Moved here in March 2021 we rented a 3 bedroom apartment it is modern with LVT floors with 2 full bathrooms it is just what my family needed. The maintenance staff Joe and his crew are great and they respond quickly if you have an issue. The office staff are always friendly and very helpful if you have any questions they go out of the way to help you. This complex is safe and well lit up.Complex is close to everything you need.

My family and I have lived here Since Oct 2019 and we are very pleased with all the services we have received here. The staff from management to maintenance are super wonderful. They are very quick to remedy any situation ASAP. Great location from Austin to San Antonio....not too close but not too far away.

We moved in July 2020. Our first day we had a roach infestation. roaches everywhere and I MEAN EVERYWHERE it was disgusting. Stuff in the apartment were missing lights, door stoppers etc. the front door didn’t even close right and the sink wasn’t working properly. the apartment aside from the non closing front door and roches didnt look cleaned at all. paint spots all over the floor. I honestly think they didn’t bother to make sure it was move in ready.Parking is a major issue. no space ever. some cars would sit in the same spot for months to top it off. Multiple times we had to park outside the complex.The gate clicker they gave us doesn’t work on the outside gates. only on the main entrance one. i went to get it checked out and they tried to reprogram it well it still didn’t work. they told me to come back if it didn’t work and at that point i didn’t even bother.We kept getting the old tenets mail and when we brought it up to the office they said just leave it the mailbox the mailmen will eventually get the hint. well they never did and we continued to get the old tenets mail.normally apartments power wash the stairs and hallways. well that’s not the case here! The place was built it 2018 but looks 10 years old. stairs are layered with stains and spiderwebs.I’d recommend looking around.

Great apartments! Maintenance always doing the best, management is great. The price is low and very nice apartments with granite, stainless appliances and wood floor in living area. Been here 1.5 yrs

Had I written this in August, it would have been a four-star review.But for the last two or three months we lived here, things went down hill. Management changes led to questions unanswered and phone calls unreturned for days. Parking was not consistently monitored, so residents had to park outside the gates and/or on the street. When we moved out, the woman in the office had no clue about the process.On a side note -- the maintenance guys, Joe and Bobby, are great dudes and very helpful when needed.

All of the 5 star reviews are from over a year ago when they used to have a good management team. Management has changed 3 times since I moved in so they don’t really care about the tenants.They towed my new truck from my assigned parking space that I pay for monthly. No warning at all. Cost $300 to get it back.

I have been at this apartment for almost 2 years now. Our first year was fantastic, with wonderful management, timely maintenance responses and a great value.Unfortunately, I have to say that over the last year the apartment has gone downhill. Management has switched incredibly frequently, to the point that I expect someone new in the office each time I step inside.When we resigned our lease, we were forced to add HD TV to continue to get internet access. This HD TV includes 5 HD channels, no DVR, and grainy SD signal for the rest of the channels.When we added a storage shed to our lease, it took the billing department 4 months to finally add cost of the shed to our bill. We reminded the apartment each and every time we payed our rent, yet still the bill came in wrong.Additionally, work order turn around time has become ridiculous. It isnt unusual to to wait two weeks for a request to be addressed and Ive had requests marked as completed with no communication or work being rendered. The two sidewalk gates have been broken for a year and I keep being told They are looking into the issue., We have the parts in, we just need to install them. or other similar deflections, but a year later they are still broken.The final nail in the coffin, is an incident I had with my sink over Christmas. The sink started sending water to my dishwasher where it stagnated. This had happened before, but this time it took two weeks for it to be resolved. During this time, we could only wash dishes by hand in the non-disposal sink (which drained fine) and the dirty sink-water was stagnant in our dishwasher. It was a hazard to my girlfriends, my cats, and my health and it took two weeks to get fixed.On the bright side, is that as soon as maintenance personnel arrive, issues are fixed quickly. The workers are very friendly and talented, just overworked and slow to respond.Because of these changes and problems, I must say that I do not recommend anyone lease an apartment from Plum Creek Vue. We love the area, the location, the apartments syle and layout, but mismanagement and maintenance delays ruin the complex.

Since the middle of my lease, I have been working with Patricia in the office with any issues Ive had w/ my apt. She has always went far and beyond expectations to assist me in resolving my issues. SHE is the reason I am still here and will miss her when I am gone.

Terrible.....Apartments are built cheap...HVAC doesn’t work correctly and they sent a pot head kid that didn’t know what he was doing to look at it...then not long after that my AC flooded my second bathroom at 2 am and no one would call me back ...trash everywhere, never any parking, people smoking pot, property isn’t maintained...Office staff changes every few weeks....Avoid it if possible...they are offering a free month and lower prices because they are awful

I absolutely love living here. I just signed up for another year. The apartments are spacious and perfectly laid out. The grounds are always clean. But most importantly, the staff is absolutely wonderful! Yall are doing a great job..thank you ❤

I absolutely love this place. Its quiet, clean, and very nice all around. The front office is always so welcoming. Ashley is the sweetest and is always happy to help with anything Ive needed, and the manager Colby does an exceptional job of maintaining the complex, always has a smile on his face every time I see him! As far as the maintenance team goes.. outstanding!! Joe has willingly been there if I needed ANYTHING ever since move in and has the most genuine personality. Seeing these people make my day!

So I will start by saying terrible customer service they Lost our original lease and where trying to make us signed a new one, Also they advertise gated community none the less I had a stranger knock at my door so I call the office to try to better understand and all I got was: well if someone drives in behind a resident that’s something we can’t control, none friendly place to live and totally no sense of community at all.

Best family friendly place to live! Great amenities. Close to schools. Very clean and beautiful. Energy efficient apartments -lowest electric bills, I’ve ever had. Management and staff are awesome. Not only dos Colby the manager, go above and beyond, with his everyday duties, he also came to the rescue, when I couldn’t tie my sons tie for his formal dance at school !!! Ashley has been amazingly wonderful, answering my numerous questions. She’s very helpful and professional. The office staff makes you feel at home and they try very hard to accommodate all your requests. Maintenance personnel are also very prompt to respond to issues and resolve ASAP with great friendly helpful nature. Needless to say we are signing on for another year.

Very happy with my stay here. I was here for a short term 6 month stay last year and had the best experience with the property managers so far.

They have gone out of their way to accommodate my need for short term housing. Colby manages well. Joe responds immediately when I need maybe maintenance. My one bedroom apartment is quiet and looks out over the golf course. The pool is beautiful and my neighbors are nice. I dont think you will go wrong if you move here.

I’ve been living here for almost a year now and have enjoyed every minute of it. The apartment complex is very clean and quiet. It is the most energy efficient place and we have found that our utility bills are almost one third of what we were paying at our other apartment.I can’t say enough nice things about the management and staff here they go out of their way to help you. If you have any maintenance issues Joe the maintenance engineer takes care of them in a very timely manner. He is one of the most professional people I’ve ever met and so polite.The office staff are great and always take time to listen to you about any issues you may have. I must single out Colby the complex manager as being one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in a management position. He is more like a friend than a manager and always has time to talk about any problems you may have or just to shoot the breeze with you. If I needed a manager for my own business I would steal this man away in a heartbeat. Whatever his company is paying him they better give him a raise because someone will come and steal this guy away. It’s not very often that you get someone of this caliber to come along. I think that a lot of the fun experience of living here is because of the way Colby runs the place.I would recommend Plum Creek Vue to anyone who needs an apartment in Kyle TXArun Patel.

I’ve lived here for about 3 months now and I have absolutely NO complaints. From move in until now, they have been accommodating in every which way. Maintenance is swift when there’s a problem and front office staff is always friendly. I love living here and am so happy I do. ❤️ YOU GUYS ROCK!

Best apartments we’ve dealt with in Austin area. Initially, when built, the staff was difficult to deal with. Plum creek Vue underwent a full staff change and things have never been better. The property manager is very hands on and more than willing to sit down with you. Maintenance is expedient, not only with service but also with returning your calls. Valet trash service is great for busy lifestyles. Awesome community amenities that are ever growing! Pet spa, dedicated car care area, everything you need and more. GIVE PLUM CREEK VUE A CHANCE! 👍🏻

I absolutely love living here in my one bedroom. The valet trash service is awesome, they are super dog friendly, and the place is always well taken care of. I really appreciate the management for always taking the time to help us with whatever issues.

My family and I are so pleased with our 2 bedroom apartment. It’s so spacious and the closets are perfect! They also include washer & dryer with complimentary cable & WiFi! All the amenities are just an added bonus! Car wash & vacuum station, paw spa, playground, the fitness room is wonderful, & the staff is AMAZING! Colby, Amy, & Jessica all helped us out and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much for an amazing place for us to call home!

Ever Since the new Management has taken over I believe the new company is Villagegreen everything has gone uphill!!! The office staff is knowledgeable and helpful with anything that comes up! Jessica I believe is her name is always in a good mood when I talk to her in the office and her customer service is top notch! The apartment is perfect and amenities are all as good as they seem! I have nothing but great things to say about this complex. Colby has been amazing and dealt with my millions of questions. The complex is quite and the apartments are gorgeous. Colby has went above and beyond with working with me. Including the many changes I made such as when I added an extra carport. He made sure they were close to my apartment and right next to each other. I love the fact the internet and cable were included. My garage is super close to my apartment. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Thanks for everything!

AVOID THIS COMPLEX! So many things wrong here where to start. First off are all the little things that they went cheap on. Its everything from bargain basement faucets and toilet paper holders, to cheap appliances we have already had three appliances break down. They cut corners wherever they could in the construction. Pool has no lights for the surrounding area at night but there are lights in the pool. Barbecue pits are not maintained and are filthy.Then on top of that just today manager told us they are unwilling to make any accommodations for our daughter with cerable palsy as a matter of fact they retaliated for us even making the request. Moving our parking spot further away from our apartment. I have already started the complaint process with the government but if I could leave I would. AVOID THIS COMPLEX

One of the best apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in with great amenities. All of the staff is always so helpful anytime I have a question, and maintenance gets work orders done quick!

Great complex loving it everyday not much noise place still going under construction parking is good atm staff is real friendly finishing touches before move in still needed but we’re corrected once pointed out...complex aren’t always 5 stars you have to learn to compromise it’s a apartment not your future home to where u can customize the hell out of it...anyways a little pricey but hey there brand new.

When I moved in there were a few issues. Now the apartment is under new management and they seem to be on top of their game. Looking forward to see what they do for their tenants.

Honestly, living at Plum Creek Vue has been a nightmare to deal with. I am in no way interested in re-signing, nor would I willinly give my recommendation to live here. In fact, not to be harsh but I would have to suggest you not to sign a lease here. Now dont misunderstand me, Plum Creek Vue is a beautiful property and is full of potential, however, it is my opinion that the management and the owners lack the ability to operate this what could be a very successful apartment complex. But hey as long as PCV is making their money.-inconsistent billing-promises made & not kept (just want you to sign)-unwilling to honor original terms & agreements (when you sign least)-terrible water drainage outside along golf course-frustrating bug issues inside apt. (even with pest control coming weekly)

Plum Creek Vue is the best value of all the newly built apartment complexes in Kyle, Texas and along Kyle Parkway. The apartments are nicely done for the most part and quiet. Prior management was bad for sure, but fortunately for me the current new management took over about 1 month after we moved in at the beginning of September 2018. The new management is very good, and I would ignore complaints about management that may have happened before mid November of 2018. Maintenance is good and timely when needed, which fortunately has not been much. Since the complex is less than a year old, all the amenities, and not just the apartments, are new, which is very nice. The rents are a good value for what you get, and even more so since cable TV, including Starz, and 50 mb internet are included as part of your rent. All you have to buy is a wireless router for your internet connection (assuming you want wireless in your apartment). That is just a one time expenditure and you own the router. The internet connection has been rock solid which is important to me. The cable doesnt have any DVR capabilities, but you get used to that. Weve subscribed to Showtime and HBO for streaming over the internet at a cost of only $25/month. So for $25/month extra we get all the normal cable channels we might want to watch plus Starz, Showtime, and HBO. All apartments come with one covered car port included in the rent. When you add it all up it is a great value compared to the competition. Heres hoping it stays a great value in the future now that the apartment complex is filling up fast :-) Heres a shout out to Colby the apartment complex manager and Joe the head of maintenance. Good job guys!!

Perfect complex for small families, and post grads! After graduating my boyfriend and I were on the search for an apartment where we could live comfortably and save for a house. After visiting about 5-6 apartments outside of South Austin, we found that even though the other rents are cheaper the extra fees would come out to be more expensive than Plum Creek Vue. It’s a brand new complex (still under construction) that offered a month free of rent, included cable and internet, and has green energy, oh and can’t forget a dog spa. We moved in, in July (in the very first building open). We absolutely love it. It’s quiet, and homey. We live in a the smaller 1bd/1bath but still have plenty of room for all of our furniture, a grown dog, and eachother. The maintence is always there to fix what we have concerns about, (way to go Joe!). I personally don’t agree with the people who are giving this complex bad reviews. You need to have an open mind that right now this is a brand new grounds for an apartment complex so there are going to be kinks that need to be fixed and figured out, and also we have changed management company since opening. For a still under construction complex, this place is fantastic and we’re thankful to have a temporary home like this one!
