While this is a section 8 apartment housing that usually means there can be some unsavory characters taking advantage of the system here, however in my experience the office people have been nothing but kind and courteous to me and my family. Also under new maintenance management any problems are dealt with in timely and kind manner. For that reason I gave 4 stars based on the actual staff and building.

Only been here for 2 months and im starting to regret it. Theres been shooting i been selling alot of spiders and crickets. I tried to see if mainteance can do something they act like they cant. I have a premiee baby and i just dont want her to get bit.

Briarwood??? Mmm... I would NEVER recommend anyone to apply to stay here. They have nasty attitudes and talk to you like your beneath them. I have 2 small children and I have a hole in my ceiling that has not been repaired, I made this report when I was pregnant and my second child is now 8 months!! And my ceiling still has not been repaired because they are so called backed up on ceiling repairs but they can break their necks to come to fix on something else and charge you for it. On one occasion they came to repaint my wall and left a bucket of paint in my house 2 year old son and my 8 month daughter luckily I found it before my children did it but they have the nerve to try to evict someone over a simple repair. Considering the main safety hazard I have right now with my ceiling(which could cave in on my family) and the crime rate I would not recommend moving to briarwood.

Horrible service! I will not move their ever again. The lady Jamie has an attitude ; She was rude to me when I trun in my application and the other lady let this girl cut in front of me to do her / my paper work. So I had to wait another 15-30 mins and I just said I changed my mind and walked out . They have nothing but ghetto ass females trying to cheat the system. Oh, well tho!

Not to mention the 6 person brawl where 2 people were stabbed there last night
