They came same day I called was very knowledgeable about my washer, found the problem quick. They found the part I needed came back quickly fixed it at a very good price. I would recommend them to everyone that needs appliance services. They was also very friendly.

GOOD WORK IS SOOO HARD TO FIND! I called this company, All Pro appliance service, July 14th, for my father who needed a freezer repaired. I read the reviews and thought ...this company seems to do good work. So we scheduled an appointment for Friday, July16th around 11:00a.m. to 12:00 noon. The technician came out...2-3 hours later than originally scheduled... and preceeded to work on the freezer. He removed the face cover on the front door electronic control panel...oooops, oh no! He broke it!...then said that a device behind the panel needed to be replaced and that he would have to order the part, it would take a few days to come in, and he would be back to finish the job. When I scheduled the appointment, the person on the phone told me that, according to my description of the problem with the freezer, the brand, and the electronic control panel on the outside door, they carried those parts on the truck and they could repair it, no problem...great, that sounded good to me. But, apparently, they didnt have the part on the truck and the technician broke the electronic control panel cover on the front door. In the mean time, I had forgotten that I scheduled an appointment for another technician to come out to repair and needed to cancel that appointment. I called to cancel but the place was closed, so I could not cancel and was not available to contact until Monday, July19th, which was the day of the appointment scheduled with them. Well, with a busy weekend, I forgot to cancel that appointment on Monday morning and the second technician went to my fathers house to check out the freezer... lo and behold, he had it working in a matter of minutes. In disbelief over the quick fix, I called the technician, asked for a detailed receipt of what he did, and spoke to him after it was sent.. All he did, according to him, was turn it on behind the control panel...he told me that the control panel cover was broken (that I knew already because AllPro tech did that when he came out on Friday) and there is no longer a replacement part available for the cover, but the freezer was working, and did not need any parts replaced. He charged a trip charge only...$88.00! The freezer is still working, freezing well, and nothing needed to be replaced! The front door electronic control panel is still broken though, although that does not hender the function of the freezing. What the heck! The All Pro tech told my dad the repairs would cost ...$over 2 hundred, almost 3 hundred dollars! And he broke the panel cover when he pryd it off. And this other guy said nothing needed to be replaced... the weather just kicked the freezer off and needed resetting. We will just have to live with the broken panel...Wow! My Dad is in his late 80s and doesnt know a thing about freezer repair...I feel like All Pro appliance service was trying to take advantage of him. I am glad how this worked out! Well, I called to cancel the return appointment with All Pro, and was told i needed to pay the trip charge of $80.00. I said OK, I will call you back, cause I wanted to think this through...so I call back and told them what happened with freezer and that it was working, and that I didnt feel we needed to pay for the trip charge because the service was inaccurate and he broke the cover. The person, a male, said fine, but the freezer will go out again because...something, something, blah, blah, blah...he was clearly upset..., and told me that I WOULD BE BLACKLISTED FROM SERVICES because I refused to pay for something that was below quality service. Then he hung up the phone before I could respond! So this review is my response to his BLACKLIST threat! ALL PRO appliance services is not a nice company to deal with! My elderly father would have been out of pocket over $250, including trip charge for replacement of parts that didnt need replacement...what a sham! Good honest work is hard to find, but I am glad God saved the day!

Excellent service, very nice, my call was returned in a short amount of time, he was able to come to my house that same day, and the problem was something simple I overlooked and could have fixed myself-it took him no more than a minute to fix and he did not charge me, which i greatly appreciate as i have had people charge high visit fees for similar scenarios in the past. highly recommend!

Our washing machine stopped working and we called the 1-800 on the machine. They sent someone out because they said it was probably from a recall that was on the machine. Well they finally got here 6 hours after they said they would be here and it still didnt fix the problem. They said I would have to call them again to send someone else out. Well I didnt have time to play with the warranty people. So I called Steven, he came right over and helped me out. He is the best and will be the first person I call when I need something fixed. Thank you Steven.😁
