I have a condition called lipidema and until today I couldnt find ANYONE that knew anything about it much less knew how to treat it. My new physical therapist knew all about it. I am so relieved that I will finally get the help I need.

I love it here. Fewer people and you get just what you need. I swim alot.

Very friendly staff. Plenty of group fitness classes offered for all levels of fitness/ability. Lots of equipment available. Personal trainers, massage therapists, swimming pool, hot tub, locker rooms with showers...The staff is very welcoming. Members and staff become like family after a while. I cant imagine going anywhere else for my fitness needs.

The physical therapy staff is very professional, understanding, but hardworking, and helps a patient achieve desired results. They make you work hard, but they make it fun!

Good selection of workout equipment. Ample parking, not visible from road locaded behind st. Frances building. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Very impressive, lots of yoga, strenghtening, aerobic classes including water. Personal trainers and massages available, large workout area, pool, and whirlpool. Best feature: :the large friendly staff .

Pool is always too cold. Tiles look dirty by pool. Water was green. May have met state requirements but you could see it was off for weeks

Its awesome I go every day Monday thru Friday the people are great and the pool is amazing
