Was missing an uncommon part for my dishwasher. Staff was helpful and friendly and now my dishwasher is working well!

Great response time and customer service. Called at 8:00 am for repair on a washer and he was here at 11:00 am. Had the replacement part in his truck so was done in one hour. Thank you!!!

Right on schedule, the place called letting me know if things were still good to go the morning of and Mike called before showing up to service the fridge. Was in and out in 30 minutes to replace a refrigerator evaporator motor that had gone out on my two year old fridge. Place I bought the fridge from wouldnt have been able to get to me for 2 weeks, these guys it was 2 days.
