This place is fantastic! I desperately needed an oil change and they put me on their schedule so quickly! I was blown away at how nice everyone was and the oil change was so quick. I was expecting to be there for at least an hour but they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes! Not to mention, they vacuumed up all the dirt in my floorboard! I will definitely be a returning customer!

Im currently in a bad situation with my car to the point where I may end up trading in at a dealer for a different car. The team at Mikes has been very repsonsive and has taken many calls from me throughout the day while I put a plan in place for where to go from here. They have patiently answered my questions and given practical advice given my circumstances. While Im having a terrible experience with my car, my experience with them has been great.

My parents have give to mikes for twenty years and Ive used them since moving to the area five years ago. Theyre honest (!) and excellent at their profession, and always reasonable in their pricing. I recently moved up to the area and was in need to find an honest mechanic. I looked online but wasnt too sure what reviews to believe. I read many positive reviews about Mikes. I was in need of an inspection, a fog light was out and my back window was not working. No better time to find out how good Mikes was until now. I first spoke with Bill who was very friendly and personal. He set up an appointment. The day of the appointment I met Mike, who again came across very friendly and professional. I left my car and got a call a couple hours later to let me know about what was needed for the window and the part needed to be ordered. Mike asked me if I wanted an oil change because it was due. When I picked up the car, all the services were done, I was welcomed again friendly and they vacuumed the car. When it was time to pay, they asked if I was a AAA member, showed them my card and got a discount. You dont know how happy I am to find such a great quality, care, professionalism and friendly garage. I highly recommend them.

Ive had my Pontiac Grand Am for almost six years and they were able to diagnose and fix a starting issue I had for the entirety of my ownership. Ive had multiple people give me multiple opinions; none of which were the cause of the problem.After leaving my car at Mikes for a day, it now starts up, no problem. I never in a million years would have determined it was an AC fuse.Oh yeah and they fixed my broken window and put in a new wheel bearing also.Im extremely happy with these guys. I was able to start my car without primer for the first time in almost six years.

Mikes Quality car care is very reasonable and will work with you. Mikes also offers a good discount if you are a member of AAA. In comparison for work that needed to be done when I got estimates and they were priced the best. I also received warranties on parts at Mikes that I werent offered at other repair shops. Easy drop off and pick up.

Whether it has been normal maintenance or help its making a funny noise they either fix it or tell me not to fix it....its time to buy a replacement car. The service and reception at Mikes is always exceptional. They go out of their way to provide quality repairs and maintenance while doing what they can to keep the cost to the customer manageable, and are always honest in their assessment of what needs to be done.

Excellent and very professional service. No overselling. Clean and spacious waiting room unlike some others in the area. I have used them for service on 2003 Acura MDX and 2016 Pilot- both of which were handled perfectly. They seem to know what they are doing and at prices much better than the dealers.

Asked to have a combination flasher changed. They charged me for a diagnostic and then told me I needed the part I asked to be changed. They charged me at least double what the part cost. Part less than 60 dollars everywhere, including Napa (where they got the part) cost me 119.95

Great service with honest cost

We had a door handle repaired and it failed after one day,returned to get it right but it failed again after one day.Also they changed the tires to studded snow tires and ripped the bead on one of the summer tires,probably didnt lube the bead before dismounting the tire.

I was disappointed with my service. I was expecting my heater to be thoroughly fixed 100%. For one hundred dollars an hour my heater only came out working on levels 1,2,and 3. When I turn the knob to max heat it shuts off. Thats what I got from Mikes about 75% of the job done, not 100. But it didnt work at all when I brought it in. I guess for 200 dollars you just cant get perfection.
