Harmony helped me choose the tint that best suited me. She recommended the ceramic tint for the front windshield and I love it. It really made my escape look sharp. Harmony is a gem!+
Customer service was excellent. But, the people who actually do the detailing clearly dont know the meaning of the word detail.In fairness to the business, I took my car back and a very nice gentleman at the front desk returned the vehicle to the detail bay and cleaned up some of the interior areas that hadnt received any attention at all. But, after returning home and further inspecting the interior, it was barely given a cursory cleaning at all (the first time around, anyway).When I pick the vehicle up, it was raining, and so I didnt get a chance to examine the outside before leaving. The next morning, after the rain had dried, there are numerous places on the vehicle where you can see months-old grime accumulated on the chrome. This isnt soil that came from driving the 1.2 mi back to my house. This is evidence that it didnt get cleaned in the first place.Honestly, Im not super-picky about things like this. But, for a $300 detail job, I think I paid for more attention to detail than this. I have no doubt that the business would make it right. But, should I have to give them that opportunity? I think it should have been much better the first time around.
Finally after years of my wife asking; I surprised her by getting her windows tinted. The Ziebart staff were very knowledgeable and helped me decide the right tint for her car. I decided to go with 40% Ceramic. I wanted to go darker, but I knew she wouldnt go for that. Theres a huge cost difference between the ceramic and dyed tint, but the lower end tint could sometimes interfere with the cars electronics. BMWs are pretty much computers with wheels, so to be safe I paid a little more for the longer lasting ceramic. Shes had the car since it was nearly new and doesnt plan to get rid of her, baby, so I wanted tint that would last. I highly recommend Zeibart. I plan to do more business with them in the future.

They told me about Ziebart, which I always thought they did mufflers 😂, but they do a ton of stuff to keep your new or old vehicle looking and running awesomely!!!! We always come here for our window tint needs for vehicles. The ceramic tint is amazing here. We recently purchased and had them install the new bak industries revolver x4s tonneau cover for our work truck and it is really nice. When service and workmanship are poor I must tell others to avoid similar issues to mine.Last August I had protective film put on the front of my car and here it is 10 months later and the clear protective film is peeling off and getting bubbles. Most of it is black under the film .The best I can get is bring it back and we will take a look at it. I explained I just moved 1000 miles away and the manager says that is all they will do,I tried to reach corporate Ziebart but they will not talk to a customer on the phone...you must email them. Also they say it is up to the franchise owner and corporate cannot do anythingThis is the poorest customer service I have seen. Ziebart in Lafayette, IN in my opinion, will not take responsibility for there poor installation and inferior vinyl wrap. The attitude of the Manager is not at all pleasant and he told me he will not heol me pay for a fix here in Virginia where I have moved.I ffound this a terrible place to spend my money because in my opinion they just dont care.

I recently had a Rhino liner sprayed on my truck bed and the underbody coated on my truck. I came in and they got me scheduled for the very next day, even though they had a busy calendar. Throughout the day they called and communicated with me on the progress, which afforded me the ability to plan my day and not be wasteful with my time. I have purchased tint, multiple remote starts, and now Rhino lining and underbody coating from this location. I continue to return because the customer experience has always been above board. If they keep it up, I will keep coming back!
I had the rust eliminator and rust prevention done to the undercarriage of my 05 ford expedition. They were Very professional and on time. They walked me through the entire process before they even started. My frame looks better than new after 135k miles

**Long Review, but completely honest**I went online and got an estimate for an INTERIOR detailing (which Ive had done before). I received a quote that was phenomenal and decided to call and make an appointment for said service. After making an appointment for an INTERIOR detailing, I went into the shop at the scheduled time. The gentleman at the desk filled out my paperwork showing the price and INTERIOR detailing request. I get to the next person who looks over your car and gives you the final price. She then tells me that they only do WHOLE vehicle detailing. Mind you at this point I have spoken with 3 people who have never mentioned this. They then tried to give me the bait and switch and charge me over $300. I made the rep aware that I had been quoted for an interior detailing only and she said that they recently changed their policy to do only whole vehicles. This alleged policy change took place 3 weeks ago, but yet I made this appointment a week ago. She advised that she would speak with her manager and they advised that they would do just the interior. They then tried to charge me an additional $30 because the vehicle had one noticeable stain. I understand that the initial number is only an estimate until the do the walk through. Mind you this was the ONLY noted defect that would take extra time to clean. I then went ahead and an got an estimate from Nissan of Lafayette who was willing to do it for $150. I made the staff aware of the lower quote and they made no attempt to try and keep my business. Clearly this company has no desire for my business. I should note that I was a repeat customer and was even considering getting a remote start put on a different vehicle. Now not only did they lose out on my business today (because of $30 and their deceptive practices). But also hundreds of dollars in the future that they could have made from me coming back.

Went this time for my first ever interior detail. They did a pretty good job. In my opinion it could have been a little bit better. My windshield had streaks on it but I could only see that at night with car lights coming. I have in the past with this same vehicle got my windows tinted here and that service I give 5 stars!! They are great and never had an issue. Even went over the factory tint. Id recommend them to anyone.

I have had a car for 15 years with Ziebart remote start. At time of sale, I was told if it ever stops working, stop in we will fix it no charge.I have had it in multiple times over the years to be reprogrammed due to replacing the car battery, or just to replace batteries in the remote.They have even given me a new remote!Always fixed at no charge. What a great place, with fantastic service!!

I have been going to Ziebart for years. I am a car fanatic and take care of my stuff. I highly recommend the diamond gloss. I have also had my front windows in my SUV tinted to match the factory back ones and they nailed it. I have never had a problem with their tint scratching, peeling or bubbling. Today I treated myself to a complete interior detail while they had it doing the yearly diamond gloss and fabric protection. I can tell you that I am over the moon happy and it looks brand new. They got all the dust, crumbs and debris from all the nooks and seams. I can never get it as clean as I want and they totally nailed it. I will be having them detail again now for sure. We had diamond paint protection done on both our vehicles, Honda CRV and Toyota Highlander. We were very satisfied with our initial experience. We hit a deer with our Honda when it was only 9 days old and had at around 300 miles on it. After it was repaired, we had to wait 30 days to allow the paint to cure before having the paint protection reapplied. When I talked to Zeibart after dropping it off this morning, I explained that the car had been repaired and couldn’t be washed until the paint cured. I assumed that since they had to clean the areas that needed protection reapplied that they would wash, or at least rinse off the rest of the car. NOPE, they didn’t!! In fact there was no sign that anything had been washed off before they reapplied the protection. I asked how long before we could wash the car and they said 3 days. Now we have a half clean half dirty car....Incredible!! Now I understand some of the bad reviews I read about the Lafayette store!!
Interior detailing was not done properly as the YouTube video suggested.I bought a second hand car and wanted to entire a proper clean before driving. Mine look like only a vacuum was pass on it. The stains ( oil spill) were still there and the interior look like it was never wiped. The inner rims of the doors were still muddy.Im disappointedExpected better. Wasted money and time. Saddened

Had a cover installed on my Ridgeline and found the store associates to be knowledgeable and friendly and the service to be prompt and very professional. While I wasnt super crazy about the price, I dont have any complaints about their work so far. I also appreciate them pointing out some other useful services that could really help keep my vehicle looking its best for a while. Although they were unable to do much to correct a issue with my stereo installation from another well known retailer, I was given a referral to a local business and they were excellent to work with too! Will use Ziebart again in the future and recommend them.

Results were certainly disappointing. I had the Protect-A-Shine and Inner Guard services done. My vehicle was parked in the shade at the store lot upon pick up, so it appeared to be good at first. However, the longer I drove the more issues I found. These items included remaining spots on driver and passenger carpet, remaining spots on driver seat upholstery, side of center console was not cleaned, side of driver seat down by seat adjust buttons was dirty, and wax remained in at least 4 spots on the outside of the vehicle. This list is not all inclusive, but includes the more apparent items.I took the vehicle back to the store where they asked what my concerns were. I shared, and in response they seemed to only spot treat those particular items (with inconsistent success). Since final results here were unsatisfactory, I contacted Ziebart Corporate customer service. From there, I was put in touch with the franchise owner for the region. I went through a similar service experience at the Castleton, Indiana shop (see review there) and final results were satisfactory. Ultimately, Im not likely to be a return customer. I appreciate being accommodated until good results were accomplished, but find it unreasonable for it to take 4 attempts in order to gain advertised results.

These guys know how to take care of your ride. Most of the time I like to do my own detailing and cleaning, but sometimes life gets busy...They did a full detail inside and out plus rust protection and added some tints. I was very impressed with their quality of work. My truck has over 100,000 miles on it and feels brand new! Great work

I just recently had my 08 Honda Odyssey detailed and I must say that I was very pleased. They quizzed me into their schedule and went above and beyond what I thought they should have done. I would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars in my book.
Very expensive to get service here other than window tinting. I found the window tinting to be very reasonable. However, I took my truck to see about getting the paint detailed because I had just bought it and someone over-buffed one of the doors and it left a holographic swirl in the clear coat. They said that they were unsure if they could fix it and would have to get their guy that specializes in it to take a look, test the paint, and it would probably take quite a bit of work (I am assuming that means quite a big price). So, I went home, ordered some Meguiars buffing compound, polish, and wax. Four hours later, my trucks paint looked brand new across the entire vehicle and for a fraction of what they would charge me to do what they said they were unsure of being able to fix to begin with. Save yourself the money and do it yourself. However, if you absolutely must have someone else do it, Im sure Ziebart would do a good job. Itll cost you, but no matter where you take it, itll be spendy.

Great service and staff willing to accommodate your needs!In fact, I wasnt aware of the existence of Ziebart and wanted to have my car detailed in anther store last Thursday, but when I found out they had changed their policy (?0) and could provide service by appointment only, I left that store and a google search brought Ziebart to my attention. I called to see if I could drive there the same day since that was my only day off. The guy who talked to me on the phone was very friendly and helpful. He told me that they were booked for Thursday, and, knowing that I had a meeting at about 10:45 on Friday morning, he suggested that I take the car to the store Friday morning (at around 8 when the store opens) to see if they could get it done for me to go back for the meeting in time. Turned out they could and they did--thorough cleaning of the interior within 2 hours! I was also offered coffee inside the store while waiting and was very pleased to see the new look of my car at about 10! They attended to (almost) every detail, including the dirt/stain inside the pocket/cavity(?) near the latch of the door on the drivers side and the tape residue on the side window. They also did a great job in shampooing/cleaning the carpets that hadnt been washed for at least 2 years and vacuuming the sand, dirt, and grits that had accumulated over the years. The car seats also looked clean for an old car after the wash-I guess they used some sort of spot remover. Later I noticed that there was a little bit of what looked like tape/glue residue on the front window (where the parking stickers usually were) that wasnt removed. But given that I was pressed for time and asked them to finish soon and that the residue was transparent and hiding in the corner (near the bottom of the inside of the window, I wouldnt blame them for overlooking that. Overall, I am VERY happy with their service and will definitely recommend it to others. In fact, I have spent at least 10 minutes commending it to one of my colleagues. I hope she will give it a thought!
My boyfriend and I just picked up our cars tonight and we absolutely love the turn out of the tint. They did a great job. I got my previous car some here 5 years ago and it still looks great. Highly recommend and will go here with my next car!

I gave my husband a gift certificate for Christmas to get his remote start installed on his truck and wow, what a difference in the wintertime that makes. I recommend Ziebart Lafayette. Had a fantastic experience with this Ziebart. I took my 2014 Toyota Corolla in to get the interior detailed and exterior detailed. My poor car was a mess when I took it in and the folks at Ziebart worked their butts off on my car. The interior is immaculate now and so clean. The outside looks like it did when I bought it. I am very happy with my service at this Ziebart and highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their car cleaned up. Only real complaint I have is there are water dots in my GPS screen. I spoke with the team there at the Lafayette location and they said if its still there in a few days to bring it back which is perfectly fine with me (it is very cold outside so its more than likely from that) Keep up the great work guys!
Ive visited a few different Ziebart locations with a few different cars. I dont see that changing anytime soon. My 2008 crossover with 130k miles picks up complements from coworkers, family, and friends. People cant believe how good the paint looks. I have had Diamond Gloss renewed every year since I bought it and its the best investment Ive ever made in a car.

I received great service from Ziebart in Lafayette. I had my car rust-proofed and they did a great job. I liked it so well I also took my truck there for the rust treatment the following week. This is 100 mile round-trip for me, but it was well worth the trip. Mgr. Matt Crabtree and everybody there were very Knowledgeable,helpful, and friendly. They even kept my truck inside for several days till I could get back to Lafayette to pick it up. I would recommend Ziebart in Lafayette to anyone. They are great people to deal with!
Ive always wanted to get extra paint protection on my vehicles, but couldnt afford it until now. I just bought a new car and the first place I stopped was Ziebart. I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the staff was. They went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I thought my car looked great before getting the diamond gloss protection, but after it was done it looked amazing! Id go back in a heartbeat.

Bought a brand new 2019 Volkswagen SEL Premium Jetta in October of 2019. The salesmen suggested a tinting package from Zeibart. I get migraines often and severely so tinting is a must. We added the package and set up a Saturday to get it done in a few weeks. Salesmen said they do a good job and should be great.Get over to Zeibart to have the tint put on and decided to upgrade to the ceramic tinting to reduce heat in the summer too. Great, that is an added bonus! After hours of sitting around with no updates the car was finally done. We were told to not roll down the windows, which isnt a big deal. I pointed out that there were some spots that looked like the tint wasnt holding on very well but was told it was normal. Give it a few weeks and it will go away. I had a long work trip coming up so not a big deal.Come back from my work trip and the back windshield tint looked even worse and back driver window clearly didnt get better. Called them right away and they set up another appointment for us to come in. Which isnt a small feat since we live in Peru, IN and the shop is in Lafayette, IN. They said they will redo it and itll be great after.They redo the tint. Back looks minimally better. Went to pick up my grandparents for a nice lunch and open the back door for my grandmother then I notice it... a large piece of string stuck in my tint. Seriously, this is a redo and you let that happen? Call back and get another appointment.Go back in and talk to a TJ. He assures me that multiple people will check the tint before it leaves. My wife and I piddle around the area. Walking to Sams Club and then to lunch. In between TJ informs me that the tint wasnt up to par and he was redoing it again. Seemed like they were really taking care of it this time. Right as we finished lunch we got a call that it was done. We walked back over and I walk straight to my car. First thing that I notice is a ton of compound all over the trunk lid of my car. Look a little more and see it all over the back. Seriously, youre going to let a car come out looking like you set a ton of stuff all over my trunk too? They assure me this is just baby powder. Guy comes out with a cloth and smears it all over the trunk. Great.. now it is really ground in. Finally I ask if the manager is around.. of course not. The assistant manager is there and she assures me its just baby powder and there is no problem. The problem is that it is even there that thick on my trunk of a brand new car. She blows it off from there and I immediately leave and get the car washed. Get to looking at my back seat and the back of the front seats are scuffed up now from what I assume is someone digging their boots into my leather.All in all, poor experience. The only time I got an apology was from TJ saying that he was sorry and hoped they got it right this time. Well I was hoping too.
First off, great staff with excellent customer service skills!!! I have a 2005 Duramax and got the Ziebart team to do the rust eliminator and rust proof service on the truck and I was very pleased with the application and how it was explained. They had to do the rust eliminator several times to get it right and I appreciate the fact that the price didnt change to get it done right. I am happy to know that my vehicle will be rust free for many years!!!
Ordered a truck liner for a brand new truck. It didnt fit correctly, and they wouldnt provide a refund. I was never told that Special orders are non-refundable. It wasnt on any signage, the receipt, and the sales person didnt mention it. The manager was extremely rude and uncooperative. After pulling the liner out myself, I found that they left limbs and debris under it. So... they didnt even clean the bed out before putting in the liner. This ended up scratching the bed that I was trying to protect. After contacting corporate customer service, they instructed me to go back in and theyd replace the liner. (Still No Refund) I wont be doing that, since theyve already ruined my truck bed. Dont waste your time or money. Youll be very disappointed
This is my 3rd new car that I have had Ziebart provide the Diamond Gloss, Rust Protection and Interior protection. I still own a 2004 Honda Civic with 340,000 miles on it and the paint still shines like new. My 2012 Camry shines brighter than the other 2 Camrys where my wife works. The staff always treats me well and tries to meet my needs. I highly recommend this store and Ziebart products.

Have used Ziebart since about 1982. One vehicle, a 1989 Dodge Van can still be seen running town, another owner. Currently have 5 vehicles under their care and protection. I have a 95 SUV, A 2000 vehicle, a 02 SUV, and two 15 SUV vehicles. For me their service is great and really worth the time and cost, particularly if you plan to keep the vehicle for a while, but also add resale value to any vehicle. Their service and work has always been to my great satisfaction. Ziebart of Lafayette is one great business that I plan to use as long as I am able to drive and own a vehicle.

I work on many high end vehicles which have a plastic/fabric under liner all down the vehicle for noise damping and aerodynamics. Recently I have been noticing when a customer takes their vehicle in to get to get under coated for rust production they do not take off the plastic under liner, instead they spray over, which does absolutely nothing since plastic does not rust and all the metal above it is still exposed. I hope this helps many of you with BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Audi, you should not have to pay for something that is not done correctly

Excellent service with significant discount on full detail and rust protection (it tends to be pricey if all done separately).They have me a loaner van 2015 Toyota Sienna at no charge since it would be overnight to do the work, which was great. Highly recommend.

I have had my car and SUV Diamond Glossed for 8 years and the paint looks as good as the day I bought the Cars. I have recently had the interior clean with Inner Guard and am very happy about the results. On my car I had the exterior plastic protector applied and if you are worried about rock chips and or bugs this is the way to go. I have used their services for mud flaps and step rails and all of their product are top quality. When I have had small problems, scratches, nicks and concerns, the shop have helped me every time. Im very particular about my cars and Ziebart on Greasy Lane, Lafayette, IN is my cars best friend.
Staff was very friendly, courteous and honest. They were upfront that the stains in the seats may not come out but they would do their best. They turned out amazing. However interior glass was not cleaned and overspray from chemicals was clearly present on the glass. There were also two huge scratches on interior door jams possibly caused by equipment used in the cleaning process. I would give a three and half stars if possible.
Absolutely loved the service! The staff was nice and friendly and did an awesome job on covering up the scratches on my car. The diamond gloss has my car looking brand new, even after the rain! I would highly recommend Ziebart!
Is been 8months since I have my windows tinted. I waited this this long to give my review because I want to see if the tinted windows can handle the heat in the summer.I brought my SUV 8months ago to Ziebart to have the windows tinted. The salesman talk me into using the NCP film (most expensive ones) because of the amount of time I spend in my car. After a week or so having my car tinted, I roll down the windows and notice squeaky noises on all my windows. I got upset and called Ziebart, they were very nice and told me to wait for few more days and see if it goes away. It did.Forward 7months later, my car was parked outside my work and the sun was hitting directly on to it for several hours. Around 4pm my supervisor and I took my car to the other side of town for a meeting. The first thing he said to me after entering my car was, I am surprised that your car is not as hot as mine, mine would of been too hot to enter. It occurred to me that the NCP film I used was actually doing its job and keeping my car cooler than all the other cars in the parking lots. I am happy to say that I am a happy customer and will highly recommend Ziebart to other people. They are honest and provide great customer services, and sell me the right product for what I need.
Great quality service
I would give them 0 stars if I could. We had asked for total rust protection and under coat and only the under coat was completed but it was missing in some spots and didnt even take the under coat all the way down to the end of our truck bed. We demanded a refund that day when we picked it up but they wanted us to pull our truck in and let them make it right. My Husband was extremely furious and there is no way he is going to let them touch his truck EVER AGAIN. I have been in contact with customer service and they are saying the same thing to take it back and make it right. I guess they dont understand that we arent ever going to bring our truck back and we want a full refund! I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and waiting to hear from them. Save your time, money and heart ache and take your vehicle to someone else who will do it right the first time.
