I just moved into Oaks of Kyle last month. The office staff was professional, easy to talk to, and very friendly as I moved and settle into my new place. The complex is quiet, safe, clean, dog-friendly, and a welcoming place to live. It is off I-35, but you can’t hear the noise of the streets in the apartment. I would highly recommend Oaks of Kyle to anyone.

The staff here is amazing, they are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The apartments are beautiful and well kept. Definitely a great place to call home, all the way around.

Looks nice inside and out. Nice amenities however no shade or water at dog park, gym never has cleaning supplies/or missing tv remotes. Several maintenance issues that are slow to get fixed, and Im told they never have parts, and they have to wait weeks to get them in. Sometimes you have to park far. However it is quiet and neighbors are all friendly.

Rented here for a few years when it was brand new. There was a change in management within the first two years that really got the place running down hill. I found a dead roach in the gym that no one cleaned up for weeks until I let someone know. Maintenance took a while to get to you. Dogs poop frequently in the grass outside the park and management hosts games which are fun but they ask you to rate them 5 stars for prizes. It wasnt a bad place to live in but for the rent they were charging it didnt seem worth it in the long run.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I have lived here for 2 years & never had any issues! My car didnt start this morning & had no one to call so I called the front office just to see if they had jumper cables & they did!! A lady from the office drove her own truck over to mine & jumped my car for me! She even taught me that pouring coke on the battery can get rid of the battery erosion! She was so nice & helpful! Thank you so much Oaks Of Kyle! Its a nice feeling knowing if I need help, the front office has my back!:)

We have lived at this property for almost 3 years so believe. There used to be a sense of family I felt. They made you feel welcomed and like you’re residency there mattered. However, recently that has gone. Apparently, it doesn’t matter. Their whole “just come talk to us” line is just for show. No matter how long you live here, they won’t care. The old manager, Rocio, was great. She had open door, kindness and understanding. Now it’s completely opposite. I cannot wait for my lease to end here because it is not what it used to be with the staff, which makes everything. If you have a cold staff that isn’t personable, it makes all the difference.

As a current resident, I am completely happy with the staff and maintenance of Oaks of Kyle! They are very efficient and timely when addressing needs of residents. Property is very well maintained and a safe place to reside.

I would post a 5 star because it’s a great place to live, but I was charged $1300 for “ruining” the carpet when I was there 6 months, and the previous tenant was there 3+ years with a large dog and the carpet was never pulled up to check after them. I am still furious we were charged. The management here is a joke.

This is by far the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. I moved in about 3 months ago and could not be happier! The amenities, staff, and maintenance are outstanding. I definitely plan to renew my lease when the time comes!

We just recently moved in a few months ago and I already love the place, it feels like home. I’m glad I chose Oaks of Kyle as my home. It has great amenities and a great staff.

Love it! Love the trees, especially since a lot of apartments knock them all down. Also very friendly staff.Friendly neighbors, well kept. Good for seniors and people who dont like riff raft because it is really quiet. Also shout out to the office staff and Richard for always doing their best and providing QUALITY service for our residents.

Update: After living in two different apartment complexes, this is by far still the best apartment community and management that I have lived in.One of the best apartment experience Ive had. Office staff is friendly and very helpful when an issue arises, maintenance is responsive, and the apartments themselves are modern and in my experience, little to no problems in them. The community is quiet. There are optional items such as storage and garage if you need more space for a set price each month, and its convenient to have, but there is a limited amount.I highly recommend living here.

Korinne that works in the leasing office, extremely rude and unprofessional, takes forever to get back to you and replies in condescending tones when emailing. This is not the standards of professionalism that should be represented there, How will you keep getting people to want to apply there if that’s the type of people you hire.

I have lived here for a week and love it. Close enough to everything, but just far enough away, amazing amenities, and a great staff!

Had bad experience with the maintenance manSomeone broken into both my cars and the office did not care also It took 6 months to get my washer and dryer shoot out not safe for kids .

Oaks of Kyle is a very lovely place to live. I love the surrounding area. Place is very dog friendly with a decent sized dog park. There are always community events taking place with great prizes.

We really enjoy the Oaks of Kyle Community. Everyone is so friendly and the office staff are Awesome! Thank you all.

This is an AMAZING place to call home! The office staff is nice as is the maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issues that may go wrong. I would highly recommend living here!

Lived here since November 2018 and no problems, when my dryer broke maintenance handled it immediately.Very good at keeping everyone up to date as well.

Beautiful apartments with hard wood floors and upgraded appliances. The community is quiet and well-kept. Maintenance is very responsive. They even regularly have community events for everything from an Easter egg hunt to football watch party and everything in between.

Toward the end of moving out, I didn’t feel welcome in the office. When we where talking about the fees due at move out, they told me it would be $500 dollars.( I asked twice, and they confirm Both times the $500). i was fine with that amount, But then we actually moved out they come out with “other fees” totaling over $1200 dollars. including the utilities which they charge for three months worth of fees. Although I was always current with my rent and untililities. While talking to Darcy I felt very uncomfortable, one instance she made me feel attacked to the point where I had to tell her to calm down because her tone was coming out very aggressive . From then forward I try to go through Rosio bacuase she was the only one who seem to care. Over all I will never do business with Avenue 5. And you shouldn’t eiter.

All I can say it is such a beautiful place to live!! Like your on vacation all through the year!!!
