I called out the A-1 for my dryer on and Mr. Butch was able to give me a prompt appointment. He replaced the thermal fuse for my dryer after about a 10 minute look at the dryer. It cost me $135.00 for the repair. In less than 90 days the dryer would not work again. I called and he came back out, he was confused, and replaced the thermal fuse again, not looking deeper into why the fuse kept going out. Not 5 days later the dryer is broke again. The service was a waste of time and money!

Can not say enough good! Will call again whenever needed.

I bought our first washer and dryer from Mr. Butch in 1986. He has been our appliance repairman for 32 years!

My washer broke on a Sunday afternoon. I called Butch who I found by googling Washer Repair. He called me back the same day and we scheduled for the next morning. He fixed the Washer (replace broken drain pump) within two hours and charged less money than Sears or opposing major fixit companies.

My fridge was sparking, so I called A-1. Only works Mon - Wed?!?!?! Never again will I call this place!!! Ill call someone who actually works during the week...
