Some people are too much!! I have never seen so many Mercedes, BMW’s, Audi’s at a carwash, and not one person tips. I am so embarrassed for all of you who think its beyond you to give a little for wiping your car and wiping your little spots that you have them wipe to for you, because it wasnt good enough. These are hard-working people cleaning your car.DO THE RIGHT THING and give at least a $5.00 bill.

Paid for the Full detail: inside and out, but for the amount of $$$ spent they could’ve done a way better job. Found several patches of missed dirt on my dashboard and trunk area. Outside they missed a lot of spots and didn’t even looked like they tried hard to get into the wheels. I could’ve don’t this same job in my driveway. I’ll just do it myself from now on and get better service. I pointed out a few spots and the guys just seemed aggravated that I noticed and didn’t want to fix my issue. Not recommended.

They did a good job cleaning my diesel truck 3000k miles worth of bugs and grime. They even cleaned out the bed and wiped off the bed cover!

The tar from the road repairs got all over my exterior. In less than 24 hours, (just one day in the shop) it came back brilliantly new looking, showroom floor. Plus the interior was like new as well. Oh ... and I made money (kind of), the cash that had falling in the seat cracks was placed in my cup tray. Not unexpected for a local business of such high quality. How about this, that was expected because of who they are. Everytime we have come here we have an excellent experience. This job was tough so it is worth writing about.

Some interior parts were left dirty and interior roof wasnt shampooed. Also, floor mats still had residue on them. Everything else was fine.

Told them I had a Peterbilt truck I needed the body detailed. They said it was A-okay and set an appointment a week out. Got there 8am and had some manager tell me he needs the space the truck was parked for more vehicles. So that earns 1 star from me.

Fast service, but sloppy in the details. Crumbs in the seat cracks, brake dust all over the wheels. I will not be going back. Youll get better attention to detail from your local high schooler, which is an unfortunate indictment for this 40 year operation.

Very slow, very anti-customer. Went here on a Thursday at 4pm. Not much of a line. After going through the automated wash my car sat for 10 minutes so I asked if theyd be drying and cleaning the inside. There were four people standing watching. One said to ask the supervisor. I asked supervisor and he said I was up next. Still four people standing around so I grabbed the rag and ended up drying and cleaning the inside of my car myself. The entire experience took ~40 minutes.

Paid for their premium wash did not wipe down seats still have stain on one seat and its leather so its easy wipe off didnt wipe off dash completely still have some marks on there just overall disappointed thought they would do a better job they also didnt bother cleaning my rearview mirror

The price is high and they do an ok job, not great. You spend most the time waiting for them to get to your car and then they go fast and dont detail as good as I would like. After $35 plus tip you expect more detail especially on the inside of your car. Not great, not horrible just ok. And pricey.

Bad Quality.For the $250 and 3 hours it took to get a clay bar treatment, wash and shampoo I was severely disappointed. The lack of attention to detail was obvious the second I walked up to the car. Towel fibers all over the paint and windows, still left dirt smudges on the doors, uneven application of shampoo on the seats (completely missing large areas), not cleaning the center console at all even when I specifically ask for it and leave the compartment open and empty.I would NOT recommend this place nor ever go back.

Lafayette car wash always exceeds my expectations. Attention to detail my car always looks brand new. Love the little store always has fun stuff and if you need to buy a gift there it is. The vacuuming was great. Wash was okay. When I left, there were streaks on my windshield and spots still on my touchscreen dash display. For the price, service, & time spent waiting, they were mediocre at best. A bit overpriced but it is in Laffayette and everything costs more than it should there. So for $30.95, I got a cleanER car with windows that Im going to have to redo anyway.

Too expensive. Service is not that great and the workers attitude is not very pleasant. Additionally, the coupon they claim is sent to every resident in Lafayette, is false. I lived across the street for 9 months and never once received a coupon for their car wash, then in order to get a discount, The cashier said Id have to prove the coupon wasnt received.Thats really bad customer service.

Friendly, detailed service, every single time. This is our go-to touchless car wash. We are always impressed with the warm reception we receive. The facility if always clean. There is a cute little gift shop and a comfortable, shaded waiting area. Highly recommended.

Good service and nice staff. The business is doing a good job dealing with covid-19. You will get asked about detailing, even if drinking a junker. Next door to ACE hardware which is nice. If you have a dog, the surrounding neighborhood is nice for walks.

Underwhelmed. $80 for their deluxe wash, hand wax and tip out the door and its okay at best. What a bummer, last time they did a wonderful job...

My go to place to get my Model X cleaned.I always ask for the hand wash and hand wax! Theyre very thorough and my car is always so perfect when I get it back. Best time to go is early in the morning because they can get very very busy and the car line can get long.

Got The $250 package. They were done in under 60 minutes and didnt call me to let me know. I came to pick up my car, and I had to have them re-do a bunch of details they missed in vacuuming and the jams, etc. They didnt even bother to put the mats back on the floorboards. Very, very disappointing for the price. Would have paid $50-80 plus a generous tip for this result happily. 5x is just silly.

Save yourself the time and money

Very professional car hand wash and detail shop with reasonable prices. Ive been there a few times since getting a new car, and every time they have done a thorough job and were very careful with my car. There is a shaded waiting area with coffee and water for customers while they wait for their car to be washed. It can get crowded on the first sunny weekend day after a lot of rains, but that is a good sign. No appointments are necessary, just roll in to the driveway to the right of the parking lot (its a little hard to see the driveway from the road, so approach slowly).

Great job cleaning but extremely slow. Took me 90 minutes today to go through the wash. Seems like they were understaffef.

Lafayette Car Wash is a good value overall. Bring a book, or something to do, since it does take time. They are good at details but arent always consistent. I usually buy the Works Plus, that way my all weather interior floor mats are washed, they frequently miss the small back ones.It is amazing how busy this place is and that you actually dont spend more time there. I always double check my car just in case. The end finishing staff are fairly thorough and are really good if you find one more thing that they missed.

Good Service. Car was a bit of a mess when I brought it. Detail was done well.

They do a super job here. Be prepared to spend some time. They are meticulous with attention to detail. Things that I appreciate, they dry the door jams, trunk and get every inch of glass. They also get every spoke on the wheels, including the underside that you cant see while standing.

Fast and inexpensive car wash and detailer in Lafayette.

B- at best considering the price. If you go to Diablo Food in Lafayette you pay more, but you get quality. Not the same at Lafayette Car Wash. Wash did not get all marks off car, which were easily dealt with a few seconds and a rag. But cleaning guys at the end, who just were going through motions, did not check those out and did a so-so job inside missing various spots that again, a rag, spray and a minute or two would get. When I pointed out there were still marks on the front window, I had to give them my own water stain paste (which fortunately I had in the car). It maybe was 2-3 minutes at most to get front window right, but I had to tell them. When The supervisor saw what I had done, I got an attitude that water marks are $125 extra for cleaning. Well aside from an exorbitant price, tell me at the start or when finished. If I had not brought it up, I would have left with a not fully clean window for $40. This is not supposed to be the Chevron car wash. And then they clean the mats at the end, put them wet back in the car. Not the best when you then put your shoes right on them as you drive off. You would think the could at least do what car dealers do and have a paper matt, that could also promote their business as well with Thank you for using Lafayette Car Wash Hope the read this and get the message. And lastly the vacuum crew was a B- at best. No addition to looking when done. So LCW is the only game in town, but I will think twice before going back this lack of professionalism for $40.

This place is ok. Very little attention to detail. Theyll wax right over bug spat that the machine didnt take off. Oh yeah, the machine. What can you expect from a place that runs cars through the rollers and calls it a detail. Looks good from far, Ill give them that. But comes out far from good. Save your $50. Just like the last place I went to with the same style wash, Im sure their $20 wash will be just as good as their $50.

Not the cheapest out there, but from my experience (SUV) they do a quality job and happy to redo any areas you feel they missed.

This place is very professional and thorough. I brought my wifes car here after our dog had an accident. I cleaned it the best I could, but it was still pretty bad the next today, so I took it to Lafayette Car Wash and got the interior detail they offer. The car was incredibly clean afterward. I will definitely go back in the future.

This is the worst car wash place I have ever gone I went there for a car wash on my day off not only did I get a cheap car wash but I also received a flat tire. I asked for a refund and they didn’t give it to me I also asked how did I get the flat tire they said it kind of came like that. Not fair not correct. DONT EVER COME HERE

Honestly this place did a HORRIBLE job cleaning my car compared to the usual place I go to in Dublin (for less money)1. My car seats still had debris and it was clear either they didnt vacuum my car or the vacuum didnt have much suction.2. A lot of dirt was left on my rims. Almost looked the same before I washed them.3. The guys hand cleaning my car were constantly talking to each other and were not concentrating on cleaning.There are just better options out there

Had my car in here a handful of times. Ive never been blown away by the prices. I last brought in a dirty car and left with a less dirty, but still kind of dirty!, car after spending almost $40. Missed obvious things like bugs splattered on one of the windows and I found lots of dust inside the vehicle after the wash. They seem to win lots of awards for being good at washing cars, but I feel like there are probably much better values to be found elsewhere.

Went on a Monday afternoon fast, efficient and reasonably priced. Excellent work. Highly recommended.

These folks were very accommodating. I had my vehicle claybarred and waxed, cleaned inside and out. The job these guys did was WAY over my expectation. They are a little further away from where I usually go, but they are now my go to car wash and detail place. I can not praise the work well enough, good job!!!

Complete disorder and confusion from the moment I pulled in with the staff. There was close to ten men walking around, standing around and one person running a vacuum in one SUV. I watched as the same four guys walked around in circles while cars piled up behind me @ 10AM. Chaos is what I call it or poorly managed bunch. The I am guessing lead person the staff referred to him a Guzz I guess his name is was pulling cars out of the wash far to quickly for complete safety of staff and customers. As I mentioned it to an employee wiping down a car, the employee said that he is quite wreck less most of the time and that he yells at them often and scream curse words at them if they do not go fast enough. I think that I have come here three times living in the area and working in the area but I honestly think I will be using social media and sharing my visit on line and see what others have to say, because this person seems to if he is the supervisor or lead person is right out dangerous and a poor leader to his staff. You folks have some fixing to do before I spend anymore money there.

I run a local plant Nursery, and i bring my SUV in after a long day of digging and moving plants, and sometimes i have enough soil in the back of my SUV to start a garden! they do a great job at getting all the dirt out of my vehicle and making it sparkle! but i think the smell of compost is forever!

Im a local with 3 cars and have been having my cars cleaned here for a long time. This place used to be good, but the past 6 months it has become truly atrocious.From the moment you drive in, the atmosphere has become relaxed to say the least. The guy who shows you the car wash options board is usually leaning against a wall playing with his cellphone, leaving you wondering whether you should be getting out of the car to walk to him, but at the last minute, he arrives. The same guy who Ive mentioned twice to before that standards are slipping, both my Porsche and Subaru have been left dirty on previous occasions. Deaf ears, doesnt care, not interested.Today I went there and paid for the works plus option, which allegedly contains many wonderful cleaning options. I thought, ok, pay a bit extra and it will be a decent job. Wrong. Filthy floor mats, dirt and spilt drink stickiness on the front console, roof still covered in dirt, a generally very poor job. I also had a new windshield fitted yesterday and the fitter had cleaned the windshield immaculately, when I drove out of the car wash into the sun, the smear marks they had left were so bad, I had to stop the car and use my sleeve to clean up their mess.Shocking. Never again. Zero stars.

My car was in serious need of a wash and Id been putting it off due to rain. Needless to say by the time it got to Lafayette Car Wash it was LONG overdue. They did a great job which still looks good over a week later. Several of my co workers remarked on how clean my car was. Another perk is that its about 10 minutes from my house. I also recently found out do amazing car detail work, repair windshields and paintless dent removal. Im happy to say I have found my regular car wash!!

Dont go when they are busy, the attention to detail SUCKS. Google ratings gave me high hopes but am sadly disappointed. Passenger seat was left all the way forward and the floor mat in back stuck straight up. headlights were turned from Auto to on and the AC was set to max. My windshield and drivers window were both covered in spots with a little bird poop still on the roof near drivers door. 45 minutes there and i had to spend another 5 minutes when i got home to finish the job. For Works Plus i would expect more, i gave 3 stars because the place was packed and maybe normally the workers would be a little more thorough.

The detail guys are nice enough. After dropping $200 for service, I had dents on the hood after their detail. I have Blakes text stating that their video proof is AFTER the car sat on the lot, went thru the car wash, vacuum and is inconclusive. With all those video cameras that Blake has one would think he would have footage when I arrived and show me that the dents were there. Nope Blake has no video footage. Who has the time to deal with this BS and thats what Blake is counting on. Drive back and forth to look at video that is inconclusive to try to hustle $80 for dent repair. Really?I know there were no dents on the hood before I dropped it off. They damage your car and do not take responsibility. Blake is more concerned about his bottom line than taking care of his customers.BTW- I was a returning customer that will never go back again. I suggest you bring you car else where or bring your car here at your own risk.

Best wash Ive ever found and Im fussy. Prices are comparable, with senior discounts on some days. Wait can be a little longer then some others but its primarily due to the detail they perform.

I paid 175 for my tahoe to be detailed inside with a basic wash outside. They told me to pick it up at the end of the day because it would take 2.5 hrs. I came back at the end of the day at they literally hadnt cleaned the inside at all. The floors werent shampooed, nothing had been vacuumed, nothing had even been touched. Maybe a miscommunication, but it wasted my whole day. When I told the manager, he said they could still clean it even though they were only open for another half hour. They rushed the job and did a minimal cleaning job for 30 mins, when originally they told me it would take 2.5 hrs. At a glance it looked ok, but when I got home, I realized that all the nooks and corners had been missed, for example the inside door handles, the door pockets, door panels, edges of the csrpets, etc. Basically I paid for 2.5 hrs of interior detail work which got condensed to 30 mins, and then I had to do more cleaning myself when I got home. Never felt more ripped off. The manager did offer for me to come back the next day but I work all day, so that doesnt fit my schedule. Paying that much for a detail, I expectore than the basic cleaning, which is pretty much what got. Manager was apologetic, but I still didnt get what I paid for, so I cannot recommend.

Paid $40 and they did a really bad job. They did not pay attention to detail at all, there were many dirty spots leftover on the interior and exterior of my vehicle, as well as puddles of dirty water in my cup holders. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Way overpriced, did a poor job. I paid $50 to see layer of dust on the dashboard. If it would be $20 maybe would be worth it. Otherwise its a waste.
