They were great and ON-TIME! The young man, Justin, who came in was responsive and thorough. He wore a mask, inspected everything, gave me lot of information (including telling me he would make sure I was on their coupon lists). We just moved to the area and have found the company we will be using. He was investigate a water pressure issue, and determined it was the water softener but apparently they do it all, electrical, heating, cooling, etc. so I have their number saved now. Great local company.

Got ahold of F&S to install a humidifier on my heating unit. They were extremely helpful with choosing the right system for my needs and once the correct unit was picked out installation was quick and easy. The guys were quick to be helpful to answer any questions during the whole process. Great job and I will definitely give them a call if I need other work.

I usually try to stay away from larger companies like this one in fear of high prices and being treated like a number. We were in a bind and F&S Williams was there to bail me out. I wish I would called them years ago. I cant say enough good things about the courteous and professional staff. They were very informative. They told us everything that previous contractors messed up and what the proper way to repair it was. There were no surprises, well except when they came the second day and brought water bottles with them! Not the cheap water bottles, the nice insulated ones. They interacted with with my family just like a family friend would. I always make it a point to ask the employees about their employers so I can get a good idea of the company as well. Nothing but praises of how great the company is to work for and how well they are taken care of. They arrived a few minutes before they said they would. In fact whatever they said would happen, did happen. I have never experienced this with a larger company. If you call F&S Williams you be will be nothing short of delighted you made the call! We had a furnace emergency in January. The furnace kicked on in the morning and we were met with the smell of something burning. I called F&S Williams and they were out to inspect it within the hour. Their tech told us back in July that he thought our furnace was on its last leg and he was right. It died on a Thursday, a few days before the temperature was to plummet. They installed a new furnace the next day to our delight. Very prompt, very clean, and very courteous. Very grateful!

The F&S crew did a fantastic job replacing my non-functioning furnace during the first cold spell of the fall! Lee, David and James were professional, competent and efficient. The price was in the ballpark with other companies, and Lee did a good job of explaining the problem with the 25 year old furnace that needed to be replaced and how to remedy its issues and be more effective. He was right. The new furnace works very well with the minor changes they made to the ducts and cold air returns.Even though it was late and Im sure they would have rather been home with their families when they finished and got the heat going, they cleaned the area better than they found it, and made sure I knew how to use the new thermostat before leaving. Im very satisfied with their work and have no problem recommending them to others.

F&S = Fantastic Service! The three F&S Williams technicians did a great job removing our old units, and installing a new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, and thermostat. The ducting and installation were very neatly done. Lee did a great job of explaining everything: our options, how the furnace and humidifier work, routine maintenance, how to program the thermostat/humidistat, and even gave me a couple of suggestions about our old water softener. The guys were really considerate and careful, as well. They worked very hard, so the time without heat was minimal.We are enjoying the peace of mind from a quality unit and quality work. In fact, this is our 2nd F&S Williams furnace in less than 3 years: first at our previous residence, and now at our new home. Highly recommended by a repeat customer.

I highly recommend the great service!

Called about replacing a burst pipe on an exterior water spigot and diagnosing a malfunctioning water heater that may have been damaged by the spray from the burst pipe. Technicians didn’t have a multimeter to try to diagnose the water heater’s electrical components. They could only perform standard troubleshooting procedures which are described in the owner’s manual anyway. They did an ok job installing the new piping and shut off valve, but they did not securely mount the water spigot to the side of the house... they used 1.5 inch screws which did not fasten into any firm structure, only the vinyl siding, which left the piping inclined backward toward the house. I would have had the same pipe burst again next winter if I hadn’t reattached it myself. Lastly I didn’t really appreciate one of the technicians scolding my dogs for barking. I was already handling that situation. A professional would leave that to the owner. Will call around elsewhere next time I need service.

I asked them to come out to evaluate my heat pump. They did, they were on time. They also put their sticker on my BRAND new hot water heater that they did NOT install. Bad taste. It was like going to a car lot and having the sales person put their sticker on your car. Tacky!

The worst. We called to have a new shower installed. After installation, it leaked constantly, and we called F&S twice to come out and fix it. Had to call another service to get it fixed properly. Plus, F&S charged us every time for a service call, even though the problem was never fixed. Worst service ever, would never call them again.
