First time using Peterman Bros in our new home. They got us on the schedule right away for our plumbing issues. Our technician Josh was fabulous. He was not only friendly, but super knowledgeable. He was also thorough and didnt mind answering all the questions and concerns I had. They will definitely be our go to for any further issues we encounter in the future. Highly recommended!!!

A whole-house plumbing inspection was performed. The technician was very pleasant to deal with and made sure that all of my questions were answered. The company did a good job keeping me posted about the appointment.

I emailed Peterman’s for an estimate for a new water heater. They had a service tech at my house a few hours later. He arrived, gave me an estimate, provided me with finance options, and was able to install a new water heater all in one visit. I’ve never experienced such quick professional friendly service as I did today with Peterman’s….. Hunter was amazing as well as the other techs that assisted. Highly recommend!!!!!

We had a clog in one of our lines that ran our sinks and laundry. Max came out and fixed our issues promptly. He was able to explain what was going on, his plan to fix it, share membership plans with us, and detail other issues in the house that may be a future concern. He did a fantastic job. I’d recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Talk about going above and beyond! The crew at Peterman Bros gave me a fair estimate and got the job done the very same day and on budget, even staying late to make sure my family had hot water. When we ran into a snag venting the whole-house water heater, they got creative, found a great work-around, and the installation turned out even better then expected. I can’t say enough good things about Austin and the rest of the guys. Very talented and skilled people with an attention to detail throughout. Bonus points for making sure my carpets were covered with plastic sheeting to keep the tracked dirt off.

Zachary Delph arrived on time and was a nice young man. He thanked me for having the sink and under the sink cleaned out for him. he explained to me about their program, I asked some questions and he was able to answer them satisfactorily. I really wished I could have used them if only for him. He was very good. I thought the price was a little high as I want to buy the sink and fixtures myself. I will be paying in full as I do not need another monthly bill to pay. I am on a fixed income and really dont have much extra money. This had nothing to do with Zach. In my opinion, he is an asset to the company.

Sam was extremely helpful. He explained the membership for Peterman extremely well. He came at the right time since we just bought a house a couple of weeks ago. Knowing they will be there to take care of my AC and plumbing throughout the year is gonna give me so much peace.

These guys were great! Came out for a new maintenance check and discovered that the ac in our new home needed some major repairs. After reviewing and weighing our options with our tech, we decided to go ahead and replace our systems. They were here the next day to install and made sure everything was perfect before they left. The techs were friendly and professional and left our home the way they found it. The install was great and it looks much better than the old system. Will definitely be recommending them to others!

Hunter came out to the house to do a drain inspection. When he arrived he went over what we would be doing step by step. He walked through each area of the house with me, answered all my questions and thoroughly explained what needed to be done and why. He was very helpful and his explanations were concise. I will definitely be calling back to get the rest of my repairs done with him!

Very professional service! My A/C unit is a dinosaur by commercial standards at 27 years old, and Brandon did not have much positive news—except it is working for now. I can report that he was extremely thorough in his system inspection. He was very complete in his explanation of how my system was and was not performing, plus he gave me several options (and cost estimates) to plan for the unit’s replacement.

The guys were here at 7 and still here at 8 p.m.There were multiple guys at different times.We had a septic pump replaced, pressure tank replaced, a new system installed( I forgot what it was called), and a new hot water tank..I would recommend these guys to everyone!They are professional and stay until the job is done...

I found Peterman Brothers to be extremely professional from customer service to workmanship. They responded to my call for AC repair and were on site the following day to address & repair the issue. Their system for confirming appointments with a photo and description of the service person was extremely effective. I was impressed with their AC repair and decided to hire them to complete some additional maintenance work. During their 3 visits, every service person seemed experienced, committed to performing a complete job, and helpful in making recommendations for equipment upgrades (but did not pressure me to make upgrades I didnt want or need). Overall, a great experience and I signed up for their service plan!

My experience with Peterman Brothers has been exceptional. I was so impressed with my first point of contact that I signed up for the membership plan at only $12.00 a month as well as scheduled technician to do preventative drain cleaning.Kari - the tech-was on time, very professional, knowledgeable and worked efficiently - she deserves a five star rating - My only disappointment was that Kari did not have the right size head to snake my drain 75ft which was my expectation. And, so she could only snake it 50ft.Other that that minor issue, I saved alot of money with Peterman Brothers and I have a HVAC tech scheduled to provide me with n estimate for a new furnance.I am looking forward to having Peterman Brothers serve as my sole plumbing, heating, and cooling maintainence and repair provider. I am extremely impressed with the serviceman who came out to my house, Max. A previous plumber, with another company, told me that the part was nowhere to be found and if he could find the part (unlikely) it would be $500+ for the repair. After 2 weeks he just told me to call someone else.Max was able to come the same day that I called and able to repair my faucet on the same day as well, for less than $200!I have definitely found my new plumber and HVAC service company!

The technician arrived on time, and I received a notification from the company with his picture and a short Bio well before he showed up. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable, and not only performed his work efficiently, but also communicated clearly to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also gave me advance notice that certain parts would need to be replaced within the next year or two, but did not push me or make me feel pressured to buy something at the time. Recently Ive experienced two great service calls -- for a/c and bath faucet adjustments, respectively. Max, the plumber, was particularly patient and knowledgeable, and he fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. We feel great about having the houses HVAC and plumbing systems in the regular care of this company!

Jesse and Clayton showed up on time and finished installing AC and Furnace in about 4.5hrs to install both. When they left everything was cleaner than when they arrived. I would recommend that you request both of them to do your job.

Kari did an absolutely AMAZING job when she came out today to clean out the sewage lines for an emergency. She showed up earlier than I thought she would, she ran through the pricing with me first to make sure I was comfortable with it and I was surprised with how affordable it was. She had an upbeat and very funny attitude that turned my first plumbing disaster as a first time homeowner into a much more pleasant experience than I ever thought it could be. The whole time she was working she was updating me on exactly what she was doing as she was doing it. I will definitely use them for all heating, cooling, and plumbing needs in the future as well.

We were having issues with our hot water heater. The technician Max was AMAZING!!! He was on time to the minute, professional, clean, polite everything you would want from a service professional. He gave us many different options and price points for the repair, educated us on savings potentials so we were fully informed and let us make a decision from there. No high pressure sales pitch just honestly caring about his customer and taking care of us and making sure we were informed and comfortable. He then went to work immediately. While he was working we experienced a power outage and this guy kept working by flashlight to make sure we had our services restored before he left. Great experience, reasonable prices and amazing staff from the office to the field. Will be using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future!!!! Max is AMAZING ask for this kid seriously!!

Max Zappitelle came to do the inspection on plumbing in our house. Max did a great job checking all the plumbing through out the house. While here he inspected the Water softener and recommended changing the anode rod in the softener, so I had him do it. It was in very bad condition. Again great job. very professional and courteous. Josh arrived to our home right on time. He did a really good job of explaining our options, and the benefits of having a membership. After that he got right to work. Josh was able to fix our problem while our 2 sons 7 and 9 were in his face asking hundreds of questions. Not once did he get frustrated, and made sure that they were able to watch from a safe distance. After the sewer was unclogged he put all his tools up, asked if we had any questions, and told us not to hesitate to call back if we had anymore problems. Nick Gibson is an excellent service technician. Five stars for him! He was in and out in less than an hour and the problem was REALLY fixed.

The quote price is higher than other plumbers since Peterman uses a flat rate instead of an hourly rate. Got the job done quickly. We typically dont wear shoes inside the house and Im very impressed that Max, our plumber, took off his without prompting!

Peterman’s is always great to work with. This time we had a clog in the kitchen and a leak. They were able to get to us the same day, and always call to provide an ETA. They are very professional and take the time to explain exactly what they are doing.

They installed a new Reverse Osmosis System, installed a tub/shower kit. Hunter Camp was the service plumber and he was very good. He explained things, asked for my input when it mattered and was knowledgeable about the materials I provided. Thanks Hunter!

Peterman has done several things for us. The repair guys are always polite and knowledgeable. They clean up their mess, are nice to my not so nice dog, and give me options every time something needs done at various price points. I recommend them to all my local friends. And the monthly fee service plan is totally worth it. The first time you have an emergency it pays for itself. That and 2 HVAC inspections and a plumbing inspection each year for free (including air filters) make it worth it.

Nick Gibson is awesome! He was here for a maintenance check and ended up diagnosing fan motor and capacitor issues. He always tries to make things right and doesnt pressure me into paying for things I dont need.

Josh cam to fix some plumbing issues we were having. He did a great job of replaces parts that needed replaced. He even ended up being here longer than expected and he managed it all with a smile!

Quick to my rescue when needed most (sewage back up into my lower level due to tree roots clogging my main sewer line)! Quick same morning service and very reasonable pricing for the service done. Kari was VERY thorough and knowledgeable and explained all costs up front prior to work being done. I appreciate that greatly because Ive had another company not do that and then charge several hundred dollars to clean out my main sewage line.

I have always had great customer service working with Peterman Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. After our HVAC system died after the heatwave in August 2020, we were down and out. Peterman answered my call and arrived in a timely fashion. They worked so hard and diligently to get us back up and running, even after it was decided we needed a new system; something I knew we needed anyway.After 8 months our house is comfortable and Peterman reaches out to me to let me know when I need service, as I am on one of their convenient contract plans. A nice young man stopped by my house just today to swap out air filters and maintain our system. Like all Peterman employees he was timely, kind, and incredibly helpful. They even wore a mask and requested I do the same, showing they care about their employees and customers.All-in-all, I cannot recommend this company enough. Anytime I have needed help they have been responsive and have fixed all my issues. I never once felt like I was being fleeced.

Update 06/11/2021:I had a new heat pump and furnace installed by Jesse and his apprentice Caleb. They were both professional and courteous. Throughout the install Jesse ensured that he was teaching Caleb while also striving to make the installed units LOOK as professionally installed as possible. This meant that the install took longer than it could have and I appreciate that they were willing to put that extra time in. Knowing that they take customer service, training, and presentation seriously gives me confidence that I will be in the Peterman club for years to come.The following original review posted in February/2021:We had Nick out to inspect and clean our furnace. He was professional and courteous. Before he arrived Peterman sent his technician profile which I appreciated. Peterman seems to put effort into their customer service. I was very satisfied with the experience.

The HVAC technician Nick Gibson was personable and professional. He identified a problem with my unit and replaced a part during the AC maintenance visit. This saved another service call and also prevented a much more expensive repair. A very positive experience

James came out yesterday to do maintenance and clean the system. He was very helpful! Nick came back today to tweak the coolant and he was also great.

Arrival on time and technicians were courteous. Inspected plumbing and provided report. Everything passed. What was concerning was the fact that the technician stated that because we had some scaling, and slimish deposits in the toilet tank that indicated we had bacteria in the water. The home is 60 years old and to state that residue in the toilet tank indicates bacteria sounds like a scare tactic. Further damaging to the technicians credibility was thestatement that our Kinetico watersoftener was not designed to eliminate iron from the water shows lack of knowledge at best. The unit is servicedand set based upon the iron contenttesting. Of course this all follows with arecommendation that we install an$8,000+ system to solve the problem(s).Had another service call with Peterman. Craig was the technician. Excellent professional service. 5 star for Craig.
