Awful communication. Made an appointment to have the inside of my truck detailed, explained to him I wanted Timmy seats and carpets shampooed and the inside completely done. I got back to see that there were areas he didn’t even touch with a rag. Still dirt and dust inside. He out water on dirt areas that turned to mud and just left it. I called and explained to him that I was unsatisfied with the job he did and he swore he wound make it right. I even told him I’d pay him again make pay more to have it cleaned the way I wanted it the first time. He swore he’d make it right and now he’s dodging my calls and ignoring me.

They did an amazing job on my car i will definitely be using them for all my future detailing needs

Horrible, I would definitely not recommend the detail was so bad I had to go back and have someone else do it . I paid $120.00 and majority of my car wasn’t done. He didn’t offer any type of solution and couldn’t even explain why he half way completed the job. The outside of my car wasn’t done and even the interior had several areas he didn’t do . My windows weren’t even cleaned and my car is still pretty dirty. Take your money and go somewhere that values your service. I never write reviews but hopefully I can save someone else some money.

Before I called Lafayette mobile detailing my truck looked like garbage. He uses brand new towels for every cleaning so that he doesnt scratch the clear coat. Even if he drops the towel on accident he changes them out. Excellent service and work ethic! Highly recommended.

Great communication, great prices. Showed up in a timely manner. Initially was impressed with the job that was performed on my wifes car so I decided to do my F150. However, there were several things that were missed: Door jams, headliner, smudges on the windshield.It was nice to have a mobile service show up at your house with great prices but a little more attention to detail is needed.

Overall great experience. Very respectful employees, speedy service, with an exceptionally clean finished product. You just cant beat it, definitely the best mobile detailing service around!

Explain to the young man over the phone what I needed him to do. Long story short my sub still smells like vomit. My cup holder is broken. My door jams are still dirty and he didnt vacuum my cargo space .
