I just moved into Ariza last week, but I am already blown away. The office staff has been extremely accommodating throughout my leasing process, and my apartment was in perfect condition when I arrived on move in day! Not only is the office staff amazing, but the maintenance team is extremely helpful, kind, and responsive! They’ve gone above and beyond for me already helping me with some move in tasks! I also love the location, so central, yet so calm (on the golf course). A great complex for anyone, but I especially love the trails along the golf course for walking my dog, and that they do poo prints, so everyone picks up after their dog! I love it here, so happy to make this my home.

Natalie is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us informed about everything going through the whole process. She was honest and forthright- no games. After dealing with several other apartments in the Kyle area and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find Ariza Plum Creek. We love their policies and friendly staff! I moved into the Arza Plum Creek apartments about 30 days ago. the staff are helpful and attentive. the other residents include professionals as well as some nice families. My maintenance requests are filled promptly and the property is clean and safe. You also cant beat the pool and public areas! I do recommend these apartments!

This is a great place to call home. Management has provided for a comfortable experience. The apartment is in excellent condition and maintenance is prompt and does an excellent job. Grounds are clean and the community is quiet and friendly. We are kept informed about policy and weather and other emergencies. Youll certainly like it here.

I really enjoyed the time I spent at Ariza. I remember my initial leasing experience being smooth and easy, and felt the leasing team was on my side, fighting to get me a good deal. The apartment was spotless when I moved in, and the amenities were super useful. I do wish there were heavier dumbbells in the gym, other than that absolutely loved it.

I dont normally write reviews but I love this apartment Ive been her since last year. Ariza Plum Creek is the nicest apartment complex. The apartment is amazing and I have a great view. It is really safe and quiet. It has a great mix of residents singles couples and families, and everyone is very friendly. Every employee in the leasing department is extremely nice and helpful. Even the maintenance team is super nice. They fixed an issue I had literally within minutes they are very quick and knowledgeable. The pool area looks like you are on vacation and they have a nice trail for walking your pets. If I could give more than 5 stars I would they definitely deserve it.

Male, 34 years old, Single. I lived at Ariza Plum Creek Apartments from 03/2020-04/2021. Overall, I rate my experience a 5/5! My apartment unit itself was very nice to live in. The design layout was beautiful and everything was very easy to keep clean. My unit was facing the golf course and there was a small private yard attached. The view from my patio was very relaxing and enjoyable.The women in the office were always very responsive and attentive to any of my needs and concerns. They keep their residents informed via email of any updates going on in the complex. I always felt informed with what was going on at all times.If you live or park near the golf course, be prepared for a ding or two from golf balls. Its not the complexs fault, but it does happen!I have lived in apartments all of my life and Ariza Plum Creek Apartments was by far my favorite! I hope to be back some day!

We have lived at Ariza for almost three years. We love everything about it. Cari, Natasha, Traci and Natalie are the front office team and are so friendly and always help us with anything we need, The maintenance group with Randy, David, Javi and Curtis are top notch and work hard to make sure everything is working as it should.(They even came to our rescue when our car wouldnt start.) I love the huge pool and the grill area. I would encourage anyone looking for a place to live to make Ariza their home.

After living and working in student housing for years I was excited to move to my first “adult/grown” apartment because I knew things would be much better handled and bills would be appropriate to my specific usage. Well let me tell you that The Ariza has NOT disappointed and given me some of the BEST apartment living experience I could have. The staff is AMAZING (especially Natasha) who worked with me 1 on 1 when it came to leasing and never hesitated to help me or answer my millions of questions I had at first. The apartment itself and property are BEAUTIFUL, well kept, and when I moved in it looked brand new just as expected! They truly listen to residents’ concerns and adjust to benefit and give the residents a better living experience. I love their gym, pool, and the main office is beautiful and property is very calm. Truly and honestly love this place!! Definitely recommend!!

We have been here since November and I love the apartment, the staff, and the community.Pros: Quiet, affordable, great staff, pet friendly, mostly friendly neighbors, nice amenities, and very nice apartments! Our leasing experience with Natasha was great she is absolutely wonderful. I was nervous about leasing sight unseen pretty much, but she made it easy and I don’t regret it the apartment has been great.Cons: Some neighbors won’t put their dogs on leashes. My dog has been nearly attacked several times. Parking is the biggest issue here. It’s nearly impossible to have guests. There’s very few “visitor” parking spaces and guests cannot park anywhere else. Also, be sure your guests register their car or they will be towed. My friend got towed for not registering her car even though she was parked in a visitor spot and she had to pay $300 to get it back. What was even more frustrating is that there were several guest cars parked in nonvisitor parking who were not towed on the very same night... including one of my other friends! They don’t tow it close either they tow it to austin.

This apartment complex is such a fantastic place. I visit my friend here often. I love spending time with them at the amenities. What’s even better is that they allow us to register our cars as visitors which makes sure we have a place to park on-site. I had questions because I was considering possibly moving in. Natasha and Cari in the office were so helpful and nice. I’m still looking around but I wanted to give them a shoutout. My friend loves living there and hopefully when my lease expires I get the chance to move in here too!

Awesome apartments to be living at! The buildings are very well build and all the appliances are top notch. We have lived here for the past 2 years and never had any problems And you can’t beat the location either,.... 2 minutes away from anywhere you need to be for example, HEB, Walmart, target, bars, restaurants and shopping centers. We have been Very Well Taken care by Natasha ( ask for her if she’s available) she’s been wonderful. Always a Pleasant experience when talking to her, she’s been able to answer and take care if any concerns we have come across at a timely manner. She makes living here so much better because she makes us feel welcome as if taking to a friend.

Just renewed my lease, and I upgraded! I was in the smallest floor plan they offer and I had it made. Super affordable, plenty of space, and great neighbors. I got a carport and garage because I have 2 vehicles and it hails sometimes, Texas. They have awesome promotions and I was able to get the garage at a huge discount for the first few months.My lease was coming to an end last month and I knew I didnt want to leave, so I checked out some options and fell in love with a bigger apartment that was only a fraction more than what I was paying currently, so I got an upgrade!The leasing staff made the transfer so easy and I felt like they were taking care of me the whole time. I cant thank Natasha, Karlos, Alexa and Katelyn enough for always being on top of everything and making the customer feel like theyre top priority. You guys rock!But that view tho...

Someone had been accessing my apartment for at least a month that I know of. I had been missing things at least so I thought until they made a mistake and accidentally left a shoe in my apartment that was not mine and the shoes I wore the past weekend were missing.I called the apt when I got home from work and requested my locks changed immediately. I was told by after hours Maintance that it was not a priority and would be dealt with the following morning once I put in a written consent. So I went to bed scared. I made a police report but that’s all I could do on my part. So if you value your safety don’t move here.

Very disappointed in the parking situation. They have very few visitors spots, and they’re always taken. Such a shame when you have really great amenities that you want to share with your guests, but instead you have to pay $300 to get your car back from being towed.

I was unsure about moving into an apartment after years of having many homes. The leasing staff are great and very welcoming. They are attentive to your needs and concerns. I appreciate the help from Katelyn. She made the process very easy from finding the right apartment with a pool view and to completing the applications. I highly recommend you talk to Katelyn. The apartment has great amenities, nice floor plan and everything is new and in excellent condition. The apartment complex has a great pool area and fitness center. My experience has been great.

Renters beware: Not enough parking available.Beautiful property and apartment, although.....I have a small complaint about living on the third floor.. our AC drain is a pipe that sticks out of the ceiling above the guest bathtub and drips cold, gross water on you when youre in there and also leaves a nasty orange stain on the white tile bathtub wall that will not come off.And secondly, my much more frustrating complaint, is because unless you arrive back home by 4 to 5 pm every day, you will have to park far away from your apt building, if at all on the property. Ive had to park on the street outside of the apts, drive circles around the entire parking lot over and over, and had to park 4-6 buildings away I cant even count how many times. There are definitely NOT enough spaces available for the amount of apartments that are on the property. They have a few visitor parking spots throughout the parking area and even if there are NO other spots available, a paying resident cannot park there because they will get towed, per Arizas new parking policy.So, if youre ok with not having guests over bc of the terrible parking situation or leaving the home after 4pm any given day and worrying about parking, then you should be fine. If you like parking far away and having to walk several buildings over as you walk (possibly/slight chance) by an empty visitors parking spot and have to walk with your children/groceries/etc. then you should be fine.Worst parking ever and Ive lived in a lot of apartments in my nearly 40 years.

I absolutely loved living here! The property is gorgeous and the units are so pretty & modern inside. They have great pricing for brand new apartments. You’re close enough to 35 that it’s convenient but tucked away enough that it’s peaceful. Natasha & Katelynn truly made my experience great. I ended up having to move out early because I relocated for work and the entire team was super helpful the whole way through. It’s only been two months & I already miss living there!

I have lived here for over a year now. Arizas floor plans are excellent for the money, and the primary reason why I renewed my lease. There is a glaring issue with the complex that many other reviewers have pointed out: visitor parking.In our leases, it is a violation for a resident to park in a visitor spot when there are spots available for residents. I have brought this up numerous times because I understand it is difficult to have guests over when parking is sparse. I still see the same repeat offenders parking in visitor spots because they either cant read, or are too lazy to walk from one spot over. Its impossible to NOT see that you parked in a visitor spot; it has VISITOR PARKING on the curb, and at the start of the spot. My frustration is directed more towards the residents that continue to do this. I know this is difficult for the office to enforce because it involves overnight parking, and I dont expect them to be out all night looking at cars.There has been some issues with build quality as well. When I moved in, we had some parts of the ceiling unpainted, sealant all over the granite counters, glue coming up from the floorboards, some drawers had the laminate ruined, and warped cabinet doors. The deadbolt for the patio door also broke and was stuck locked. Other than that, appliances have worked well and there has been no issues with seals in my unit. Since new units are not being made, initial quality is not a reason for four stars.The golf course view is great. Be careful though; I guess covid has brought out some people with truly awful game, as they managed to break one of our windows. Other windows have been struck as well, and cars parked near the golf course have had their windows broken. Take caution when considering paying extra for the golf course.Office staff has been great. I am having issues with the new resident portal paying the full amount of rent. Its always leaving $15-17 left that I then have to pay another card fee on to process.Something needs to be done about visitor parking. I understand the reason for the policy, because parking for residents was a big issue when the complex was new and towing wasnt enforced. However there needs to be a better solution than what we have now. Residents, do your part: stop parking in visitor spots overnight.

Let me start by saying I have lived here for a little over a year now. When I was originally looking I was a little hesitant because like everyone else these days, reviews play a big role on a decision to dine at a restaurant, visit a local park, or in my case move into my first apartment! Well, Ariza hasn’t disappointed! The staff and management are so welcoming and helpful! The property itself is gorgeous and honestly I can’t complain about anything. I have had a few minor issues with my apartment, and with the new system after the owners changed, but Karlos was so helpful in fixing my issues with maintenance and directing me with the new system set up. They always have fun entertaining things going on to really engage the community even though there has been a halt due to COVID, and the staff is always smiling! Really, they are! Parking has been a little bit of an issue but it has improved and they have towing. Needless to say, don’t let any of the few bad reviews deter you. The views are amazing and the property is peaceful. It’s expected to have little issues here and there when living in an apartment community but the staff as a whole has always been helpful and timely. Thanks Ariza!

I would not recommend this place is you have friends and family who you would like to visit you. Apparently they allow tow truck driver tow you out of visitor parking after a few hours and will not help you get it out. Not there problem apparently. So if you like visitors, dont live here or be ready for misfortune one day. I will be spending $400 dollars today for their mistake and will never visit my friend again there.

Did not get a chance to look at the apartments so thats why im just docking one star to be fair. Wanted to look at a one bedroom for 2 adults and 1 child and was told any child over 24 months (mines about to be 2) was required to have their own room so we would need a 2 bedroom. 2 bedrooms 1st floor start at 1400 so not in our budget but found this rule to be dumb tbh. Nobody else had a problem but these apartments. Just thought anybody with a family would like to know :)

My car was towed. I got up at 5 this morning and got ready for work. I walked out to my car and it was gone. There were NO guest parking spaces left and the office was closed to get a guest pass. I had to call the cops this morning to find out that my car was towed away and that it would cost $298.30 to get it out. And it would be $21.65 every additional day. Plenty of parking available but very limited guests parking. I spoke with the lady at the front desk and they said there is nothing they can do. They aren’t getting anymore guests parking spaces. They claim their parking policy is designed to be seamless for both residents and guests. I missed work, my vehicle was towed away, and I have to pay $300 to get it back. This isn’t a very seamless policy to me.

Location is great, office staff is great, absolutely love the amenities oh and the pool is freaking amazing! Probably the best pool off Cromwell. I truly love my apartment and it definitely feels like home BUT If you want to have guest over than don’t live here. They only allow guest to park our front by the leasing office unless you plan ahead and can get into the office to get a visitor pass for the night but most days I either don’t know I’m having a friend over or I can’t make it to the office to get a pass. I really wish they would just allow guest to park inside the gate like every other complex in this area or assign a spots throughout the complex as visitor as the lot is never full. This visitor parking is one thing that needs to change ASAP. I hope it changes soon so I can really enjoy my home and if they did I definitely would renew when the time comes and refer more people to live here.

UPDATED REVIEW: Parking is a big issue here with not having enough spots for their residents unless you pay for a carport or garage. There was several things wrong with my unit upon move in and most never got fixed. Had an issue with my dryer not working and took about 4 months to get fixed.However; the community manager Karlos is very responsive and has tried his best to fix the issues as much as he could. The front desk staff for the most part is very helpful when you need something. Wish the clubhouse was open outside of office hours for those who work during the day and most weekends and are not able to use the space. All and all its not that bad of a community and the location in Kyle is nice since its close to shopping and easy access to 45 and i35.

Coming from a not so great apartment complex prior to this, I had my expectations set VERY high and so far Ariza has not let me down. Everything from the application process to move in was extremely smooth and very efficient. Samantha, the assistant manager, was so helpful and always fast to respond to my never ending list of questions, which is so appreciated. The other leasing staff I have spoken to have been all smiles. Not to mention the property is absolutely beautiful. Everything in my unit works flawlessly which is awesome considering it’s brand new and could’ve had some hiccups. I can’t say enough how awesome the entire experience has been so far. If I could give over 5 stars I would. I am so pleased.

Beautiful apartments. The apartments feel almost like a house with all the luxury items and amenities. Once my husband and I stepped foot here, we already had our minds made up. Ali was very helpful and made the process of signing the lease easy and James was very friendly and helpful as well. Upon move in, I called the front desk to ask if they could exterminate. The exterminator was at my door within 20 minutes. I’m so glad we signed with Ariza! You can tell immediately they care about the happiness of their residents.

My mother and I came to visit my daughter who attends TX State. Four hours one way. Woke up to find my mothers (her 73 yr old grandmother) SUV had been towed. (A senior citizen, limited mobility, on a fixed income). Management doesn’t issue Visitor’s passes because they dont have enough parking. The designated Visitor parking spots are utilized by residents and very limited to start. Cost $298 to get the car from Tow company in Austin!!! Very disappointed, frustrated, and annoyed! Management needs to fix this parking issue and policy. Suggestion- stop charging $60 a month for covered parking that aren’t be utilized and open some of these spaces for more resident parking and for visitors !

I want to go ahead and say that this is based off of living in this complex for the past year and im really upset that I have selected to renew for another year and am trapped here. There are a couple points that I want to touch on.Parking: I live in a one bedroom apartment... obviously I am going to have some guests... well not here. If you want to have a guest over you need to be prepared to not be able to find any visitor spots for them because there is only about 10 on property and they are spread out all over the complex. I have brought this issue up to management and they will not issue visitor passes like they were doing when I signed my initial lease. The staff suggests that my guests park in the street, unsecured, and drive to pick my guests up and bring them back to their cars. Not to mention that there are multiple tenants living in the apartment building with multiple vehicles per apartment. When I asked the office about visitor parking when they changed policy if my guest could utilize my carport (i ended up paying for one because I myself couldnt find parking) they said no and that i could upgrade to a garage for another $50 a month!! I was appalled that the only way I could have guest park inside the gated area was for me to shell out $80/month on a garage...$50 more than what i was currently paying for the carport.Pets: If you have a dog ALWAYS use caution walking around this property. My neighbor had his dog attacked through a fence by a German Shepard and was pulled through their pet yard and even had its eye ripped out and he was told by management that because the dog was in its yard that it was my neighbors fault. I have also personally had my dog attacked by two dogs on the trail around the property and also had a women scream at me because her two aggressive dogs were walking on the trail and she wanted me to stay away and to walk the other direction. When I mean yelling..I mean yelling. Just always use caution as they clearly do not care about aggressive dogs being on property. FORGET about using the dog park. No tenant picks up their dog poop (mind you there are worms in some) and this has been brought to the managements attention numerous times.Apartment: The apartment themselves are very nice. I do love the open concept floor plan and I have made it a super cozy home for me and my pups however when I moved there was some unfinished items in my apartment such as vinyl planks pulling up, floor glue on the top of some planks, and tape still on several lights and ceiling fans. I still do not have a key that locks my back door to my yard so I am unable to exit out that door to walk my pups and have had to have the weather strips adjusted on both times now more than once because huge wolf spiders and rollie pollies get in and are all over my apartment. Also in my apartment there is a constant clicking *loud* that you can hear over the TV at all hours and they have yet to find a solution. It has even woke me up several mornings at 6:30AM. Good luck to the next tenant. They have gone in at least 5 times and still cant get it resolved.Yards: If you get a yard prepare for them to not hold up their contractual agreement to maintain your yard once a week as agreed.RENEWAL: BEWARE! This is how they get you.... they have your renewal offer expire about a week after your Notice is due so they can just squeeze whatever money they can out of you before you leave. They should have it expire the same day as your NTV is due. I am so over this and for the price you pay here you can live closer to downtown in a newer apartment.

I love living here. My apartment that overlooks the pool it is wonderful. The ladys are always really nice when i swing by. I do have problems with parking. The apartment tows non resident vehicles at night so people that pay to live here can have a place to park there cars. Sometimes when I have guests and I cant get to the leasing office to get a permit for them I will have them park at the HEB or in the parking lot by kholes and just go pick them up. Compared to all of the apartments I looked into while moving south this place is definitely the most bang for your buck!

I enjoy living here and the staff is great, however, they teamed up with a terrible towing company. The towing company will tow your guests away minutes after their visitor pass expires or if they don’t park in the very limited visitor parking passes. It will cost $298 to get the car back, because they add extra fess due to the location being “out of Austin city limits”.

Very disorganized property, rude managers and no one seems to do their job. My boyfriend will not be renewing at this property. We made a complaint about dog waste being left in piles on the grass and on the stairs in building 3/ floor 2 and 3 and they supposedly submitted a service request for maintenance to pick it up but it was never picked up. I personally saw two maintenance guys when I was leaving my boyfriend’s apt and they walked right past it instead of taking care of it. I do not recommend at all.
