The lady that did my manicure was either new or just didnt care about quality customer service and work. I showed her the shape of my nails prior to her starting. I wanted them softly rounded, no sharp corners. I also told her to just shorten them a little and pointed it out to her, since I dont think she understood me at all. The lady working next to her stepped and shaped my nails. I noticed that the file they were using was stained and worn. I asked about it and if it had been sanitized. They said that they only change and clean their tools once a day. Since the clippers, etc. Were in a plastic sandwich bag, I question how they are sanitized. They dont remove enough of the old gel product so I am left with lumps and lines of the old product under the new. They look awful. I am so disappointed, I wont be returning or recommending. Bad news travels faster than good.

I drove from Russiaville because this place had great reviews. I haven’t indulged in some me time in a really long while. Made an appointment in the morning for 4:45 on a Friday. I knew it would be busy and I arrived 5 minutes early and I was surprisingly in a chair by my appointment time😊 Came in for my birthday and I was not disappointed! Holly took great care of me, deluxe pedi(added wax), really gentle but still thorough, didn’t feel rushed at all. She was kind, clear on what I was asking for, and patient. I tried dip powder for the first time on my natural nails. Holly did beautifully on them as well. I am sold on dip powder! Worth every penny! Salon was also clean and a relaxing environment regardless of being busy. Will go back💜🌈

Cindy did an amazing job on my nails ! I gave her an imagine of what I wanted and she definitely nailed it !Nancy did an amazing job with my pedicure took her time ! First time at this place & this is definitely a place I will be coming back to for now on! I do recommend making an appointment before heading there they do get booked quickly during the day & they do turn people away because they are booked with people with appointments! Nothing personal they like to take their time with each client I notice that & that’s what I liked about this place they do not rush on you!

My favorite place for nails in Lafayette. One of the only salons i’ve been to in Lafayette that is actually clean and does a good job every time. They are usually busy, but it is worth the wait if you know how amazing this place is for nails. They never seem rushed and always provide quality service and make my nails look stunning. Prices a little bit high but totally worth it for the quality I receive. 100% recommend.

Busy on a Sunday they were going back and forth between people from manicure to pedicures. I love the glitter gel polish so shiny with just the flash off my phone. $40 for the gel color and to get a pedicure on the side for someone else it was $80.2nd time.. Kinda droopy with the nail sticker and didn’t cure the best. My left hand looks perfect but the sticker on my right pointer finger is sticking up so i can still feel the sticker. $45 for this gel fill.1 day update my nail polish is already coming off on my right finger. Because it wasn’t cured right and it’s just sloppy it’s supposed to be gel but not holding up like the last time I came in.

I wanted a difficult hombre and i was about to leave but the girl ran out after me and i showed her the picture and i told her i wouldnt settle for anything else and she made sure i seen one of the ladys that could achieve the look (Anna)She took off my old nails and put the new set on in just about an hour! Also she did a couple test nails on loose nails before she did mine to make sure i liked the finished product. They really go the extra mile to make sure youre a happy customer. And the price was better than most. Also they they understand English-speaking persons.

I had walked in on a busy day with one of my coworkers. I asked for something a little difficult but they still worked me in.They arent super clear about pricing, I paid $100 for this set, but apparently they charge for shape and nail art per nail too, because I asked for clarification.I had my nails for about a week before they started breaking off while I was out of town.Everyone was really nice, professional, and clean. It was just a little more expensive than I originally thought and my nails unfortunately didn’t last longer than a week.I would not have chosen this salon had I know the things I do now prior to starting.

Me and my friend went here a few days ago to get a full set of regular acrylic nails. Immediately felt out of place when we walked in. We didnt have appointments and i felt like that was an issue, and it shouldnt be. They still saw us within minutes but then they rushed doing our nails. I dont think we were even sitting down for half an hour and they were already done doing our nails...my friends nails look horrible. It looks like shes already had them for weeks and its been 3 or 4 days! Ive never felt so rushed while trying to get my nails done... And then i was told $40 each by the receptionist and that doesnt make sense considering they were just regular sets of acrylic... No gel. The website literally says it is $30 for acrylic. Not 40.

Made an appointment to get my nails done for my wedding. The person doing my nails was the only man there. He was not only rude, but didn’t file my nails correctly nor even try to shape them evenly. He sent me to the sink and I went back for him to finish fixing them because they were THICK but he had another client there already. He gave me my wallet and said I can go. Someone else fixed them for me but they still didn’t look too great. I had high hopes seeing so many good reviews but I was greatly disappointed.

I love Lafayette Nail Spa. Hannah has been doing my nails for years, and Id never go to anyone else. If you want quality and experience, this is the place to go.

We’ll I wasn’t happy at all first they didn’t have the gel polish I originally wanted so I settled for this color.I like my toes and nails to match a set right.next the nail technician was rude she wasn’t working with me I couldn’t make up my mind so that made her mad I wanted to tip her but she made me feel like she was so ready for me to go . And on to the next I have never felt like that there.I have been going to this salon for a year and I never felt this way I really felt like she wanted me to hurry up and leave and if she doesn’t want to do nails why is she . Most people go to the nail salon to relax and get pampered and not to get treated any kinda way.# I’m so sad☹️

First time visiting as a walk-in and was very pleased with my pedicure! Tina did such a wonderful job with the massage, I will definitely return just to experience that again! I appreciate that they are transparent with their pricing and services all available on their website so you know what to expect going in. I recommend calling ahead since they were fairly busy even in the middle of a week day, but they were able to accommodate my walk in very quickly.

Phenomenal service! I have been coming here since they opened last year. I have not had a service that I didn’t like. I feel like I am always taken care of, and I am always getting complements on my nails and eyelashes. They always take their time with my services and remember me every time. Annale is who I always request but they are all great!!!

I went with my daughter to get full set and I showed picture of what length and style I wanted and the outcome didnt look like either picture. They are super short and the design isnt anywhere near what I asked for and the guy that did my nails was rough while doing them. Worst set of nails I have ever gotten they are all angled up from my hand as well. Now I have to pay to get them redone.

2nd time for Wife and Daughter... Knowledgeable and good workmanship. Will continue with them.

Place is beautiful and very clean. Staff were friendly and did a great job with my best friend and I’s pedicures! Highly suggest getting the Signature Pedicure. It’s worth every penny! Will definitely go back.

This place is great! From the time I started going it has always been clean and the employees are very nice and friendly.

Had a pedi and dip nail done about a month back. It was ok, dip nails actually chipped pretty quickly which was surprising. Made an attempt to go back to try again and was told they were pretty booked up with appointments. Normally not a big deal but I found it annoying when I made the appointment for the last visit And I still ended up waiting around almost 30 min for them to even start the nail service while they were taking in walk ins left and right. Oh well I guess, I’m still relatively new to the area so will continue to try elsewhere ✌🏼

Not only were they unprofessional when it came down to me actually scheduling my time but when me and my husband we’re getting our manicure and pedicure they kept asking more than once to my husband does he want sparkles on his nails and made a joke out of it I’m not only find that offensive but I found that definitely unprofessional and as well I had also scheduled for an eyebrow appointment and look what happened still didn’t get it SMH do better in your service if you want more customers. Never will I got here again

Annale has been doing my dip nails / gel pedicures for almost 2 years and she is top notch. I have also had Hannah and Rose as well and you can’t go wrong with any of them. They are so talented and artistic and can do some incredible nail art /designs!! Everyone is so friendly and they make you feel so welcome without fail every single time you visit. She said I didn’t need it even though I’m the paying customer, I felt like she didn’t want to do it because she wanted to rush me out to get to the next customer. Also waited twenty minutes past my appointment to even get in.... Will be going somewhere else.

Techs are amazing and very friendly. Great work and they take their time to give you quality as well. Which is great for a nail salon. My only small complaint is they tend to overbook at times and you may be waiting anywhere from 15-30 min after your scheduled time. BUT, in my opinion, worth the wait!

She peeled my ingrown toenails back instead of cutting them out and continued to do so after I told her she was hurting me. My big toe bled. My mom and I each got pedicures and my tech Rose missed steps on me after I had an issue with her technique. The lady who did my manicure did a great job. Also, the implements were dirty and in sandwich baggies? Dont recommend.

Nail technician was delightful and gave me the best foot massage I’ve ever had. That says a lot since I’m 74 and have had my share of pedicures. Massage chair was excellent, everything is bright and new. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommend this place.

We overall had a pretty good experience but I’d just say that the color palettes are very confusing so be sure to double check you’re getting the right color. A few people I went with didn’t get the right color because of the confusing palettes and then it couldn’t be rectified without a long process because they were gel nails.

The reason for a 3 star is because I notice that every Caucasian women who walked in was offered something to drink, even twice... Even after my daughter and I waited 30 minutes no one had that courtesy with us. Not that we were thirsty but I just thought that was rude. Other than that, everything was nice. I was 10 minutes late they still took me in, they were really booked. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes but the waiting massage chairs made the wait pleasant. My little girl and I had a pedicure, the pedicure brochure says 30 minutes but ours was around 20 minutes.

My pedicure and manicure were great. I was relaxed and my nails look really nice. Tina was very nice and professional. I will be back.

Don’t waste your time going to other salons where the quality of work is well below what you will receive with Annale, Hannah, Rose, and the other employees. Seriously, this is the place to go!

I had an extremely bad nail job done from LA Nails in Lafayette, So I had seen this new nail salon and decided to see if they could fix them. The owner Hanna was very professional and even though I came in disgruntled and agitated she handled me very professionally and Did fix my nails. I found my new nail salon and will share it with my friends and family. Prices are very reasonable.

I am giving this a 4, instead of a 5 only because of a snafu - for two separate appointments my techie either did not show (today) or kept me waiting over 1/2 an hour. Both times he was in shop but chose other clients over me. This time I chose not to wait past the 30 minutes; Courtney (front reception) then quickly lined me up with Dahn and her services were lovely. I have rebooked with her. My delinquent techie bever apologized (either time), plus shorted me on a Deluxe Spa in both time and treatment steps. The shop and staff have otherwise treated me wonderfully. It is a beautiful and clean salon. The pedis are excellent. I highly recommend.

I had an appointment at 3:30 and we waited over an hour and the technician was rude.

Arrived and I was pleased . The place was really nice and clean. They had a variety in nail color option and did a whole lot of other services like microblading, eyelash extensions extensions, lip contouring and many more of which alot of places dont offer here. Me and my friend had made an appointment to get a pedi and full set. When we got there the two women who started out our pedis were really nice and sweet . Then a man took over and it went down hill from there . He was very rude from the beginning he started. The overall job on the pedi was fine but the full set looked horrible. He shaped my nails all weird . He was rough while doing my nails and kept yanking my hands around along with having a bad attitude. Then when I went to pay he charged me $85 and the lady charged my friend 70$. When we both got the same thing done so he up charged me 15$ .I gave them a two stars because the two women who started out were great but that man could use a class or two to teach him some damn manners and how to treat customers .
