Duane came on a Sunday to help find my leak. He came back Monday and fixed the leak and then came again on Tuesday to make sure everything was ok. He is a great plumber and really pleasant to deal with. Will definitely be recommending him and using him again, if necessary.

Not recommended. We had a kitchen sink that backed up, so we decided to call local. Dwayne answered and said he would give our info to a plumber (we assumed it was one of his guys) or he would come out that day. Two hours pass and no call backs. Eventually we get a text saying he had given the info to a guy and if we didnt hear back, to call Roto-Rooter.
