I Rent from them they never call you back and never show up On time when tn time when they are supposed never show for inspections they never fix anything you ask them to him but yeah they expect you to pay their rent of $805 every month for rent

I could write a novel on the amount of professionalism. Or lack of professionalism, I should say. I had a huge liability that I had to bug them about for 2 years that JUST got fixed. They do no respond to anything. When they do they are rude and snippy like you are inconveniencing them. (Even though by the reviews and what others who have lived by me have said, they aren’t very busy cause they rarely get back to anyone)They added a charge to my rent for water (I pay water separate) and won’t get back to me about why it is there.They threatened to take away our washer and dryer mid lease.And when we moved in, nothing was cleaned and there were so many things that should have been fixed before anyone was allowed to move in.I do not recommend this company to anyone. Based on the attitudes of the employees and how they seem to get paid to only collect payments (because they seem to ignore anything tenants request or ask questions about)No one is there to actually do their job. I wouldn’t recommend them unless they hired a completely new staff to take the office over.As someone who works in an office setting that’s very customer service based, I would NEVER get away with ignoring people and treating people the way they do.I would also never get away with charging someone for something unexpected without explanation.They need to work on how to run a business before enough people get tired of it.

My boyfriend at the time was approved to rent from them. Then when I applied they denied me. I was trying to get my own because I was trying to get my niece out of the foster system. My boyfriend went and put me on the lease Great!! Then we got married. Then he started to get violent with me and I had him locked up. So I put a order of protection against him and wrote Gerry a letter that she made a copy of along with the protection order stating that I would no longer be living there and I need to be off that lease. She did no such thing I was at the domestic violence shelter then I moved to another city a few hours away from Lafayette because he was supposed to be getting out. Now I have an eviction on me because I didnt pay rent to them. I also tried to get them to take him off the lease so that he wouldnt have legal rights to come back to the apartment. Ferrie also stated that if he gittins released and asked for keys to the apartment by him being on the lease by law she has to provide them to him. Ok cool then I asked her to take me off. Why would I live in a place where I have an protection order on someone who can get out if jail at any given moment who can come to the place that I suppose to be dwelling?These creatures do not care or should I say that creature Gerry doesnt care she just sent money. Dont rent from this place. If they dont care about their tenant safety they dont need any business. Im not lying I still have EVERYTHING!! ALL OF THE DOCUMENTS . PLEASE DONT RENT FROM THEM. Id rather live on the steps of the salvation army before these creatures get my business. Invest in s rent before you rent from them.

0 STARS! I have to constantly keep an eye for random extra charges or mystery late fees. For years they blame the system, so then fix it! If you can find anywhere else to rent from, do so!! I havent had a working dishwasher in THREE years after multiple failed attempts, instead we were blamed and accused of not knowing how to use a garbage disposal. Like other reviews, theyre quick to harp on you for money, but dont press as hard to fix or address your issues. Counting down the days until I can leave!! DO NOT RENT HERE! Do not rent here!

I like the house and the space, however the contractors they hired to do the siding and ourside electrical are very shotty. Outdoor panels out in the elements, painting on doors is a hack job. They didnt wipe down or remove anything, just painted right over it

No one answers the phone when you call the office. There is nowhere to leave a voicemail for us Tennants. 1000/10 do not recommend.

No stars! They have been a nightmare to deal with. issues that should have been fixed before i moved in are requiring a phone call and email every day and still arent taken care of. After they have already shrugged me off for over a month and a half. And when i call they act like they have no idea what im talking about, even though we have discussed the issues 5 times. They want your rent money on time every month but WILL NOT fix the issues needing fixed in a timely or professional manner. I advise anyone reading this to look elsewhere bc this management company is a JOKE!!!

Inadequate and unprofessional management. Homes are okay at MOST. Things that should have been fixed from past tenants; dog scratch/bite marks on doors and walls, base boards missing or split/broken, countertops are scratched and stained. I shouldnt have to point those problems out to the landlord, they should have been fixed. My home was struck by lightning and the amount of time it took to even fix the 4 foot long hole in the roof was ridiculous. Let alone the AC and outlets that were fried with it. I highly do NOT recommend renting a home from KCB Management.

Slum lords that ONLY care about making money. They did not care when a subcontractor made my 2 year olds bath only put out scalding hot water. Or that they left gaping holes of metal all of the faucet. They want to harp on tenants to get your rent in asap but will drag their feet and hire the cheapest bidder to prepare your home for your family.

THEY ARE TAKING AWAY OUR WASHER AND DRYERS! And they are ignoring all of my attempts to contact them about it!! We are paying way too much to be forced to use a LAUNDROMAT!!

Terrible customer service. Never answer emails or calls back. Office rarely open. Took over a month for maintenance to replace my garage door opener.

Slum Lords to the 3rd degree this place doesnt care who lives here as long as you have$$$ most tenants are child molesters or methcooks, the maintenance guys are just like the tenants, a waste of good clean oxygen,also a healthy group of window peepers, NEVER rent from these people,just trying to save someone the headache or heartache

Office and maintenance staff are friendly and professional.
