Im speechless! The service is amazing, and I was taken care of! I definitely recommend! The place is also very nice, massage chairs are amazing aswell.

We came here on my wedding day. 6 of us got our nails done. They did a really great job. They were fast and mostly friendly. I have no complaints.

I’ve been going to Bella’s for well over two years and haven’t found a better place. They do great work and all have their own unique touches that make each one great. My only complaint would be the wait. Especially if you have to go on the weekend. I do believe sometimes they are overbooked and understaffed and the wait time can be awhile. I plan my schedule accordingly though because I feel like they are the best at what they do ❤️

Went in to get my dip taken off and get a manicure. Sat with my fingers soaking for 45 minutes and when getting the manicure I was cut multiples. I ended up leaving without nail polish because my fingers were bloody and now I have 3 fingers with infections

My daughter and I went in for a pedicure. We had been there waiting for 30 minutes at least. 2 people came in, and were seated for pedicures within 10 minutes of their arrival. I said something but was ignore by the owner. I went outside to make a call, went back in and got my daughter, told her we would go some place else. I again said You know we were ahead of theose people who just walked in. The owner again just looked at me and didnt acknowledge me. I have been to Bellas several times before and loved it, but I will not return my business there again!

Don does the best acrylic nails Ive ever had! The staff is friendly, the prices are fair ($28 for full set unless you have a chipped card then its $5 more & $18 for a fill). Theres no lifting at all, the nail is so smooth underneath with no rough spots, and the polish is perfect. This is the best place to get acrylics done in Indiana!

The nail technician I had was quiet, but definitely knew what she was doing! Only the second time Ive had acrylics done, and I cant get over them! She did a fantastic job of thinning the nail down so they dont feel clunky at all, and everyone Ive shown them to has thought they were real!4 stars because she did hurt my finger when filing a nail down (used an electric nail file on the tip of my finger), and because they required me to pay before they would paint my nails. Left me feeling like they thought I was a thief who was going to try and skip out on them. Trust your patrons more!

The first time I went I had the owner. She was Amazing! Had a gel French pink mani that lasted 6 weeks and took 45 min. The second two times I had the older gentleman who when I had the first manicure took his gloves off when applying nail polish and I was shocked. Took forever to get mani and pedi 2 hours and 40 min. Today only had gel mani which took 80 min. I choose a cat eye and he picked the wrong # 27. So I didnt get the color I wanted. He was apologetic and offered to redo but I did not have time for another 75-80 min gel mani ( my own nails BTW). So Im done. 😞

I got a set of acrylics and he do so great I had a great experience best nails I’ve gotten in a while. My mom got a manicure and while the experience was great she ended up with glue under all her nails and it’s bugging her a bit, but other than that it was great!

I love Kim and Teresa whom I use at Bella. Only thing I didn’t like was in my opinion a rude lady smoking her vape in the salon.

I WILL NOT GO BACK!!2 years ago they used to be good. Now they are just pathetic and sad. I asked for a design and showed many different options and the only thing they said they could do was a flower or lines, and for $7 PER NAIL. I could do that myself? I also had to keep correcting the lady on my nails still being sharp and uneven. They kept sighing about it but Im the one paying for it? I do not recommend to anyone. They also are not friendly or good with kids. I brought my friends daughter who did not have a good time and they did not communicate with her. I have been going to Lily Nails and only went to Bella because it was close to where I was and regret going. I wont be going back.

Great pedicure

My boyfriend and I wanted to experience our first pedicure together. We called 5 nail salons in Lafayette with no openings. Bella Nail Spa answered and invited us both in. When we arrived, several employees greeted us and within 5 minutes we were in our massage chairs. The women were nice, their massages were delicate, the buffing a pinch rough, but great over all! We loved the salon, the decor was beautiful and the space was bright. We tipped them well and were so happy it was only $27 when we expected $35+.

My daughter loves going to Bella Nails. We live out of town. Its a 22 mile + drive. The last salon we went to only one person knew how to do her nails. She gets them shaped into points. At Bella everyone knows how.

I am new to the area. I was very impressed with every aspect of the salon. The prices are a little more than I expected, but my full acrylic set, plus shellac turned out very well. It was a very soothing experience, Kim took care of my nails and made sure I approved every step of the way. I wont go anywhere else. I would highly recommend this business to others.

I absolutely love this place! I go to Purdue and I was looking for a new place to get a pedicure because the last place I went to, messed my nails up so bad. And I get pedicures regularly. Everyone here is so nice and attentive. And they make sure your needs are satisfied. I never write reviews but I felt inclined. Its very clean. And although its not as cheap as where Im from, its a really good price for the service. Best place in Lafayette for sure!

I had a great experience at Bella Nail Salon. This was my first visit. I took a picture in of how I wanted my nails done and they did a great job matching the pic. I did call ahead and made an appointment and they started my nails right on time. I will definitely be going back.

Im originally from Atlanta, and back home almost all the nail salons do a very good job. When I moved here, it was so hard to find a decent nail salon, let alone a really good one. When I heard about this place, I was hesitant, but they are FANTASTIC! They do very good, quality work, and show a much higher skill level than any other salon in town. My french tip acrylics look almost as good as my favorite place from back home, and that is saying a lot.The space is clean, well lit and nicely decorated. The service can be described as attentive.

They by far are the best place in town to get your nails done.

This was my 1st time having a pedicure and my first experience with Bellas. We made a 3 oclock appointment with them. It wasnt until 3:15 we even got back in the chairs. They didnt really make us feel welcome or tell us what to do. My friend got acrylics done. She kept asking for shorter tips, but I think finally gave up and settled for longer nails. The lady who did my pedicure focused on an area of my foot so long that she made it bleed (see attached picture). It was starting to hurt, and I think when she broke the skin, I flinched my foot some and she did nothing. I watched the area and told her my foot was bleeding. She said, Did I do that?. She never apologized or even took responsibility for it. She acted like she wasnt even filing that area of my foot...

Do not come here unless you like the sweltering heat!! I am pouring down sweat after a shower before coming to get my nails done here for the first time. Even after telling them that its too hot in here and other patrons complaints about the heat the staff looked at us and laughed... I being new to the, area was looking for a place to go regularly this is not it esp for a menopausal lady. The nails were done in fair condition nothing special and I had to keep using my shoulder to wipe my sweat really kinda a nasty place

I will not be going back ever. They are very rude. She keeps filing until I bleed even when I pulled away and say ouch. Uneven and botched nails. Horrible paint job. My fingers are still hurting 2 hours after service. I walked in at 11 and left at 2:30 they took several people before me even though I was there first. They charge way too much and the price is different every time. Billy is great but the rest of them are awful and how can Billy knowingly let other people be treated that way. They charge an extra $5 if you use a card too its 2018 everyone uses card. Horrible disgusting place dont go ever. They reuse stuff and its not sanitary.

I had a lady that could barely understand me. I didnt get what I wanted and she had to re do my nails. So annoying. On the up side the pedicures are excellent here.

My nails are cute but it was 48 just for one color no design and the nail tech cut my fingers in multiple places from not paying attention

I went with my girlfriend because I needed my toenails cut. The staff seemed to just pretty-up the fronts of our nails and not much else. My girlfriend tells me she was disappointed with the attention given to her cuticles and the smudgey paint job. I went home and proceed to trim my nails nicer. Also, the service is inconsistent between workers. My girlfriend was offered a beverage and treated nicer than I. I was rather disappointed for the price... Positives: nice massage and warm towel wrap

I have been coming here for awhile now and honestly I love it here !! Usually busy on Fridays and Saturdays but its a nail salon what do you expect. They offer student discounts ($3.00 off).

I was quoted 28 dollars for a full set, and when asked what i wanted, i told him short length, natural look, no design. I was NOT told that there would be any price change. When my nails were complete, i was charged 50 dollars. I feel like i was taken advantage of. I even pointed out a black spot on one of myy nails when they qere complete, and he said it was just ink, and would wash off. That was untrue. I ad a very bad experience at Bella Nail Spa

Got in for a walk in pedi quickly, but pedi was awful. The guy who did it only massaged one of my legs, and when I asked him to do the other side he asked if I wanted more oil. I told him he skipped 1 leg entirely, and he said no that the oil must have been wiped off. Will not be going back, total waste of money.

Was in there this afternoon with two friends normally get gel tips and I’m tryna grow my nails out so I got the polish on my actual nail.... except my 10 year old could have done a better job missed half my nail and it’s all over my cuticles...smh waste of money if you ask me I’m so mad

I recently moved to the area and have been trying out nearby nail salons. Not only is this the worst one I have been to in the area, it is the worst one I have EVER been to. I went on a weekday, arriving within the five oclock hour. Not only did I wait for two hours to receive service, but the nail tech rushed the job in an effort to be out by 8pm. After waiting for 45 minutes, I took it upon myself to ask if I should come back another day, they insisted they could provide service in a timely fashion, only they failed to mention that it would be a botch job. The polish job was below subpar with spots on the sides and the shaping of my nails were horribly uneven. I would never go back here despite it being less than a five minute drive and I certainly would not recommend this place to anyone else.

I would give it another chance not 100 percent satisfied but I didnt leave pissed. Water in pedicure bath was cold they had to fill it 3 times to get right it was frustrating to have to ask 3 times. Love deluxe product and shellac but they kept telling me my choices were expensive Im like I know I here to spend money to get what I want. I wish they had a menu. I asked for paraffin twice and and full hand care with full set. But I just got full set and oil on cuticle after ward he said anything I want I can have. But maybe he forgot he kept looking at walkins but I had an appointment and was prepared to spend a lot of money I wanted to be pampered maybe they are used to cheap and customers in a hurry.

Not very impressed. We were told the wait was 15 minutes and I finally got seated at 45 minutes. My manicure was rushed and doesn’t look good at all. They had nascar on the TVs. Really????

Horrible place. Busy, noisy, I was rushed in and out. Didnt get what I went for due to lack of communication. Over priced and over charged. I will never go back nor recommend.

Love getting my nails done there

They had many people in the store, so I guess that would explain why I was there for almost 2 hours to get a full set. I asked for round tips. My tips are unevenly shaped, some were glued on crooked, and during the process the nail tech made my cuticles/surrounding area bleed. My nail polish wasnt evenly put on either. The nail tech tried to charge me 10.00 extra but I corrected him before charging my card. I will not be returning.

Well looks like bamboo on my nails. $166 later and we are going home to remove our very unprofessional nail job. Too many things wrong to list them all.

Im from Detroit where they get down n dirty on pedicures...I mean scrub,scrape and leave ur feet soft as a babies bottom lolBella Nails was a good experience...I wanted him to use the grater on my heels and he was like thats nothing u dont need that-so he left those lil annoying ridges on the side of my heels. But Ill come back and give them another chance to satisfy me 100%.

I was very impressed with the service, timing and quailty of their work. They took their time and didnt see want to move me out of their building to get more people in. The places I have been before do not treat you as if you are in a spa and thats because your not. I highly recommend Bella Nail Spa if you are looking to find a place with better service.... its worth it.
