Great customer service never too busy to do my toes !!!

I was looking for a specific color of polish for an event which they did not have. I told them I would be happy to come back another time but I could not stay because I needed something specific. The woman was very pushy and basically cornered me when I tried to leave. It also smelled very foul in the building, almost like urine. I was happy I made it out of there.

Im in from out of state and just needed a simple manicure. This salon had me a bit worried when I walked in because of the decor and the technician was slouched in a pedicure chair when I went in. She was very talkative and jokey, which I liked. The conversations got pretty unprofessional as I was leaving (lots of curse words), but my nails turned out good. There was no music or TV going so it was eerily quiet, lots of awkward silence. Overall, I probably would go back.

Only place Ive done my nails in 3yrs. Friendly, loyal & dedicated to her customers, Helen & her staff will make sure you are satisfied.

Very friendlyUpdate: i think this will be my go to nail salon in Lafayette. Helen makes you feel as if she genuinely care about you...not just the service being performed but you overall! This lady texted me merry Christmas, she inquiries about my daughters, she forgot to give me a massage with my manicure. On my next visit, guess what she did? Gave me a longer massage to compensate for the one WE had forotten about! She texts me on slow saturdays bc she knows i prefer the slower days. At one point, Id go in after work at about 530ish. Because she was closing early, on my usual day she tried to contact me so i wouldnt make a blank trip. If this isnt great customer service..idk what is! I prefer the dip powder and as of right now i can go a month without any cracks/breaks/chips! K & N is so underrated!!
