One of my children opened the car door and ended up leaving a door ding in the back passenger door. Got ahold of Dent pro and drove the near 2.5 hours to get the work done. There is a reason why this business has a %100 5 star rating and I experienced for myself today! When you notice damage to your vehicle, take pictures with you phone and text Ryan along with your contact info. You will receive a pdf copy of an estimate in a very short time, even on a weekend like I did. Once you arrive, you will see that the shop is clean and tidy. As soon as I got out of my vehicle, a staff member who was standing outside asked me if I needed help. He took my car around and I waited in a very clean waiting room for roughly 45 minutes. I even arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time and they started working on my car almost immediately. There was no sign of the damage after the work was completed! I even got to chat with Ryan! There is no need to contact another dent repair shop. This is the go to place in Lafayette!

Went in for an estimate on a small dent on my front right fender. Ryan gave me a great price, and had me booked for service the next morning. Entire service took less than an hour, and there was no trace of a dent or a repair anywhere on my vehicle. Would recommend Ryan to anyone!!

I went on a Friday to get an estimate on my brand new car that a grocery cart hit in a parking lot even though I was parked far away in the middle nowhere with no one around. It’s good to have another business in town that takes pride in both their product and customer service.Brought my truck in with two long gouge-type dents. One in the lower panel of the door, and one in the lower panel of the bed. I was quite impressed when I returned to pick up my truck. Exceeded my expectations by far. A co-worker had her vehicle repaired @ Dent Pro and I asked her where you were located, I emailed a picture of my damage and received a quote to repair my door the same day. I scheduled an appointment for 3:45pm on 03/20/19 and arrived 3:20pm which I was early but I was greeted with a smile and less than 5 mins my vehicle was driven around for the repairs.
