So, yes they were quick. But, once I got my phone back it has not worked the same since! The signal goes up and down randomly and people say my voice goes on and out and Ill be stationary in one place! They say the team tests and its ok. I never had this issue before they touched it and they said maybe turn it in for a warranty claim.... what the what!!I believe they broke my phone and they are not taking responsibility for it!I will never go back there ever again period! If you like your phone, dont take it here!Fixed my screen on my s20 in about2 1/2 hours! Told me about 5 hours!Half the time that was expected!!!Awesome job!

I set an appointment to have a phone battery replaced. I was greeted when I walked in and they immediately started working on it for me. They said it would be 45 minutes and I was pleasantly surprised when I got a text 20-25 minutes later that it was ready. I would definitely recommend!

At the Lafayette IN store on 26, on Sunday September 19th at 1:30 pm a neon sign flashed open. Upun trying to enter the store I found the door was locked. The posted hours of the store said noon to five Sunday. A piece of paper fixed to the door said Monday through Saturday (nothing about Sunday)When I dropped off my items for diagnosis they told me that it would be 4 to 6 weeks and they were very behide. They were closing early to try and catch up. When they are closed at regularly scheduled times they should turn off their neon sign.

I got my sim card stuck in my phone and I thought I was going to have to send it away for a week,so I was lucky the guys were able to fix it in a half hour!!Thanks for your help I will for sure be going back if anything else happens!!

This was a most pleasant experience. i had a cellphone which wouldnt connect to a charger. Verizon of course said i needed a new phone. the young man at ubreakifix saw the problem immediately and carefully removed some pocket lint and it has worked well ever since. he turned down any payment.

They always do good work. The only thing that had a downfall this time was their supplier or whoever the shipping company was damaged the first screen that was ordered so they had to order another one. So it took alittle longer then previous times.

I was so impressed with the service I got here. I brought in a laptop with the screen only half attached to the computer. It was a physical break of the hinge to open the laptop. I thought it would need to be sent to HP for repair and be gone for a week or more. They were able to completely repair the damage for $60 in about 2 hours. I was thrilled as it saved downloading new software to a second computer which likely would have taken longer than the repair. I had no idea this place existed, but am thinking seriously about bringing in a few more items for repair. Thanks!

The personnel at UBreak I Fix listened well, displayed empathy and replaced my degraded iPhone battery within an hour. I paid for the battery out of pocket because AT&T Protech/Assurion was unresponsive to my request to replace the battery and tried to sell me another phone. Kudos to UBreak Fix, but an “F” for AT&T.

The customer care here is great. I love how fast they can get parts and fix phones. Even though the S21 is out they could still easily fix my S9 cracked screen. Everyone I met there was great. The Samsung testing took longer than they hoped, but they were very nice about it and made sure to get it all done as soon as possible.

I called before making the one hour trip and got straightforward info that was exactly what I was told upon arrival. Parts were in stock, repair was made in cue, and I walked out with a new screen on my once again functional phone for a fraction of the price not to mention hassel of getting a new phone. I found ubreakitifxit when a search showed that they were Google certified. As I was nervous about exposing my life to strangers, as my phone holds all my protected details, walking into some random fixit shop for this problem was not something I was comfortable with.The certification and the professional manner of those I interacted with,along with the Google certification, put me at ease. Went to a different repair place at first, they told me it would be over $100 to fix my phone after holding it for 6 hours. The following day I took my phone here it was up and running within an hour and half free of charge. Would definitely recommend uBreakiFix.

I scheduled an appointment for 6pm on 12/31/2020. I drove 45 minutes to the location and they were closed. They closed early. No one called to tell me that when I scheduled the appointment. There was also no signage regarding an early closure. This happened to me 2 years ago as well. I scheduled another appointment on 1/8/2021and left my phone with them for 2 hours. I returned to pick it up, and they said my phone would not update when they plugged it into their machine (my phone wont receive software updates). I asked the guy working what it said when it wouldnt work (so I could pass this info onto samsung support) and he said it just said nope. Less than helpful.

I took my phone in to see if they could help me. I didnt want to have my voicemails deleted as I had several save from a dear friend who had past and they were very important to me. Not only did they get my phone working again, all my messages were saved, hoo-ray!!! To top it all off they didnt charge me, one penny. They said it was an easy fix, but it meant the world to me. Thank you UBIF!!😁😁😁😘

If youve done previous work on your device yourself eg. replaced the screen with an IFixIt screen they will not touch your phone or do any repairs on it at all even if the issue has nothing do to with that. I then went back to iFixIts website and ordered their fix kit for my issue and got my device working again perfectly with their online guides. They obviously do not support right to repair.

My phone froze at 2:35. I tried restarting it with no luck. It would not take a charge. I took it to this store and explained that it was dead. The tech took it to the back and restarted it. I asked him how he did it because I could not. He told me that I needed to push the down button on the left and the on/off button on the right. I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing. I am incredibly grateful to him.

Took my XS max in to replace the charger port because I’d had an issue with charging for over a week . Dustin was able to quickly resolve the issue turns out it was just lent that had built up on the contacts !!! He saved me time and money and was super nice and professional. I’ll certainly be back in we have any further trouble with our electronics !I’ll be returning soon for a wireless charger .

They failed to call me back twice. Kept telling me different days when the device would be ready. Poor communication and they Essentially lied about having the part needed to fix my iPad. After speaking with a manager they fixed it for free but we wont be going back. It was a headache.

Cannot get an appointment if youre busy during the week in the morning.uBreakiFix works on a first come first serve basis ONLY so, if you are busy in the mornings and theyre busy there is no way to actually get a repair except showing up at 9:50am on Saturday morning when everyone else who has found out this unfortunate piece of information shows up.IF they have the part you need and IF they can get to your phone that day (people leave their phones over the weekend) then you will get a repair, if not they will ask you to come in early during the week.I would never go here if I had a choice. Unfortunately, this is the only place I can go with Asurion phone insurance and I am stuck in this vicious cycle. I am asking the insurance company for an extension on my claim because of the stores inability to service my phone.On the plus side the employees are very nice and understanding of the issue and have obviously been chewed out with their hands tied multiple times.

I took my phone in to have the cracked screen replaced. When i took the phone in it was still working perfectly. Nothing wrong with it except the crack in the screen. When i got it back my phone never worked again. I left the store and noticed i did not have any mobile service. I turned around immediately and want back to the store. less than 10 minuets because of traffic. I told the guy that I didnt have any mobile service and it was working just fine when i got there. So they took it all back apart and put it back together. This took an additional hour on top of the two hours i waited for the repair. They brought my phone back out and said every thing looked good and they did not know what was wrong with it they couldnt help me. I had to end up buying a whole new phone. Never again.

I went here to fix my phones LCD screen. It only took a few hours to fix, and I paid fairly for the work that was done. Service was fast and convenient, would come back here again if I get another break.

I called Spencer and got a quote to fix my iPhones charging port because it had recently stopped taking a charger at all. I was completely ready to pay the (pretty reasonable) price to have a new port put in, but Spencer quickly diagnosed the port as simply dirty and cleaned it for free. He didnt make a sale, but any time I have any issues in the future, this is definitely where Ill be headed. Really nice clean lobby as well with fun and informative clips playing on the televisions.

Nice clean space. Friendly and competent staff. My iPhone battery was starting to discharge much faster than usual. uBreakiFix changed it quickly and for a reasonable price. It works just fine so no point in replacing the phone if that’s all that was needed.

Authorized Samsung device repair. Went for smart phone repair. Parking was good for a strip mall location. Associate who assisted me was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Extremely clean store. Floors dry and clean despite melting recent snowfall. Though I had to order a new phone, I would visit this business again for any problems.

Speaker went out in my Pixel 3a, they had the item in stock and even offered a loaner phone while they repaired it. They were very honest upon pickup that the screen was cracked during the process and that they had replaced it. I was fully prepared to pay for the repair as I didnt want to hassle with a claim through Google as it was still under manufacturer warranty. To my surprise, apparently they handled all of that and it was at no cost to me. Great customer service and repair, will be going here in the future!

Had it set where they would come to my house from 5-7 and they never showed up, at least call us and tell us you arent coming.

I took my boyfriends pixel 3 XL here for a cracked screen. The staff was very friendly (which is why they get 3 stars). However, I would give them 1 star for the fix itself. The ear piece broke during their fix which they took care of, but then the return of the phone was delayed again when the wireless charger broke. We finally got the phone back and now the side squeeze does not work and nor does the fingerprint scanner. It feels more like this place should be uBreakweBreakmore

Helped fix an Ipad on the spot. They were fast and friendly.

Horrible place. The fingerprint sensor on my phone was not functioning, so I called Samsung. It was still under warranty. They said to take it here. I had to drive 1.5 hours because it was the nearest place that would honor the warranty. I get there and they tell me it is not under warranty and will have to charge me to fix the sensor. I told them to forget it. They then proceed to shatter the glass on the back of the phone, which they did fix at least. They call and say the phone is done and ready to be picked up. I get there to pick the phone up and the phone will not even start. They messed with the operating system and caused some type of error that caused my phone to not even be able to start android. Did not even verify that the phone was at least able to turn on before they called me. Ended up having to sit there and wait another hour while they tried to fix it. They acted like they didnt even know why my phone was there in the first place. You are better off taking it to a samsung store or just paying out of pocket to have it fixed. These people were totally incompetent.

Got my phone all cleaned out in under 5 mins and now it charges like it used too!Great people

I called before I stopped by due to an issue with my lightning port connection being loose. The issue was either a dirty port or a connection that needed to be replaced. They spent 5 minutes cleaning two years of pocket lint out of the port and my connection is now working perfectly. They could have charged me for this service or a port replacement and I still would have been happy!

All I can say is wow. I walked in with my iPhone XS Max not charging, they walked me through what they were doing and how to prevent it next time. Very professional and know what they’re talking about. It ended up being a nasty charging port which they cleaned free of charge. They have scored my business for the future!

I brought my iPhone X in for a battery replacement. Reasonable price, but not much less than apple. When I got the phone back I noticed that the battery is not an OEM apple battery and will no longer show capacity in settings. Id like to say it degrades faster but I cant read the metrics to tell for sure.In addition, they replaced my screen with a non OEM unit that has a dead pixel visible on dark screens, and is much softer and scratches more easily. My new screen glass is covered in more scratches after a few months than my original one after years.If I were to repeat this service Id rather just go to Apple and know Im getting quality parts
