Absolutely loved this place. My appointment was at 3:15 and I was seen at 3:15 (which is rare in my recent experiences with nail salons- always waiting at least 30 min past my appointment time). The gentleman who did my nails was so sweet and did an amazing job. He continuously checked in on me to make sure I was happy with shape, color, etc. I was there for about an hour. I got tips, dip, oval shape. Every person who walked in was greeted so kindly, and they seemed to have great relationships with their customers. Overall, I loved my experience here and will definitely be back!! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails and have recommended this place to so many people already! Attached below is a picture of my nails 4 weeks since I got them done. They’ve held up so well!!

I waited and made an appointment with Ann because she was mentioned in reviews as being great. I get there and they had a random guy, not Ann, do my nails. I don’t understand making an appointment with a specific person and that being disregarded. I wanted tips with French and even showed a picture. My nails looked horrible, uneven lines, much wider at the tip than the base of my nails, super rushed, cuticles e-filed and peeling. I literally went home and took it off. I went on vacation with nothing on my nails because they looked so bad. I will never come back and was so disappointed after reading good reviews. Not a relaxing experience and it wasn’t worth it to try to get it fixed because the nails were so ugly. A waste of my time and money.

I was seen on time, the receptionist was very helpful and kind. I love my nails, although my nail tech Mai was very rough and seemed very impatient with me. I can be a bit OCD about my nails, I know that about myself. But I didn’t feel like my request was that unreasonable. She seemed very frustrated with me and was harsh with my hands and nails. My nails turned out beautiful, but Mai made my experience unpleasant.

This is the best nail place I have ever been to. The workers AK stayed after hours to fit me inHe didnt rush through the process atAllHe even massaged my legs and feet with hot rocksIve never had that done anywhere. I have been tired of going to salons and not getting what I wanted or having a poor job done on my nails. Looked up ViNa nails and loved their review photos and gave them a call. They told me they were appointment only but luckily they were about to take me in after a cancellation. Ann did my nails and she did an amazing job. Not only with the shape and filing, but the design as well. This will definitely be my go to place.

This was my first and last time at this salon. I thought I would have a nice experience and chose the salon because of the previous reviews, but my visit was not pleasant. The front desk receptionist is unprofessional. A customer had called in and after the receptionist got off the phone with her, she began talking negatively about the customer to a nail tech and in front of other customers. The female nail tech she was talking to was loud and had a disturbing laugh. The other customers were quiet and looking around the room at each other and their expression suggested to me that they were just as bothered by the behavior of the receptionist and female nail tech as I was.The male nail tech kept complimenting himself about the great job he was doing on my nails and claimed that their salon does things for their customers that other salons dont. He was expecting me to agree with him, but I didnt. He also did not receive a tip, which I would normally do.There are too many nail salons in Knoxville whose atmosphere are more professional than what I experienced, so I will spend my time and money at those places.

My friend and I wanted to get pedicures and drink wine. We found this place on google and asked if they served wine and the girl said yes. We proceeded to ask “do you have any today?” And she asked someone in the salon and said “no not today”. We then asked if we could bring our own and they said yes. We get there only to be told it was appointment only. Would have been nice to know that. Don’t go, no one knows anything there.

Mai is the most amazing person ive ever met. She was beyond phenomenal and so kind and so great at what she does. I’m so thankful I got the chance to met her. Not to mention this is the best my nails have ever looked. Beyond amazed. Can’t wait to get my nails done by Mai again!

Been going to ViNa Nails for 3 years now and they have never disappointed. Ho does an amazing job every time and his professionalism should be commended. My nails are healthy and last much longer than any other salon nails I have had in the past. I always book my appointments in advance and now I can do it on their website. While Ho is my primary tech of choice, everyone at the salon is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel like family. The salon itself is very clean and beautiful.

I dont get my nails done often, but decided I wanted to try dip nails. Anne is efficient, friendly, and very talented. My nails have looked great for two rounds of dip powder now-- each has lasted 3.5-4 weeks. Prices are reasonable for the service. Highly recommend!

I absolutely cannot say enough good things! I had a horrible experience with another salon in town and Anne fixed everything completely! She was very meticulous and kind! Excellent price and quality!

Love this place. Farrah is my girl! She’s super sweet and accommodating. Clean, and fun environment. Cute colors and reasonable prices. I love ViNa Nails and I love Mercedes. I get the dip powder manicure and it lasts weeks even though Im tough on my nails. They have a huge selection of colors or you can do French. I take my elderly mother here too and Amy does great on her nails and is very patient with her. We always receive compliments on our nails. Everyone is very nice and I always look forward to my time there.

ViNa Nails is my favorite nail salon that I have visited here in Knoxville (I have been to many places). Each visit their salon is clean and comfortable. Technicians here genuinely take their time with each client. I have been paired with Miss Farrah now a few times and I absolutely love her! She is so kind and takes great pride in making sure each of her clients are happy with the results.I highly recommend ViNa Nails; it is now the only place I will go to.

I come here in the last year. Great friendly services. I normally have Gel and occasionally dipping and have many compliments on my nails. Highly recommended Mercedes, Mai and Ami all are great.

First time going here and the service was amazing. Farrah did a wonderful job not even a year out of school. She made sure I liked the shape and color. She stayed an hour after closing to finish my manicure and didnt show that it bothered her one bit. When I apologized for keeping them so late, but her and the manager/owner were super nice and told me it was no problem at all. And Mai did my eyebrows and she did fantastic!

I normally get my toes done once a month and decided to try somewhere new and Im so glad I did! Amy did my pedicure and she was phenomenal, and she was great conversation! Ho did my nails, and I couldnt be happier with how they turned out, AND he was great conversation as well. I like to be able to chit chat while getting my nails done but still be relaxed and I got all of that! The salon is super clean and well kept. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I received a very bad very uneven all natural manicure, which at most places would cost $5/$6 dollars 12 if you go to a really high end professional. I paid $20 and they look awful! My nails looked better before I came in.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for over six months and everyone here is absolutely wonderful! They’re all so talented and the atmosphere is always awesome. I always leave super happy with my nails, and on the few occasions I’ve cracked or chipped a nail they always fix it for me! Bomb customer service!!!!

Went here today to get my eyebrows waxed and had a great experience. They worked me in between appointments so I had no wait. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and communicated easily. I normally have bad skin reactions to the oil they use after waxing but I had very little reaction to what they used today. I will definitely be back!

Made an appointment, walked in 10minutes early, and they seated 4 people before me and only had about 2 nail techs working! I needed my nails done ASAP and this place was just not working out 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This place was “eh” not very impressive. Just “eh”. Seems very unorganized and kind of messy. Not like your typical nail salon. They really told me when picking out my dip powder colors that the color i picked wouldn’t “last long” with an ombre... i come from a place where my nail guy delivers the best service period. He can do anything and my nails have lasted up to 6 weeks before when i wasnt able to see him due to him being out of town. Them telling me it “wont last” is them basically telling me they can’t deliver the services I want. I guess coming from the best to this place left me with too high of expectations. My nails weren’t that great at the end. The shape was crooked.. I guess we will see how long they even last before chipping, something Ive never dealt with before... I definitely will be looking for a different spot to go to.

Been to a lot of nail salons and never went back to any of them. I used to barely get my nails done but since I went here for my sister-in-laws wedding I have been going every other week since. These people are amazing!!!!

Last week I was informed that the $35 I pay for “Nail services” does now NOT include taking off the set they previously put on me LOL on top of the $35 I pay I will now be charged extra to have them take of their own nails that are half way off anyways after cracking and chipping only a week after having them done. So I will be going to broadway nail bar on North Broadway from now on. What a rip off Vina nails aren’t even that good to be upping their prices.

Went back today and Ho went above and beyond fixes the 4 that came off- he changed polished completely- took his time and nails look amazing- love the new cat eye polish :) So excited to finally have an excellent place in town to get our nails done.
