used to be a bit less expensive than some places but not sure. There was one time they did my toe nails while getting manicure I thought was free the way they talked but then wanted to charge me for painting them.

Feeling great ! when I come here to experience the foundation for the upcoming holiday season. The beautiful girls they did a very hard job. Very nice color. And I have a compliment to everyone at Lams Nail Spa.

They are okay. I went to get my nails and feet done here a couple times and each time they did the bare minimum. I will not go here to get my nails done. I went for an eyebrow wax and the lady who did my brows left strands of hair on my face after I told her what I wanted. It took me 2 months to grow my brows back. Literally I would only suggest this place for an upper lip or some different type of wax because theres no way they can mess that up. Not very good quality.

My husband and I went in for pedicures. This was his first time getting a pedicure. The staff was wonderful! Pedicures looked great. My husband says we will only come to this shop for nail care from now on.

Mixed feelings about this place. I got a pedicure which was incredibly rushed and done in about 7 minutes. After, I waited to get acrylics for almost half an hour before one of the techs told me she’d start on my nails, but if her appointment (who was a half hour late) came in, I’d have to wait for someone else. Eventually the appointment came and I had to wait another 20 minutes for someone else to become available and finish what the first tech started. Luckily, my nails were done quickly and looked alright. Still overpriced for what you get. The staff is incredibly friendly, which bumps them up a star, but that doesn’t make up for poor work or store policies.

Second time at Lams and still love it. I took my grandma, mom, and two sisters-in-law and we had great time. They were patient with our wonky arrival times and treated my grandma so well. Paul gives a killer massage and the best pedi Ive had. Ty is gentle and also great. Overall excellent service, excellent quality, and very good prices!

I went for the first time and saw Tammy. I told her what I wanted and I had a picture in mind but to be honest my nails looked better than the picture. Tammy is sweet person that made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down in her chair. She is also a perfectionist and that was one of my favorite things about her. She wont stop until she thinks its perfect...and it is. Everyone was friendly but I can only speak about my experience with Tammy and I definitely will be back to see her.

Lams Nail and Spa is the place to be if you want your nails to be perfect! They are up to date on all the “new” ways to do nails, very polite, friendly, really take the time to make sure to hear what you want, very clean, from gel to mani/pedi, to my favorite the dip nails, as a cancer patient my nails can be fragile so having the dip done helps them grow and be stronger! Mrs Lam is fantastic and the staff is always great. I get acrylics with gel polish. I get my nails done every 3 weeks. $30 + cash tip. They accept cash, checks, and credit but ask that tips are paid in cash or check. A huge selection of polish!

I will NEVER return to this nail salon. First I get moved from one tech to another tech, I get that it happens, but not normally when the salon is completely empty. I should’ve just left when the second nail tech started just tearing off my acrylics. But since they were coming off easily I just brushed it off. Until she got to my middle finger on my left hand. When I told her that one hurt and I think the nail is broken somewhere she continued to pry at the acrylic. While doing this she ripped my nail 3/4 of the way down to my cuticle. She ripped it off the nail bed completely causing it to bleed. She then tried to dip my finger into a shot glass full of acetone. When I told her not to touch my finger that I was done and just wanted to leave she continued to try to touch the nail that she had just ripped. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and have never had anything like this ever happen. The whole experience was painful from beginning to end. Horrible service.

I wanted to like this place and was excited to come after hearing many people speak highly of this place but I was very disappointed and won’t be back. My nail color is not what I asked for, my nails are uneven and instead of a straight square shape the tops kind of droop inwards. Also, i went three days ago and the gel nail polish has already started to chip and everything was done very sloppily. Not happy about it at all.

I get pink white nails, not only is Lam the best, she also is a good friend to all her clients! Always good to see her family and her workers and just listen to them. Always treated with respect . Granddaughters nails popped off in 2 days while on vac. Very thin when put on. My pedicure was awful. Cut way to short, way short. Made mind up last time going to nail salon. Hate cause lady that owns is good at her job and really nice.

The service performed while at Lams was quality. My nails and toes look great. The customer service and decency for others was poor to say the least. Employees were abrupt and sharp with me. Additionally, while there we witnessed a minority women being denied service based solely on the color of her skin. She was told to wait, then another customer was taken before her. When she asked why, the employees began laughing. She was told to go pick a color and the laughter and talking continued. The women confronted Lams employees and asked for an explanation as to the laughter, when no explanation was given she walked out.

Love going here, and I can always get an appointment the same day! They pay attention to all the little details that make the experience so much better.

Man doing my nails was rude enough to make me cry, over priced uneven nail shape. My ring finger nails go inward instead of straight across..very disappointed

I absolutely love this place. I have tried many different ones in town and havent found one as good as Lams. Sometimes a little pricey for what you want but personally I think the nails that she does are fantastic.

Ive honestly never had a bad experience here and I have been coming here for years. It is a little bit pricer than some other places, but you get what you pay for!

They are fast which I guess could be good if they weren’t so sloppy. On Sunday I got gel polish on my regular nails and by Wednesday it had come off my thumb, there are little air bubbles in my other nails which just isn’t pretty to look at. Over all I wouldn’t go again.

A few months ago I would have given Lam a five star rating. But do to the new people she has hired I wont return. Ive had my feet cut and I mean to the point of bleeding the two times I decided to get a pedicure there. And instead of reducing the price or giving it to me for free they made me pay full price. Thats just ridiculous. Especially when I had to wait weeks for my feet to heal... Ive had my fingers cut on more than one occasion and the new people do a horrible job and doing acrylic nails. I end up with acrylic all over my fingers, I have to pick paint off the sides of my fingers and the new people are very rude.. I understand Lam is busy but she needs to hire new people.

I came here to get a full set and her fill ins as a birthday gift, online for the prices, it says $40 for full set coffin shape and $25 for coffin shape fill ins. Please tell me how instead of paying $75-80 i payed $100. I will NOT be coming back here again.

Went in to get a pedi and full set done with gel nail polish . Which cost me 119$ . Which was overly priced! I did not end up paying a tip because I felt for the price they charged me it was not deserved. After they realized I did not pay a tip. They gave me an attitude and was being rude to while on the process of me walking out the door.

The man who did my nails today did an amazing job exactly how I wanted. They made me feel welcome and it didnt take long either. I will be back.

The first time I went here was with my mom and we got manis and pedis, this was a few months ago and April took care of me. I liked how she interacted with us as my moms tech didnt say much at at. Everything was great and I loved the way she did my pedicure. Very clean and no rush at all. 5+ stars my first time. Now fast forward to when I came back the second time. April had gone back home which is unfortunate for them because she did a great job and seemed to be the only one I can understand! Now the guy that did my pedicure didnt talk at all and he rushed it that I was in and out so fast that I couldnt even enjoy it. This is too bad that they have such different techs that give the same service but can be so off from one another. I wont be coming back. They need to stop speaking their language so loudly in front of clients. We come to relax not feel uncomfortable.

Nice environment and great service

The employees were not so polite. You could tell that they were talking about you the entire time. My toes were done pretty well but the gel on my nails are very thick in some places, and I had to ask 3 times for her to paint all the way to the edge of my nail.

Ive been going to Lams for two years now, and its easily the best service Ive gotten in the Lafayette area. I always get a mani-pedi each time I go in, and Im always satisfied with the work they do. Susan is my favorite tech by far!

I have been twice now...Henry did them both times...was surprised at how gentle his touch is. My cuticles were very dry and I never bled!! That is a big deal for me. ☆☆☆☆☆☆

Im never coming here again. I dont know if this is just me but ive never had to pay 10 dollars to get a different shape AND to get them longer. plus the guy was hurting my fingers when he was filing my nails and when he painted them he only did two coats and u could still see my nails under. the nails weren’t that good they were uneven too. I came back and the owner i believe redid them and they looked better which was nice. Also when i came home my nails started trobbing from how much they were hurting from the harsh filing. 🙄🙄👎

This is the second time I have gotten my nails done and the first time I went their my nail polish came right off. And this time I got acrylics and they are so thin that they just pop right off. So I highly don’t recommend going here.

Went in to get my nails done and was told that they were closed when it was 30 minutes prior to store closing. When I exclaimed this to them employees started talking to each other in another language and started laughing at me. When I looked at one of the employees laughing they immediately stopped which clearly means they were talking about me. After that they told me to pick a nail color and they would see me. Another person of color came in right behind me and the same thing was done to her. I am not sure what their issue is with people of color but I would never return to this place again
