I booked a dip manicure at this salon last minute while I was in town for a few days. I have gotten my nails done every 2 weeks or so in Ohio for years, so I was a little exasperated that this appt took 2 hours. But here I am, an entire month later, and my nails look as good as the moment I walked out of the salon. I cannot believe the quality of this manicure!!! Really beautiful work, amazing quality. Wish you were in my hometown so I could come back again and again.

Made an appointment, waited for over an hour past appointment time and they were no where near ready. Walked out. Very poor service

They take their time and they do a magnificent job! They do so many things no other nail salon does. Ive had several pedis before but this place is by far the BEST. I recommend Kim. Shes amazing and she allows you to relax. IN LOVE with this place 😍🥰

The best pedicure you will ever get!

It was my first time here but a few of my friends had already been here. So, I went with them for a girls day a day before a wedding. Though, not a fancy place, we were greeting quickly and even given water to drink. I’m giving 3 stars for the fact that how long it took to get to all of us. We went in at 1pm, and I didn’t leave till 4:30pm. Still, not all of us were finished with nails. Also, the woman who gave me my foot spa used the scrubbing stone a bit too ruff on the top of my left food. I have raw skin in a few spots on it. Also, even though my nails were done at 4:30, at 7 or so I still ended up knocking my nail against something and it smudged/gouged the polish. I hit my toe on a table at home in the early next morning and the same thing happened. Service was good, not great, but good. Wouldn’t be my first place to go to BUT if I was in a pinch... maybe.

They did a good job and they are cheaper than the other salons. I will be back.

I LOVE Betty nails, yes the wait is really long, I usually wait 45- and hour but when they do get you in they take their time and do amazing work. There is no timer on how long your pedicure takes it could be from 30 mins to 2 hours because they care about their work that much!The deluxe pedicure is VERY reasonably priced I would definitely recommend. They have a wide color range of gel/ dip/ polish. I love coming here!

They are racist ! Hannah takes brakes in the middle of doin your medicure or pedicure.. she only has 2 people that does acrylic . Everyone should know how to do everything! She makes people wait 2 hours !! She helps who she wants to help and treats customers very differently from other customers. Everyone’s money is green !!! If you leave a tip they say thank you and are happy, if you don’t leave a tip u get nothing 😂

The wait is usually really long but they do a really good job. Even when theyre slammed they never rush through your service.

This place is clean. The staff is friendly. They take their time with the services and dont rush you thorough to get to the next person. This is a family run local business and you are made to feel like family here.

It is worth the wait, my sister inlaw recommended this place after my bad experience on Cathys Nails, here at Bettys they do an Awesome Job i love it 💖💖💖 my new favorite Nail Salon ........ pix of my nails a week later they still look Gorgeous

Great manicure and pedicure. Pretty busy and cant make appointment so set a side a good amount of time but it is worth it.

Stopped going because attendant was so rough, he made the top of my foot have a scar on it for a week. And he made me bleed on my foot and both hands. When I asked for a discount because of it, the manager unwillingly gave me $5 off. Never going back.
