They never complied with laws during Covid and remained open as usual. I froze my account. I returned after we were allowed legally, and signed up for only one month. They didn’t tell me that they would charge me again for the next month without my permission. They told me they would give me back my money for one month ($160), but never did. I called and texted to see what is the hold up and they never responded and phone calls go straight to voicemail.Also the owner was often rude to clients who couldn’t perform as well as others and highly critical instead of encouraging. They had the bathroom closed a lot so you couldn’t use it during exercise sessions and had to go to the nearest gas station. This place is just not run well and I will never go back!!! What an outrage and disappointment.
