The price was good, and it was not crowded which is great during the pandemic. Its a bit shabby however, and when we checked into our rental unit there was one half empty role of toilet paper in one bathroom and a mostly empty roll in the other. There were also no paper towels in the kitchen, just a handful of McDonalds napkins. The pool is also freezing cold, super small, and less than 4 ft deep.

Ive used Shawns a number of times now because I find him to be knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and he is quick on getting the work done. This last time I needed help, he was able to solve the whole problem remotely, which was a great time saver. Thanks!

With at-home learning going on for two kids, weve come to rely on our devices even more than usual. When our older model Chromebook stopped working, I was worried that wed have to replace it completely, but the team at Shawns found that it was just a dead charger. They diagnosed the problem, ordered a new charger, added some missing housing screws, and had it all ready to go within a couple days. Unresponsive. Guess they dont want my business.After a few email exchanges and having them give me a quote on a big repair, they stopped responding. I have a laptop with a display so messed up I cant use it - kind of an urgent fix. I thought this was the place to take care of it, but they just stopped responding. Havent heard back from them in about 3 WEEKS. :(

Superb service. Very nice and helpful customer service. I’m not very computer savvy. And I got a complete breakdown of my computer in words that I could understand. Shawn & Rachel are awesome. I was visiting fam in Louisville and my laptop quit booting up. I Googled for best computer repair businesses and Shawns kept coming up. For good reason. My issue was complicated, but with their tech expertise, tools, and persistence, they fixed my laptop. Price was fair and turnaround very quick. Communication throughout excellent. I used to oversee customer service in a large health system and recognize good customer service when I see it. I saw it and got it at Shawns!

He has saved my photos that would have been lost as well as my important data, has super-charged another computer for me and solved numerous problems Ive had over the years. Just to add to those already posted, Shawn is a fine man and really good at what he does, which includes dealing with people. He will treat you like your family and do what needs done. I recommend him very highly.

Shawns computers helped turn my machine around! I was having consistent problem where the computer would lock up not allowing me to move forward with work. Checking the task manager I could see that my memory was consistently at 100% which was crippling my system. I called Shawns who were very responsive. They came to my office within a day. They found that the problem was more aggressive then what they could fix on-site so they took the machine back to their space. I gave him a budget and said if he could fix it for that price, he had a deal. I made that limit because if the price escalated then I might as well get a new machine! Shawn respected our budget finding a solution that worked for us both. I had my computer back promptly and now its consistently working better. The memory is sitting at 78% right now and hasnt approached 90% since Shawn returned it. Because of his good work refurbishing my computer I save at least $500 on a new machine. Thank you Shawn!

Shawns computer repair saved me a lot of money on my computer.If I would of sent it to the manufacturer and paid for shipping, labor,and the part it would of ran me about 700 dollars.They were able to locate the part for me and install for half the cost.Service was impeccable and my computer is perfect.

This team is fantastic - I came in without an appt as I was doing a repair myself on an exploding lithium battery in an older Macbook Pro I own. My repair had been going fine until I cam across one of the tri-head screws that were seized. For the life of me, couldnt get it loose and actually ended up stripping the screw head pretty easily.Enter Shawns Computer Repair: I ran over there with my semi-disassembled laptop and low and behold, they were able to get that screw out and me on my way. When I tried to pay them for service, they refused and said they were happy to help me. Went home, got my new battery in, and I was all good!Any future computer repairs, these guys are 100% on the top of list. Great people and great service. THANK YOU!

I used my computer for a critical application Sunday at 4:00pm thru Friday afternoon. The computer died Friday afternoon. I dropped off my laptop (1tb 8g ram) after the bluescreen of death happened. (windows probs) Shawn replaced the old HD with a 1TB SSD and reinstalled the OS. My computer is better than new! Lightning fast and it may not have ever been this smooth when it was new. I am grateful that he discussed the issues found on inspection and worked with me on options; and seriously glad we went with the SSD. The pricing was fair, though it always hurts a little to pinch the pennies around a computer repair, its a vital tool to have functioning.

Desktop computer wouldnt download MS updates. Initial estimate was $180. Final bill was $360 and the problem still isnt fixed. Wont go back.
