Jill was INCREDIBLE. What you will get from this place is excellent customer service, agents who are knowledgeable, empathetic, flexible and patient. I came in 30 minutes before they closed but they still helped well after closing time. If youre a little behind or just a need a small advance, this is the place to go. Jill was efficient, caring, and professional. She made sure I got what I came in for. Oh, Alex was pretty awesome too, lol. If it wasnt for them, I dont know what I would have done. Thanks guys!!

Amazing customer service! Alex is the most friendly and professional person i have encountered in any form of customer service ever. The man is literally sweating from his hard work. The only negative is that the company needs to provide its stores with more employees to reduce wait times for the customers. The few employees that the stores do have are absolutely hard working and super professional. There is absolutely no possible way they can be more efficient. Awesome experience!

Since Alex isnt here anymore this place is just not the same. I have been here for half an hour and one person has been help in that time. If it is going to take the cleark that long there should be two people here.

Came in to cash a check. Waited about 40 minutes and there was only one person ahead of me! Then they don’t have cash and want to put everything on prepaid cards that have all kinds of fees and are very very inconvenient. I would recommend avoiding this place and Chatty Kathy manager/only employee.Oh and then when you get helped... it takes another 15-30 minutes for the check to be “verified” during which time “Chatty Kathy” helps another customer adding even more time to my wait.It would have been faster and cheaper for me to drive to my closest bank branch 175 miles away!

Out of 6 places that cash money orders this place was the only place that got stuff done, the guy was very polite and knowledgeable about money order cashing, give that guy a raise!

Every time we go there theres always one person on Fridays and it takes more than an hour to get to do what needs to be down. They have 3 counters but only one person. Dont be in any hurry.
