I could not be happier with the service I got here! They were really helpful in explaining everything, and took exceptional care of my wedding bands. I needed them to create a sleeve for my engagement ring, and they did such a gorgeous job, I know Ill never go anywhere else again. Fair prices, good people, and excellent service. You can tell they do good work, because they are BUSY. Expect to wait 2-3 weeks for your piece, but it is worth every second. So happy with this place!

Fast, friendly service every time Ive dropped by. Today, the jeweler repaired a bent-out-of-shape ring for me at no charge.So far, Ive only come for repairs, but they have lots of pretty bling for sale, from diamonds to pearls to larimar.

Anspach’s Jewelry and Greg Anspach are the best! My wife and I purchased her wedding ring from them two years ago and he made a custom ring for us that other jewelers told us couldn’t happen. Recently my wife who never takes her ring off knocked off a prong and lost a diamond. Greg made the whole process of working with insurance and getting the repair done so easy and took extremely good care of us. The ring looks like new. After shopping around at all the commercial jewelry stores in the area for an update for my wedding ring, I decided to try Anspachs Jewelry after walking by it on the street. I came into the store with a pencil drawing of what I wanted and they didnt even laugh!! (Im no artist.) They brought my custom ring to life from my drawing first with a 3D wax casting and then with white gold. The experts at Anspachs incorporated all of my diamonds from my original wedding band and engagement ring and the end result is a ring that is so spectacular I was actually speechless. If you want a ring as special and unique as you are, I highly recommend Anspachs Jewelry. They are a multi generational family business and they are talented!! You can have a custom design for roughly the same price as what all the commercial stores sell their mass produced mountings for. Anspachs is a true gem in this community.

Dropped in today on a whim and had an awesome experience. My husband and I have been married for 4 years and we’ve never bothered to get real rings. He is such a nice man and he has a sense of humor which always wins our hearts when it comes to customer service. Wife took a necklace and ring in for cleaning and inspection for adjustment. The cleaning and inspection were done for free. There were no adjustments required. Got to look around and there is some very fine jewelry available as well as watches. Anspach is known for custom jewelry.

We live in Nebraska, but this is my hometown jewelry store and the ones I trusted to make my wifes wedding ring using my grandmas diamonds. A prong broke.We were in town for my 20th HS reunion. Graig told us hed get it rushed through while we were in town. When I told Ty Id love to have it for the reunion the next day, he disappeared without a word and came back out five minutes last with it fixed. He was cheerful and easygoing the whole time.Im thrilled we used Anspach and will continue to highly recommend them.

Brought my engagement and wedding bands in for rhodium plating. Got my ring back in the same condition I left it. They agreed to do it a second time. Came back with the same results along with shavings all along my rings. Brought in a 3rd and final time. Received a call that my ring wasnt taking the rhodium. Picked up my ring, which was carelessly placed in a zip lock bag. Immediately noticing one of the diamonds was missing. The jeweler agreed to fix it along with refunding my money.After bringing my ring in elsewhere, I was told the ring was never cleaned and buffed; hence the rhodium not sticking.Quite disappointed in an apparent reputable jeweler. He obviously didnt take any care of my ring nor do his job.

I took my Garmin watch in perfect condition to get the battery replaced and they cracked the inside plastic frame of the watch making it impossible to screw the cap tightly back on, rendering the expensive water-resistant watch unusable. The only explanation was it happens, there is nothing we can do to fix it! They ruined a $200 watch without even offering a simple apology!!! I will never set my foot in that store again!!!

So my friend was trying to sell the ring he was going to give his girlfriend. Well that didnt work out so he tried to sell it to this horrible place. But what I would assume to be the owner said to us and I quote I wont buy from anyone under the age of 30 and I also discriminate. Just because were covered in tattoos doesnt mean were untrustworthy. I hope this guy sees this and realizes what a mistake he made.
