When I started training with Crystal I was fresh out a horrible break, my ex-boyfriend dumped me for being overweight, and it hurt so much. I realized that too much of my life depended on him. I looked at myself in the mirror and was upset that I was overweight, alone, and so unhappy with myself. I thought, Okay, if I dont love myself right now, how am I going to find a guy who will? The break-up — as awful as it was — spurred me on to do something about my weight. At the time, I weighed 170 pounds.In four months, I lost 18lbs. The transformation in my body was remarkable. I struggled at first but with the guidence and patience, Crystal changed my life. I am so grateful to have such a inspirational woman to support me, I would definitely recommend her!!!

Inspired Performance is AMAZING!!! All the trainers are postive and inspiring. Crystal is my personal trainer and she is the BEST. I love to workout Now. Never thought I would ever say that!!! Crystals inspires me and always makes me feel welcome and worthy. I was very hesitant at first but finally I decided to take this journey. I am so glad I did. Training with Crystal at Inspired Performance as been unlike any other journey or fitness regime Ive experienced. I first came to Crystal with a fitness background, that is, I was no stranger to the gym. I told her my goals, physically and emotionally, and she custom designed a plan to meet my needs. Ive always been intimidated at the thought of having a personal trainer. My mind instantly flashbacks to the horror days of PE in junior high. Training with Crystal has been nothing like I imagined: Its been incredibly challenging, but I am never bored by the unique workout I recieve every session with her. Many days it is the thing I look most forward to. Inspired Performance training provides accountability and support in a way that you cant find elsewhere. Since training, Ive changed so much physically (I never thought Id be the girl heavy lifting!) but I have gained more than muscle. Ive learned to bring the positive atmosphere from IP in every aspect of my life and Ive gained the confidence to know that I can really do any challenging exercise as long as I put my mind to it. I leave each session inspired, motivated, and renewed. Gone are the days where I slack off for a couple of weeks by never putting on my tennis shoes and working out. My scheduled sessions pre-determine that I will be getting at least two great workouts a week. During my time with her, Ive had some un-related injuries. This has not stopped my training at all. In fact, my workout becomes more custom designed so that I can still build muscle and get a high calorie burn without putting any further injury on my self. Your trainer will become your biggest fan and do everything in their power to ensure your success. It is evident that there is a love and passion at IP that is very unique.
