In all my years of living and buying cars I have never had a car buying experience that I would describe as truly AMAZING. Not only did Brian reach out right away, the entire process took less than 30 min over the phone. Brian and Cory honored my request for multiple images, videos and conducted additional research to answer my unending questions AND ontop of everything else, after a long days work Cory drove the vehicle down to Texas the same day!!! Cant make this stuff up. I wish I could say more but the process was so simple and easy. I fully recommend and will definitely find any reason to use them again in the future.

After Hurricane Laura we were unable to live in our home and lost our camper, my husband and I went to Motor City with a recommendation on a camper big enough for myself our 6 children and my mother to live in until we could make repairs on our home. This camper has been a problem from day one and I feel there was knowledge of some of the issues. We are still not back in our home and now have a camper that is not safe to live in either. Very disappointed in the integrity of the Salesperson we trusted.

This is my third review of this place . I purchased a 2009 Nissan Murano on April of last year, and I must say since the purchase Ive been going to get repairs all most every other week. The owner reached out once, of course over the phone, because hes never there, said he would do his Best to help, but of course when he did it was to say that I brought it AS-IS, so they are no longer going to help, because I refuse to take down review! Im not taking this anymore and Ill continue to express my concerns within this matter. Just know even with an extended warranty, as is, means just that, AS-IS. Im sure I wont be the last person to go through this, and its a sad thing. Im stuck with no vehicle, and ofcourse, dealing with workers comp and doctors visits, its important to be able to get around . I just wanted to say THANKS for nothing, because I had full trust in you guys, just like you should of had faith in me, by switching car out, and personally financing meTHAT would have said alot about your dealership, especially since I put 3500 down.

I dealt with Brian at Motor City and I can not even put into words how much I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle! I have to say Im very disappointed in the tire mounting service had them mount and balance 4 tires and put 4 new tire sensor in and 1st I drop the car off at 8:30 and job wasnt done till 2:30 that not the problem the problem is the car went into the bay at 12 and took 2 1/2 hrs to put the tire on and for them the brake 2 of the new tire sensor that they put on i have to say this is the last time I do service here thanks again got me have to replace 2 of my new sensor if I would of known this I would of did the job myself

I found exactly the car I wanted on the internet. When I called Motor City they gave me Bradley and he took good care of me. We spent 2 weeks getting the truck repaired and Bradley kept me up to date. Other buyers showed up but Bradley kept me at the front of the line. I had to drive over 600 miles to get the truck but I could do it with confidence because Bradley kept me posted. When I got to the dealership everything went quick and smooth.
