Visited for the first time in May, but returned again today to try a more bridal nail for my November wedding. I dont typically get my nails done and had planned to try a few salons around town, but Im pleased with Elite and the work they do. There is usually a bit of a wait if youre not there early, but its worth it. The ladies are all so sweet as well.

Lisa is the best. I always love my nails! They last, don’t chip, and I always get compliments from my clients when doing their hair. When I’m teaching it’s one of the first things the stylist notice.

I am NEVER disappointed when I leave Elite Nails and Spa. The staff is so friendly. Not everyone can do ombré nails, and Lisa is absolutely the best! They dont rush through my time, and honestly, they give the best service I can have.

I was the only person in the waiting room. I waited 2 hours for a manicure. I should have left sooner but I stuck it out for 2 hours and then left.

I had a great experience with Tony and Lisa! I was a last minute walk in and they did an amazing job with my dip nails. Very courteous and high quality.

This place is wonderful. The staff is friendly and make you feel extremely comfortable. I had the dip nail manicure and a pedicure and both were done with exceptional detail. I don’t have the best nails in the world and tend to be shy about it but they do not make you feel bad about it. It’s safe to say I’m not going anywhere else as long as Elite Nails and their staff are here.

My sister, mom, and myself were visiting relatives and decided to stop in an hour before closing. Even though they were kinda busy, they still took their time and made sure we were satisfied with our nails. We had refills, pedicures, and new full sets and we were happy when we left. I’m saddened that I don’t live here, but my mom will with her commute. Great job to you ladies and the one gentleman who was involved in our services ;)

This is hands down the best experience in a nail salon I’ve ever had. Lisa and her staff are wonderful and treat every customer as family. And it shows as most are long term repeat customers. My dip powder manicure turned out gorgeous. But this isn’t why I will return. I will come back because an atmosphere and service like this is rare. Recommend 100000%

I drove 2 hours to have my brows micro bladed by Lisa she does great work. I love my brows I get many compliments.Very professional business beautiful atmosphere. I will return.

All I can say is WOW! This is my first time here and this is the best experience I have ever had. I did a dip polish manicure and I have never seen it look this good. Lisa took the time to explain why her technique works so well. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. She has definitely made a regular out of me.

They did a wonderful job. I came in for a refill and they made my nails look and feel so much better. I didn’t even realize how bad they were before they fixed them for me. I will always recommend now!

I just started coming here and must say that these folks are top notch customer service professionals. I wish I could remember all their names like they remember all of their clients. No matter how busy they are, and theyre always busy, they hustle and bustle to make sure everyone is happy and attended to. The salon is very clean and hygienic. Its a fun and interactive atmosphere. The owners are very Lafayette proud and always express how grateful they are for their success here.

Since relocating to Louisiana I have been looking for a place to get my nails done. I tried another nail salon and was not happy. Elite nails had the best reviews and its easy to see why. Im very picky about the shape and length of my nails, as well as the finished color. Chi was great, very patient and kind. I have found my new nail spot! Their process are so reasonable. I was very impressed!

They don’t have 5 stars for nothing! They are all friendly and make sure you feel welcome. Ms.Lisa is AWESOME and did such and amazing job, she even stayed late to make sure my nails were perfect. It also helps that she talks to you the whole time and is funny. Definitely my new nail salon.

My first time at this nail salon and I loved it! Awesome management and owners have great personalities; very professional. The Pedicure woman was also amazing and kind. I personally gave her a $10 tip because she is so sweet. BUT, the youngest woman that had painted my nails was rude and another woman completely ignored a customer, that had walked in for a service. So as long as, I continue to go to one of the owners for services, I refuse to be done by anyone else.

I’ve been coming here for about two years and the only good one to have do your nails is Lisa, Tony, and June. I went in today and one worker had the worst attitude of all .. she looks at the customer and says I don’t want to do a full set. I think her name is Alana. She picks and chooses who’s nails she wants to do and she is very rude.

BEST PEDICURE EVER!! In over 12 years of pedicures at different salons all over...by far the best!! Much attention to detail & listens to what you want while not misleading you to get things that you don’t need! I’m hooked! Customer service is AMAZING! I will NOT be going anywhere’s else!!

I HIGHLY recommend Elite nails and spa!!! I went there today and they did an amazing job, they have a huge selection of colors, were extremely nice (gave me a bottle of water) and arent nearly as expensive as half the places ive been to! I went in at 6:20 and they close at 7 but they saw me anyway AND stayed open an extra hour to ensure that my nails got done perfectly! I’ve never been happier with my nails and this salon will be my go to for now on!

I have been getting my nails done from Lisa for 10 years. I have never walked out of the Salon less then thrilled. Lisa makes sure of that.They treat me well and want their customers to be happy with their work. They also have very good staff for pedicures. The art work provided by Alayna is amazing.

This is the only place my mom and I go to get our nails done. Weve loved Lisa and Tony since they were in the mall. They make you feel so welcome and treat you like friends instead of just customers.

Went at 1 did not leave until 4. Just powder nails...They were short staffed and were very kind offering coffee, and other refreshments. Even watched what I wanted on TV. Lisa and Tony and staff try their best ALWAYS!

My wife was so nice to me this morning that I decided to take her for a pedicure tonight. Elite Nails by Johnston and Antigua. One word: DONT. We were in there every bit of an hour and a half, and they were not that busy. The woman that worked on me hurt me badly enough that I nearly left. And though my sweetheart now has polish on her toes that was exquisitely done by her provider, it wasnt worth the price which was more than anybody else in this city. Nor our butts having fallen asleep from two of the most uncomfortable chairs weve ever been in, anywhere, including the Lafayette Airport. Our backs hurt, our butts hurt, my foot hurts and both of my ankles. Trust me, were not coming back

We had the best experience, four sisters came in at one time. They got us into the chairs immediately. Our pedicures look fantastic, the staff was very courteous. I highly recommend this shop.

My mom and I are from Texas and came down to visit my grandma in Eunice, LA. She has been going to the same nail place for 10+ years and wanted to try something new. Found this place and so glad I did. They are GREAT!!! Very clean, thorough, reasonably priced nail salon. I want to take this nail salon back to Dallas, Texas with me! Went here since my nail shop doesn’t have any bright colors in the powder dip and it was right by my friends house. Worst mistake ever. They did a good job on my nails and feet but It took almost 4 hours!!! One lady asked if I could wait another 5 min so she can go eat, and another asked if I could wait a “few” more so she can fix a lady’s nails. To top that off, they charge to clip your nails which I’ve never heard of at any nail salon I’ve been at, they even left acetone on my fingers for over an hour to where they were dry when they took it off and they’re now peeling thanks to them.I thought maybe I went at a busy time but no, the manager told me it was a slow day for them. And I was still going to tip just to be nice, my bill was 85. The lady tried to only give me 10 back after I gave them an 100.I’m confused as to how they have 5 stars.

If youre a new client dont bother. I sat down in a spa chair to get a mani and pedi and then I sat there and sat there and say there then I left after 45 minutes. If they had told me it would be an hour wait I would have thanked them and went to another salon but no they decided to waste my time and now Im writing this review. After sitting in there for so long I got to see how they treat their reocurring clients which seemed pretty good, they at least told one lady it would be a long time and to come back tomorrow.

I stopped by 4 salons in one day before I settled on this place. And I was not disappointed!!!Pedicure is like nothing Ive ever had. They just have one set price for the service, so they dont try to haggle you to get a deluxe or extra spa like other salons. For $30, you get all the works- hot stone rub, toe/foot massage, everything! And the pedicurist was so gentle :)The manicurists talked to me about how to strengthen my nails. It was the first time someone at a salon seemed to actually care about the health of my nails.This will be my regular salon from now on!

Horrible first and last experience..Pedicure lady messed up my nails so bad..I should of had her stop and just left ..2 customers where in there complaining while i was sitting horrified over this lady tearing my nails up...They also tlk about customers in their language. DONT WASTE UR MONEY!Lazy job and for her not taking my polish off like she should have tore up my nails cause she pulled and grinded off my polish☹
