We were trading our 2008 BMW and wanted to make sure it presented well because it has lived outside for 10 years, endured 3 kids and a dog and not had a lot of love recently. Wow - it looked like the car we bought 10 years ago and JD even said it was in excellent condition and wanted to know why we were getting rid of it. Top end of the Kelly Blue Book on the trade in with the first pass of the paper across the desk. The sales person also said its in excellent condition. No way that would have happened 24 hours earlier. JD was very easy to deal with and well be back with our new car on the annual plans they have.

So one day I was coming home from work and a truck dropped an improperly tied down panel that flew up and scraped my hood, pillar, and roof. It left some pretty nasty black paint trading but fortunately it did not surpass the clear coat. I called JD and sent some pictures in and he took me in on the same day as the call and as well as on a sunday which was super convenient. After about 50 mins JD got the scratches out and made it look like that incident never happened. I also asked if he could shine my tires and polish up my exhaust tip a bit and he did. Fantastic work and prompt service from him, would highly recommend giving him a shot.
